The staff at this location were super duper sweet and made me feel very welcome. I tried the almond poppyseed muffin, which was absolutely delicious! However, I was a bit disappointed with the "Legendary" coffee beverage - it tasted burnt and watered down, which wasn't quite what I expected. Despite this, I will definitely return to try different beverages, mainly because of the excellent service. The friendly and kind staff made my visit worthwhile, and I'm looking forward to giving their other drinks a try! What goes well when I take my Business to thee most EXPENSIVE Coffee place is.... the Smiling faces that are there every time not a higher turnover which says something in itself . I stopped by around 12:30pm on a Monday and there was a long line on one side, and a single car on the other. I pulled into the shorter line and tried looking at the digital menu, it scrolls through very fast and has three separate screens it shows. They do have a QR code to scan, but it didn't seem to have everything that the screen did. The barista did not know the few cold brew options listed on their menu, so I went with plain 12oz. with a piece of coffee cake. The cold brew was decent and the cake was tasty (very moist), but both are packaged completely in plastic. Casual ambiance and they're open 24hrs. read more

I often go to big fat to just get my iced tea but sometimes I like to do things different will recently. I just tried there fruit drinks that they have and they are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. The strawberry one was absolutely wonderful. The employees always have a smile on their face and they seem so happy to see you. They know who you are when you come into their line and even call you by your first name often is very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful to be at there just down the street from my house so I can go in there in the morning and get my tea or my coffee and also get a good morning and a smile along with it I would recommend but Bigfoot Java to anyone And I give you 10 stars five thank you for being a great clean wonderful atmosphere. read more

My husband loves this place and I have ZERO idea why. Every single time we go there, the staff have zero personality and are SO involved in their personal conversations that it takes 10 minutes for 2 iced drinks. Then the drinks aren't made properly (like the pics on the menu board) but they surely want to be tipped. Here is a BIG tip from someone in the business: The customers don't care about what you did last night (just make the drinks) and when you start flirting with a man with his wife in the car- be thankful she didn't get out of the car and teach you some manners. Two stars for being a place that sells coffee. The pros end there. I always say I won't go back and then I do which is my fault. Major cons include super unfriendly staff, they will take your order and ring you up in absolute and super awkward silence. No thank you's or friendly small talk during the interactions. They also put about three ice cubes in an iced drink and give it to you partially full. It's just a disappointing experience all around. read more

I ordered the 3 new Halloween Drinks for delivery on DoorDash like their website advertises. The Full Moon (hot), Buddy's Bloodsucking Redbull, and the Ferns Frightening Frostbite. The Ferns Frostbite is advertised as having "pumpkin pie sauce, caramel, and Oreos all blended together topped with pumpkin pie drizzle and more crushed Oreos." You can also see it in their pictured advertisement which I will upload a photo of that as well. My drink looked NOTHING like the photo and didn't have half of those ingredients!! It was all milky white with a little brown sauce that was all stuck on the bottom of the cup.. Where are the blended sauces and blended Oreos inside the drink? Why was the drink all white? It had no whip cream on top, no pumpkin pie drizzle, and no crushed Oreos either. Pretty sad looking compared to the photo they are advertising and completely underwhelming. The Bloodsucker Redbull was also bad. The cherry flavor they use is so artificial tasting, tastes like cough syrup . The only thing good was the Full Moon. Cute location. Coffee was actually pretty bad. Tasted watered down and didn't have a whole lot of body to it.

I came to this stand a couple times a week on my way to work. Every time I had been there, the girls seemed to either be talking about another employee or they were just plain rude. There was one employee in particular that I have seen out by a dumpster with what looked like a dab pen (a weed pen) that seems stand offish, rude and talked down to people and the other employees. I later found out she was the manager. I would never recommend anyone applying there for employment. And I assume that is why there is a high turnover rate. I have started going to another stand that is close by. I will say that there are about 3 girls that I did like there. One was named Crystal, I believe, and I am unsure of the other's names. read more

Ordered a rainbow shake for my 5 year old and we were shocked to find what looks like a half & half cap in the drink. It's very clear they weren't being very attentive when making the drink because how do you miss a very large and purple cap in a primarily white drink. I use to love going to Bigfoot Java. I have been a very loyal customer for over 20 years. There is not one super close to me so I drive 15 minutes to go to this location. I don't think I will be going back. The two baristas that were working did nothing but complain about how a customer had just treated her and barely tipped her.. I put in my order. Per their policy to try a drink first to make sure your drink is made correctly cause they will not remake it off you leave and come back. I took a sip of my redbull drink and it was flat. When I told the barista she told me that was not justification to make a new drink. So I have to drink a flat redbull over no fault of mine. She even admitted the case was dropped. I know nothing will be done about this but to make others aware. It's so sad to lose a loyal customer cause your customer service has gone down the hill. No one should be talking poorly about a customer in front of another and to boot not to mention the fact that they didn't care about my complaint or do anything about it. read more

I am really tired of the inconsistency here I ordered I London fog and when I got home I saw that it was made with breakfast blend not earl grey. If u look up London fog on google first ingredient is earl grey. And second of all the girl called me mama like no I'm not a mom . That made me uncomfortable and which is why I rushed out and didn't even look at my drink. This isn't the first time either this has happened multiple times.
