The 32oz. barely fits in my cup holder so just imagine the car ride with a 44!!! I don't dare order the 32oz. or 44oz. but my friend does. He enjoys the fact that it can lasts him for days! I love all of their Sasquatch Specialties, especially the Nutty Yeti. My fiancé is not as adventurous and sticks with his usual Iced Caramel Latte. Went in today for my normal white chocolate americano with a splash of cream. I noticed on the menu board that the price for a 24oz should be $3.25, plus $.50 for flavor, and I'm assuming no more than $.50-$.75 for cream, or so I thought. Total came out to $5.81!! Where did the extra $2 come from??! Asked the lady working and she said it's considered a "gourmet americano" and is charged as a mocha. For the first few times of coming here was fine but then after those first few times my order would get messed up frequently, I ask for 12oz but get 24oz and then get charged for it. 24oz is a lot of coffee. Wow, just wow. Came here with my littlest sister on a Saturday afternoon, wasn't too busy, sun was out. Ordered 2 drinks, barista was training, no biggie. Walked up to the window this morning as I was in town with a semi truck and only had to wait about a minute before somebody noticed me. The lady took my order quickly and accurately and then made my drink perfectly! For those that don't know, espresso shots sour very quickly. In less than seven seconds a sweet nutty Caramelly shot of espresso turns completely black and super bitter. I've been a regular for years now and never had a problem with them until tonight. Customer service was the worst. My brother went in with our order and they completely ignored him half the time until another worker ask the lady to take his order. She continued to be rude and give him attitude and kept on walking off while he was trying to order the drinks. I normally only went if it was after hours. But I have to say, the pluses definitely out weigh the minuses in this case. Coffee was fine, however being called "babe" repeatedly was pretty unflattering and inappropriate. Barista touched garbage bags before she made my coffee and didn't wash her hands. Also her thong was completely hanging out when she turned around and my straw had greasy fingerprints all over it. Today was my first time at Big Foot Java, my usual coffee place is temporarily closed. I ordered a 12oz. Mocha for my friend and a 12oz. Sugar Free White Chocolate Soy Latte for myself. The prices seem a wee bit higher than normal but not enough to seem completely outrageous. The girl taking my order had a lot of personality and was super chatty, which I like. She was funny, friendly, and made good conversation while I waited. My drinks came out super fast and I was on my way fairly quickly. I can only speak for my drink here, but I was very happy with the way it was made (flavor, temperature, everything being correct) and would definitely return again. Waited 19 minutes as the 3rd and 2nd car in line before backing out and leaving, I'm an Amazon driver and am on the clock, we get 15 breaks so I went to get something to drink since it's 8 in the morning and I have a 8 more hours of work and I spent more than my 15 minute break moving up one spot before leaving because I ran out of time. I will not be going back to this stand. As well as a car pulled up with a 20 something old girl in it and I watch every one of the baristas go to this car and take a puff off something in the drivers hand. I have only $40 a month to buy coffee...it is my treat. As they have three times not had the lid of my coffee on all the way it spilled in my car not one, NOT TWO times...THREE times and of course I was totally upset. So brought it back and since then they are making my drinks extra SWEET adding whip when I say NO WHIP. So TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STAND. I really enjoy their coffee. I used to be a Starbucks drinker only but if I am in the mood for a blended coffee drink, this is my go to place now. They have lots of options, and the baristas have always been flexible when it comes to special orders. I usually order the mythical mocha blended. Service is always fast here, even if there is a car in front of you. I also really like that this coffee stand is family friendly as a lot of them in Everett are the complete opposite. I've yet to have a bad experience here. Even my husband likes going here as they have options that are not coffee related....like the mythical mango drink. The only cons I can think of are that they are a little on the spendy side, so this is more of a special occasion kind of place for me. Incredibly rude worker! I've never had any issues with any Bigfoot location until this location. I asked for a drink for my child and asked that instead of putting the whipped cream inside the cup if they could just put it in a separate cup and she proceeds to tell me she can't do that. She says the only way we can do that is if it's for a dog.. So you're telling me the drink I'm paying for which includes whipped cream in it can't be just put in a side cup unless it's for a dog? She said "we can't do that because we use to much whipped cream" I told her I would pay extra if I needed to and she continued to say no she can't. I've never had an issue with any of the other locations when I've asked for them to do this So maybe if I had asked " hey can I get a cup with whipped cream for my DOG with no treats" it would've been totally okay? ? So A DOG can get free whipped cream but a HUMAN CHILD can't? Makes no sense. I have a small child so the purpose for me asking was so that they don't have a cup with a huge hole on the top lid so that they don't spill! She proceeds to give me a cup with whipped cream but WITH DOG TREATS in it after she knew I wanted the whipped cream for my CHILD. SO DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. Was on my way to work the other morning, and had to go in at 5:30am (which is quite a bit earlier than normal). I usually go to Dutch Bros in Everett, but they aren't open until 5 and I had a 30 minute drive to Bellevue. I stopped by BigFoot because they are open 24 hours and the drinks taste decent (I needed coffee this morning). I got a Giant Iced Sugar Free White Mocha, and it was expensive! $6.38 after tax compared to $4 at Dutch for the same size (and you can add extra shots, flavor, or whip for FREE!) Now there was a sign that said "we apologize but on January 1st 2017 we will be raising our prices due to cost increases." While I understand needing to offset costs, raising prices this high seems ridiculous. While they will work for an after hours run, they aren't my go to coffee joint (even though they are closer to my house). read more
