Espresso was a bit on the bitter side and the microfoam almost completely absent, so I was not blown away. Might be unfair to judge only on this limited experience, but hey, it is what it is. I am not a wood coffee person sorry folks I tried woods twice the first time I ordered an egg muffin thing that they had it was cold and did not taste very well and my stomach hurt for two days I would say no I was not impressed. I'm familiar with Woods Coffee when up north in Skagit and Whatcom counties and had visited several times the one in Edmonds at 220/Hwy 99. My first visit to this newish drive through was located on Evergreen Way in Everett (12/11/22). I was thankful for Google Maps gps and Bret H's earlier post for landmarks. Woods Coffee drive through is indeed located between a car wash and a Sonic Drive-In under construction. Friendly drive through service. Note there's no onsite cafe. I tried for the first time their Bacon and Cheddar Egg Bites and a holiday beverage, their Peppermint Bark Mocha. There can never be enough Woods Coffee locations, and this one is ideally located around a lot auto, and industrial businesses in certain it will have a lot of foot traffic. Customer service was EXCELLENT, Olivia and her teammates were extremely courteous.The menu is surprisingly vast for a drive through only location. Be mindful when approaching this location as accessing can be challenging if you're not familiar with area. Anytime I'm in that area I will definitely stop by to grab a cup of Brown Bear brew; I highly recommend! read more

I love trying Woods Coffee. My daughter first introduced me to Woods at the Bellingham location right near the water next to WWU. Such a pretty place. I've been to the Bellevue location right off 405 on 116th and it has a really nice interior as well. I came to this Evergreen Way location for a Yelp Elite promotion with my daughter and also bought a separate drink for her. It is in a new location that also has a Sonic Drive In being built and a Glint Car Wash that is VERY noisy as the drying part of the car wash exit faces the Woods Coffee location. We loved our Christmas themed drinks and will definitely be back to a Woods location soon. read more

This one is no exception, I'm happy another location has been added. The entry and exit around the Sonic Drive Thru and carwash is a little weird so beware. This woods coffee is a drive-thru & walk up only. Be careful when approaching the building/window, it's an awkward turn and I noticed the corner of the building was crunched, so someone must have ran into it. This location is brand new and is right between a new car wash and sonic drive-in. The parking lot was ok when I visited, but I can only imagine how much of a mess it will be once the car wash and sonic open, we'll just have to wait and see. This is a drive thru location! Came here yesterday for for a 12 oz latte but didn't notice they actually gave me a16oz caramel macchiato with almond milk instead. I ain't even mad cause that drink was BOMB! It was rich and not too sweet which was good! They're also doing a deal right now where you get $5 if you buy $50 worth of gift cards. This is my first time trying Woods Coffee and I want to point out a couple things to be aware of for this location: - The Sonic next door is still under construction and there is currently no access in directly from Evergreen, entrance is off Olivia Park Rd. - This location does not have space for people to come inside. It is drive thru or walk up ordering only. - There is no menu posted yet, the menu can be pulled from the website. The staff was very warm and friendly, I avoid sugar and sweeteners so I ordered a latte breve and it was absolutely delicious without any add ons. If it's this enjoyable when kept simple, I'm sure all of their drinks are pretty good. I'll probably be hitting up their drive thru with some regularity when I have business in the area. read more

Horrible service at the speaker u asked if they had red bull they didn't so I got a lotus with raspberry syrup I always asked for extra and she rudely said it already comes with six pumps you want more I said "yes can I get two more pumps and also sorry can I have cream and whip" she told me to pull forward we were waiting in line about 15 mins and I get to the window and pay she handed me my drink and I asked isn't there supposed to be cream and whip she said that there was no more room in teh cup I was like can you pour some out and then put it on she said she couldn't take it back to the window and that I could pay for another one so I called when I got home to speak to a manager and she was very unprofessional saying really I made the drinks all morning if you made the drinks all morning I hope other people enjoy there drink because even without the cream and whip it's horrible she was verifying that it was me who got the drink and I said well I'm pretty sure there's a Brittany that works there and she was like I can't disclose that information like it was on my cup with the receipt of the person who served me, that's the only reason why I knew the name I went back and she told me they won't serve me anymore horrible service and drinks read more

This place has given me very mixed feelings. The drinks and food are always delicious but the service is sub-par. I worked in coffee for 4 years and this level of customer service would've never been acceptable. They almost treat you like your burden and they're annoyed that you're there. I've gone maybe 5 or 6 times now trying to give them a fair chance and only once have I received decent customer service. Also disappointed that they don't accept Apple Pay. If you want to be competitive in this market, you guys may want to consider making some changes. read more

Coffee is delicious and really good, and I've always loved Woods. I first discovered them in B'ham and then in Mt Vernon and have always loved going there as a treat. Their price point always was a little high but better than Starbucks, but, as I discovered at this south location they've apparently skyrocketed. How can anyone afford a coffee drink when it costs as much as a full fast food meal? They apparently don't advertise their pricing online or on their menu on purpose. And they hide your coffee points on a card so you can't see how many points you have (I feel like I just arbitrarily get free ones sporadically). Anyway, their prices have gotten to the point where I just can't justify getting coffee from them anymore. I always get excited to try a new one and get disappointed by good coffee but terrible baked goods. My husband and 6 yo came home with the holy grail today! You guys nailed it.
