I love Sharetea, friendly environment and my favorite drink is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea

Going to agree with the pattern: Nice drink but the customer service is TERRIBLE. EXPERIENCE: Reasonably busy, 5-7 people in line--woman comes in and is greeted as a regular and proceeds to just cut the entire line and they just take her payment and make her long, intricate order superseding everyone else and making them wait. UPDATE: And even worse. Ask for strawberry, get grapefruit. Want a remake, they try to charge AGAIN. For THEIR mistake. read more

We came here during the week for their soft opening. I'm so happy that there's finally a good bubble tea place in Everett! It's even better because it's a Sharetea! I love Sharetea! The girl with the purple hair (sorry I wish I caught her name) provided us great service! She was very helpful and provided us great recommendations. I have my usual milk tea order that I get no matter where I go but I wanted to try something different. She gave us a lot of great information about the different drinks and specifically asked us what our usual go to drinks are so she could recommend something similar tailored to our preferences. I wish I was able to get her name because she was awesome! My fiancé and I both ended up getting the drinks she recommended and we were really happy with our choices! Now that there's finally a good bubble tea place in Everett we'll be coming here a lot since we live close by! read more

Not as good as the Lynnwood location but it's alright. A bit slow but the flavor is good. The music is kind of loud so it's hard to order but otherwise the place and drinks are good. read more

Stood in front of the counter for about 3-5 minutes with 3 workers who clearly saw me walk in and made eye contact with. No hello no we will be right with you. They are just having conversations. I get that you're busy with a lot of drinks but acknowledgment that a customer walked in and is standing in front of the counter would be nice. read more

I've been going to Sharetea since they opened the first one in UW and Sharetea has the best creama so far among other boba brands. However, this location doesn't have option for creame black/green/oolong tea. Instead, I had to order the tea and add creama to it which is fine to me. However, they charged the black/green/ollong tea for 4.00 dollars and creama for $1.25 which added to to 5.25 for the same creama tea at other location (4.75 there) 50 cents is not that much that the cashier told me it's the owner who decides this option. 50 cents is nothing but this is the franchise business and the owner shouldnt trick people like that. read more

I had a bad experience with Everett sharetea. I had three orders: 2 classic black milk tea with pearl and 1 Qq happy family milk tea. The tea was tasteless, not sweet at all. I ordered a regular sweetness. Three orders are the same, taste just like plain water. I have never had this experience with other stores before. I usually ordered at Lynnwood sharetea, the baristas are nice, and the drink is tasty. This is my first time in this store and will not come back again. read more

The place is great but limited. It is a very selective place for beverage. It's not that you'll get a basic drink like a vanilla smoothie. This is a place where you get unique Asian drinks such as taro bubble tea or matcha with red bean with ice cream. Though it's unique, the drink you will get will be worth it. This location does not accommodate for Covid-19. I think some changes need to be in place in light of the pandemic. For example, you can order through Grubhub online. The point of ordering through Grubhub is to not wait in-line and thus be around others. However, if you order through Grubhub, you cannot use their punchcard to collect 10 punches to get a free drink. When I came to pick up my drink, I gave them the punch card and they informed me that they cannot do this for me the next time I order through Grubhub. Which seems contradictory, because you are still ordering a drink through them? The fact that you cannot use a punch card with Grubhub makes you want to wait in line and order in person instead. Which insinuates you to be around other people. Another fact is that they use punch cards. The transferring back and forth of this physical card is a possible transfer of Covid. The Lynnwood location uses the Clover app. Everything is touch through your phone. No card necessary. However, I still enjoy my bubble tea and I still think they make the best bubble tea in town. Great bubble tea! Cute place. As someone who has recovered from Covid, I just really think it's important for business to do the small things to help with the pandemic. read more

The boba is really inconsistent sometimes it's soft and chewy like it's suppose to be. Other days it's hard and undercooked. It doesn't compare to the other chains in Washington. read more

Honestly a pretty good boba and tea place! It is my go-to place. The service is quick and friendly.

There is low employees and their time management is verr slow. Other than the other share tea in Lynnwood, it is actually on time and has many employees to go around to. I order a milk tea with less ice and they actually put super less ice like about only 6, I didnt say very less ice just you know a couple and I also ordered thai tea blended and they made it more runny and way to sweet, but cannot change the sweetnes. It honestly depends on the person who makes it. Its good, just not the best. read more

The Asian girl that works there with glasses had such a poor attitude. She may be the employee there out of the 3 that has more experience working there. (Other two seems new) however they showed better customer service than she did. Just because I asked for something she hasn't made before, she didn't have to sigh and roll her eyes at me. I would rather she said in a kind way that it's not in their menu and she doesn't feel comfortable making it. There's wasn't even a lot of customers there and she was acting like she was so busy. I rather drive a little further to the lynnwood sharetea (they always have excellent customer service there). read more

I love my bubble tea and I go to share tea quiet often. With this particular location I find they lack some type of communication and/or thoroughness when reading orders. As id say about 20% of the time they get something wrong on the order even when placed correctly! Being 80% accurate is not something to be proud about as a business. Workers need more focus on customers and their quality rather than socializing with each other. I find myself going out of my way to go to other locations as I know others do also. We ordered drinks online and free drinks were offered online along with our drinks. Last month someone from share tea sent a personal email to my niece questioning us about how we got the free drinks, so we told him that it was offered on the website, no promo code, no cheats, and nothing special about our method of ordering online. So yesterday when my niece went in person to order drinks and paid with her card her name came up. One of the employees recognized her and took her to the back room where, they began to berate her and call her unethical for simply ordering drinks that was shown on the website. We did not do anything special or modify our method of ordering, the drinks were offered for free on the website. First of all, we had told them about how it was offered when questioned about it the first time we ordered free drinks, they kept it up enough times for us to get free drinks two more times. Second of all, why would an elderly employee take a customer that is a minor into the back room and belittle her to the point of tears. read more

Very poor customer service here. I came in to pick up an order a couple times. It should be common for employees to ask customers if they're here to pick up an online order (especially since I walked in and walked toward the pick up order area right away). Yet, no one would ask. At first I assumed my order wasn't ready and waited patiently. But after 5 minutes or so, I realized they were making new orders from the people who just ordered. Each time, the store was not busy and was practically empty. I made eye contact with them many times so I am completely sure they are aware that I am there to pick up an order yet no one bothered. It would take waves and a couple of yells of "Excuse me" and "Hello" to get their attention afterwards. This should be improved. Also, each time I found out that my order was already made and ready for me before I walked in so I really don't get why I had to wait and scream for their attention. read more

I love their Taro smooth with boba. But I feel like this place is a bit stingy. Their menu has it so there is only Taro smooth with pudding. I tell them every time that I don't want pudding but I guess they don't put it in the computer. So one time, they put the pudding and I tell them I ordered without pudding. And she literally scooped out the pudding instead of making me a new one. There was still yellow pudding in it. Another time I told them to split one smoothie into two small ones and one of the small ones I don't want boba pearls. Again they didn't put it in the computer and the guy made just made one with boba. I told them that's not what I ordered, she again tried to divided the big one in two by scooping so one had too much boba and the other one had a little. Another time, I ordered 2 and they forgot the boba and I told them and one girl told me to pay $2 extra. I told her why it's the same price with it without boba. She's like ok it's fine. Again their smoothies are so good but you have to watch them because they always screw up orders. And when they do, they don't redo it, they try to fix what they already made. read more
