If you want options this is your place. I've had the usual boba milk tea stuff and I like how they have different levels of sweetness you can choose (you can also choose the amount of ice). I've recently tried their "coffee creama", which is kind of like a whip cream kinda thing on top of an iced latte. It's a pretty solid place and do not have anything bad to say about it. The only gripe is that their ordering area/line isn't the most efficient or best planned out space. When the place gets full everyone is in everyone's way and it can get uncomfortable quick. I feel bad for all the negative reviews here. So hoping to start 2021 on a positive note, I will add my input. I go here pretty regularly out of convenience when I don't want to drive to Bellevue or Seattle for better milk tea (sorry just being real). A review for Sharetea is pretty basic since they're are a lot of locations and all generally the same in terms of quality, so props to them for consistency. It's not going to be amazing but it will curb your craving. The staff here works hard and generally makes drinks in a reasonable time. They are young so it's going to be a laid back feel. Not saying they're not professional, but it's boba so it's no nonsense, order your drink and that's it. Most of their drinks are powder so it's pretty fast, but since they're not crap like Lollicup or Tapioca Express, it's going to take a bit longer. I don't know why Pochi takes forever since it's straight trash... From the times I've been there and watched people order in front of me, if they don't know what to get, the staff do a good job tailoring recommendations to what you're looking for. In addition, when mistakes do sometimes happen, they're quick to honor it and make it right. I personally haven't had any mistakes and I often have orders with 5+ drinks. I don't do substitutions though which might be where some of the problems are coming from. Don't know what to tell you, if you're going to make a complicated pretentious order, you're just asking for trouble. Might as well stay home and make it yourself. Lastly, I've come close to closing a few times unfortunately and have not been treated any different. No I'm not tight with them on a first name basis, but that even shows more that they just do their job. So thanks Sharetea for being the best milk tea you can get in Everett. Sharetea has never messed up until today. I've been to this location plenty of times, but this time was not a good one. My fiance ordered the strawberry mojito and asked for boba. The thing is the guy didnt mention anything about it not coming and continued with our order. Once our order was ready we noticed it didnt have boba even though we asked for it. Then the guy decides to mention it doesnt come with boba. We wouldn't have ordered it if it didnt come with boba. Meanwhile I ordered a HOT! cocoa lover and it was NOT HOT. It was more of less cold and close to Luke warm. I'm disappointed today as it was not busy and I didnt even want to go back in to complain. We've only been to Sharetea a few times but we absolutely love it! My husband wasn't always the biggest fan of bubble tea but he loves the drinks from here! His favorite is the Thai Pearl Milk Tea and any of the coffee drinks. I'm slowly making my way through the menu but the Thai Tea might be my favorite too. Everything we've tried has been amazing! I love that you can easily order online for pickup, especially during these Covid times. Came here once in the past and had a good experience. Drinks taste the usual, so I decided to come back for more. I came right at 11:30am, but the store was still closed/locked. I did notice somebody inside with the lights on, but I wasn't going to stand outside in the rain for someone to open up. I left and got inside my car, just as I took off, I saw another employee knock on the door and another employee opened up for him. I assume the employee who opened the door didn't want any customers until he showed up. If the owner was here, they'll open up for sure. I hope the owner has a talk with the young staff about this. Youngsters usually don't take business serious, as they just get paid by the hour without finding ways to bringing in customers. I can see why they have bad reviews here. When I get to that point the lady behind the counter says "We don't have other milk." I point out to her that it says on the menu alternative milk right next to that item. I said "I guess I'm confused because this says alternative milk right here." To which she responds "Yeah, we don't do that here" followed by "Hmmm, that's weird." Another bubble tea place around the area?!?! I'm not complaining! This Sharetea is super close to where I live so there's no excuse to get some delicious bubble tea. This location recently open last Saturday, and the interior is super clean and really simple! I really like the color scheme of the black and creamy white interior that they have and it's super roomy too so you can come and hang out with your friends and just enjoy a delicious drink! The customer service was pretty good, we were greeted by one of the worker right as we step in and I always saw that he greeted other customers too and that's a great trait for working at a retail location. The menu of Sharetea is pretty big and sometimes overwhelming but the good thing is that they divided their drinks in different form and types, this makes it easier for you to order. The drink I really recommend trying is the Wintermelon Tea! It's my go to and it never disappoints! Also you can adjust your sweetness and ice level too, which a lot of place don't have at all. Overall, I know I will be coming back for more bubble tea and probably try something new! But I'm super happy that Sharetea opened a location in the Everett area. read more

Did an online order for a lime mojito. When I picked it up it was in a brown paper bag because of COVID-19. Took it out the bag at home ad realized the lime had gone through a blender or something similar and now the rind pieces fit up the straw. It's supposed to have lime slices not be all chopped up. And today I told the guy repeatedly when I was ordering that I want to substitute Boba and he didn't put it in the computer system the girl gave me drink said it was my fault because he must've read the order back to me and I didn't say anything. EXPERIENCE: Reasonably busy, 5-7 people in line--woman comes in and is greeted as a regular and proceeds to just cut the entire line and they just take her payment and make her long, intricate order superseding everyone else and making them wait.
