Great customer service. The barista was by herself but she was able to manage both windows and was efficient with orders. Good drinks and okay food. They have typical coffee stand options but they also have fun unique drink options for coffee and energy drinks (Lotus and Red Bull). I love coffee stands that offer unique drink mixes. This location used to be my absolute favorite but over the last few visits it has been a headache to go to, the drinks are inconsistent; the wait is absolutely ridiculous we waited for 20 minutes and then couldn't even get the size of the drink that we wanted to have done, when it's been done in the past(due to sensory issues) when they've done it before in the past. Having only one person working, a second window should be closed, unless they can be more efficient. Due to the length of time it takes to make drinks if they don't have two people working one for each window, one should be unavailable. Especially since it backs into the street. On more than one occasion I have left due to the wait. I do not recommend anymore. read more

I have been recently stopping in here to pick up coffee on my way to daycare. The staff of extremely friendly and the prices are lower than any surrounding coffee shop. My drink always comes out great and there is never and residual white chocolate at the bottom. I really appreciate that. They offer a punch card as loyalty! This coffee stand is easily the best in Everett- if not anywhere in the greater Seattle area. Personable people, a easy location to get to, and Zoka coffee is a great bonus. Ps, to all you one star reviewers- please understand that this buisness does not condone racist behavior, and you seem to have missed that this stand is owned by a minority businesswoman. By far my favorite coffee stand in the area. I'm a Starbucks FAN big FAN but I'm telling you I crave the espresso at Box Coffee over Starbucks now days. The shots are never burnt and the flavors are perfect, never overly sweet. Sounds funny but the drinks are almost soft like ha ha. My new favorite is the "LUCKY CHARM". So delicious. *UBEREATS Soooo we all have those days where you don't want to leave your house on a Sunday morning so I order Box Coffee from UberEats. LOVE this option but I've noticed as of lately there are days that Box Coffee isn't open when they say they will be open. I drove by on Saturday morning around 8am and they were still closed, so the inaccuracy of their hours is a bummer but other than that they are my vote for best coffee in Everett. read more

They have different drinks (such as the Lucky Charm, which is my favorite) that no other coffee stands have. Their different receipes are what make them stand out from the rest.
