This might be the worst coffee stand I've tried so far. First off the barista seemed annoyed that I was even there in the first place, I ordered an iced matcha latte, and it was so watered down I couldn't taste the matcha at all. I'm not sure if it's because the barista was in a bad mood and purposely made it taste terrible or if this is how it usually tastes. My family owns several local businesses that keep us out at all hours of the day and night. We have been going too Snoho Mojo for a very long time but more so when they started the night shift several years back. Never had a good drink during the day. We used to go several times a day but after most of the good night workers left or were fired we stopped going as much. Thankfully a young lady named Isabella started working the night shift and has been killing it. Coffee is always good never an off cup with her! This roadside stand is ok. The baristas are always exceptionally friendly, but their espresso expertise is just so-so. While I've never had a terrible drink here, they aren't quite up to par if you've come accustomed to the precision of the smaller, gourmet coffee lounges in Seattle or the consistency of Starbucks. My drinks here have always been off-- either way too hot or the espresso shots are bitter. The prices are fair, but there's nothing unique on the menu that I've noticed. This location is convenient for me and I'm going to keep waiting it out a few more times before I default to Starbucks, so I'm hoping one of these days I'll get a barista as good as my regular baristas in Seattle. read more

I have always loved getting my coffee here and have never had a problem until today 9/23/2018. I haven't seen this barista before but she may have been new. She made the worst drinks I've ever had. It seemed like she didn't listen to my order and I understand that it's a lot at once, but ask me if you don't remember or get confused. My (supposed to be) triple shot americano with hazelnut and a splash of cream, most definitely didn't have a third shot or the hazelnut. It was strictly water with the littlest bit of cream. I couldn't even taste the coffee, the reason for me asking for three shots of espresso. My other drink, a white chocolat mocha, tasted like raspberry syrup and water as well. I love coming here and am very sad about this experience. I'm truly not sure if I will be coming back. read more

I went here a couple days ago and ordered a blended drink. It took a really long time to make it, and when they handed it to me the first sip was chunky ice. I told them and they took it back. She came back and said it wasn't blending up because it was decaf....which is odd that a decaf shot Vs a regular shot would cause a drink to not blend. I always order decaf and regularly get blended drinks from other places and have never once had this issue. We also got a chocolate milk and it really watery. I love this place! I'm a night owl and sometimes crave a sweet drink before I have a long evening drive. Before when I had a long trip and wanted some caffeine for the drive I would have to settle for gas station coffee, because that's generally the only coffee available after five PM in a small town. Not this place! If you're craving a latte or whatever else and it's half past midnight, this little stand will get you that drink you're craving. I have received terrible service by the barista Izzy on many occasions and it took her 7 minutes to even greet me and then when I finally was asked my order she had a bad attitude and was very rude all around. My mom asked her if there was a issue and pointed out the fact that she didn't even make eye contact while standing by our window and her only comment was "I don't know what you want me to do about it" and "I'm sorry you feel that way". this place is very hit or miss. they make a good lotus and that's about it. the matcha from here is always poorly made, bitter, and chunky. the woman with the high pitched voice makes horrible drinks and she is almost always there during the nights. it's a rip off i paid $8 for something that's undrinkable. the coffee here is gross too and always watered down or the flavors are off. if you're going to go here, do so with caution and only get a lotus or a red bull. anything other than that is disgusting. the customer service is fine, but honestly it doesn't make up for how bad the drinks are. wish they would improve, it's sad to see the only nearby 24/7 coffee stand nearby has baristas who seem to be severely under trained. read more

I've only been once being I do not live in Snohomish but was house sitting down here. It was great service with the cutest girl who made speedy drinks and was great at communicating with both sides of the window. Being a district manager of four coffee stands I am pretty picky, but this girl was the perfect barista and the coffee was definitely great. I would have stole her in a heart beat but she also seemed to love her place of work which just adds to how wonderful she was! She was a brunette girl working the Saturday afternoon of the wind storm who kept in great spirits with everything happening and how busy she had been. read more

I go to snoho mojo because it was close to work. they have messed up my very simple drink 3/5 times. Two times I ordered a Latte and I got a flat white. Let me start this off with saying before today I have gone here many times and had good service and the coffee has been okay too. But I will never go to Snoho Mojo coffee stand in Snohomish again!!! We showed up there at 545 and the open light was still on. We sat at the window for a few minutes while I told Steve to just give a little tap of the horn cause the girl that was in there walked back-and-forth pass the window four times and then continued to sit and clean up the machines while we were sitting there. Steve was being very patient and said we'll maybe she just has to do something real quick so we waited a few more minutes, and still nothing! So I honked the horn and she just looked out both windows with a blank stare like she saw absolutely no one. I will be calling tomorrow and letting the owners know!
