My husband and I enjoyed our brunch here so much!! Since moving to Washington, I have honestly yet to find a good breakfast/brunch spot. It has been one of the biggest things missing for me. Until we found Bistro 76! We came here on a Saturday around 11:30 and it was pretty slow--we were seated immediately. I ordered the classic eggs benedict and my husband ordered the corned beef hash. Both were amazing! They came out perfectly seasoned and super fresh! We really enjoyed the food. We also felt the food was very fairly priced for the quality/amount you get. I also ordered a vanilla oat milk latte which was very tasty! The women working here were so friendly and they wanted to say hi to our baby and chat a bit. Really great service overall. Went here for brunch on a Sunday and inside seating was pretty packed but we could be seated outside immediately. We got the Cuban pork hash, ham hash (from the specials menu), corned beef hash, and breakfast burrito. The potatoes were unique because they were neither crispy but they weren't mushy either and very nicely fluffy inside. Also very well seasoned! The eggs were perfectly done and oozy, the hollandaise sauce was light, more so added for extra creaminess. I'm not usually the biggest fan of hollandaise sauce as I find it sometimes too heavy but this was less rich which was nice. The breakfast burrito was tasty, nice amount of filling. I enjoyed the cubes of ham and how it wasn't overly salty. Definitely eat with hot sauce and some black pepper. I think it would get a little mundane if you were to eat the whole thing yourself but it's not bad. The banana bread donut isn't really a donut. More so a banana bread Bundt cake. Such a great breakfast place with amazing service. As you walk in, the vibe is perfect. We got sat right next to the fireplace which made the experience even better. We first started off with one of the blueberry coffee muffin cakes. It was the perfect amount of sweet, mixed with the blueberry bit (yum). We we ordered mimosas (can't go wrong there), my wife ordered the traditional breakfast with chicken sausage, and I ordered the burrito. In both cases, the potatoes were very soft and tasty and the bread and table raspberry jam from scratch is perfect. Probably one of the best burritos I've ever had for breakfast. A friend suggested we meet here for brunch and it was a great suggestion!! At 10:30 we were able to immediately get a table but there was a wait by the time we left. We started with peppermint bark mochas and they were fantastic. A "tall" size was plenty big. Our server was attentive and our food came out pretty quick. We ordered the eggs Benedict and the breakfast burrito. The eggs Benedict was perfectly classic, great amount of hollandaise and yummy breakfast potatoes. I loved that the breakfast potatoes were in the burrito too, and it had LOTS of meat inside. It was amazing. Their house made salsa was super good too. Came for brunch on a Saturday and had an unimpressive experience. Our waitress took our order, without writing it down, and forgot what we ordered. She came back to ask again and still didn't write it down. As you can expect, she got both our orders completely wrong and we had to wait for our food again. They tried to make up for it by giving us a scone while we waited. Once we got the food, it was pretty average tasting with nothing exciting to highlight or comment on positively. The environment was also not the best, with tiles missing from the majority of the ceiling, fruit flies around, and it got pretty warm after sitting there so long. The atmosphere is casual and the decor is rustic industrial with mason jar glasses , wood textures and brown furniture, and an open ceiling. The Lavender Matcha was pretty mild tasting with very subtle lavender and a well balanced matcha amount. Their weekend-only cinnamon roll was perfect, super soft and chewy with creamy frosting that wasn't too sweet. The place was packed, and I expected at least a 30-minute wait, but surprisingly, we got a table in about 10 minutes. However, once we placed our order, the food took about 30-40 minutes to arrive. Just a heads-up about the wait time. I ordered the California Eggs Benedict from the special menu, which came with bacon, avocado, and tomato. The tomatoes made the biscuit a bit soggy, and the bacon was thick and slightly undercooked, which made it hard to cut. It was difficult to eat everything together because the components kept falling apart. However the overall flavor was decent. The potatoes were good, especially with a little salt and pepper. For food, we each got something different, and everyone raved and licked their plates clean. The pumpkin pancakes, chicken-fried steak, and eggs benedict were smash hits. Everything came hot to the table and was served by the most attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. There are two separate dining rooms and an outdoor patio. We found the indoor seating to be a little warm, but it was packed full of people due to the rain (i.e., no outdoor seating), so we could hardly complain. Inside the atmosphere was buzzing with people, but we were greeted and seated immediately by staff. It's a rustic bistro vibe with fresh baked goods in a displace case to temp you to take something to go after your meal, but I didn't fall for it lol. We started with a vanilla lavender latte and a vanilla lavender matcha, both was very good but the lavender was nonexistent. We ordered the breakfast burrito 8/10, bananas foster French toast 9/10, and the corned beef hash with fried eggs instead of poached 10/10. As far as brunch spots go, if this was closer I would totally be a regular but if I am ever in the area this would be a no brainer. Everything was made when ordered so if they are busy it can take 30-40 mins but for a delicious brunch I don't think that's too much to ask. Been here twice for breakfast meetings. Coffee is great! Today I had a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was buttery and had the right amount of dense and chewiness! Cream cheese was not hard and easy to spread. It also came with a side of fruit. Service is always prompt and friendly. Because we were having a meeting, we were seated in the bar area with a long table. It was kind of dark, yet quiet enough for us to hear each other. They also don't take reservations for groups smaller than 6, so I'd recommend coming earlier if you don't want to wait. By the time we left, there were a few groups waiting. The corned beef, hollandaise, biscuit, scramble, sourdough toast, "fritter," and raspberry jam were all outstanding. The breakfast potatoes were okay--the smokiness was nice, but they weren't at all crispy. The "fritter" was a sweet pancake, not a fritter. The place was clean, seating was comfortable, and service was quick and friendly. First off, let me address the service team at this cafe. Just so sweet and accommodating- they truly love working here, and it shows. The POG mimosas were a tad sour, but the fresh orchid is just a stunning presentation. The soup of the day was butternut squash - rich, and creamy. Not as hot as it could be, but good flavor. Rhe Reuben was very tasty - bread was nice and crispy, and sufficient filling. I didn't taste any Guinness in the mustard, but the combination is ingredients worked well. A filling lunch. My friend had the corned beef hash. Plentiful and beautifully presented. Again, not very hot but delicious hollandaise, and the potatoes and corned beef had a nice crispy exterior. When checking in with Yelp, one receives a gift from the bistro. I was fortunate to get a pastry and selected the pumpkin bread. An adorable little Bundt cake shape with a dollop of cream cheese frosting in the center. Since lunch was so filling, I took it to go. Sooo moist and flavorful. Excellent balance of spicing and pumpkin, and the cream cheese was just the right amount. I ate the second half e next stay and it was still very moist. We came to this breakfast place on our way to the airport. Upon walking in I was super excited since it smelled super good. I was disappointed upon looking at the menu and saw that they didn't offer any pancakes. I feel as if you are a breakfast establishment there should at least be a non vegan pancake option. The best dish that we got was the pesto scramble. It has great flavor. The rest of the food was okay, not stellar. The reason I'm giving it 2/5 is because my classic Benedict's were very cold in the middle. It felt like they tossed it in a microwave and then added the sauce on top. Service was top notch and the restrooms were clean (with toilet seat covers available :D). We got the spinach, mushroom & tomato omelettes with avocado, a blueberry coffee cake and a Taro Latte. The smoked breakfast potatoes are to die for. The cake was not very sweet, just how we like it. And the Taro Latte blew it out of the park. We came here last weekend for brunch after seeing this on Yelp's list of 100 best brunch places. I see why it made the list. Service was quick and friendly. We got a free pastry for checking in on yelp which was awesome. We opted for the cinnamon roll which was tasty and clearly homemade. I got a vanilla latte and my husband got some regular coffee. The latte was very good and you could tell they use quality coffee. I got the breakfast burrito which was so hot when it came that I couldn't hold it at first. It was tasty and very filling. I liked that it also came with some fruit. My husband got the pork belly hash which he loved. He said the dish was really tasty and he would definitely get it again. Our waitress greeted my son and I with a welcoming big smile as always. She quickly informed us that it may be a bit of a wait since they were busy. I really appreciated the communication. My son ordered the Taro latte which he loved and said "I could drink this everyday it's soooooo delicious" I got the hibiscus mimosa which in my opinion is way more flavorful than a basic mimosa. The flower they used for presentation was a simple yet beautiful touch. My son ordered the Pegs Benedict, he enjoyed every bite and didn't leave a trace of goodness behind. I enjoyed the Corn beef hash. It's one of my absolute favorites! It's got big chunks of meat, it's hearty and packed with flavor. They also have gluten free toast available. 75th Best Brunch in America as per Yelp and it's at my top 5 places for brunch! I ordered one of the specials - Chicken Sausage Scramble and it was amazing. The breakfast potatoes had a delicious spice mix with potatoes melting in your mouth! the egg scramble and chicken sausage was good too! next item ordered was the Banana foster french toast which comes with spiced brandy bananas foster sauce which we ordered on the side. This was heavenly, the bread, the sauce and the toasted pecans was a treat. For the drinks, loved the Cappuccino, the POG mimosa was ok and would not order again! lastly, the coffee cake was a great end to the meal. It was shaped like a cup cake and less sweet to my liking! Parking can get bit tricky as you are not supposed to park in front of the BBQ or the Deli and there are limited parking spots around the restaurant. Outside seating is not covered, you might have to bring your own umbrella if the temperature soars like today in 80's. The staff specifically mentions that you can change your seating once you have placed the order! Impressively presented food and a talkative atmosphere mean that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend checking out Bistro 76. But I'd also shy away from calling it the best restaurant ever. On the Saturday before Mother's Day 2024, my mom and I sat down indoors at the one corner of the place that happened to be in the dark. There's no denying that the place was packed, which is why they need more than 3 people working the front of the house. It took awhile for us to get water, it took awhile for them to take our food order, and it took awhile for them to come back when we were done eating. I'm not shy about flagging down the staff when we're being missed. But they were just slammed. The passion, orange, and guava mimosa needed to be sweeter (in my book anyway), and the chilaquiles tasty, but short of dynamite. I think the plating was the issue here. Draping the overeasy eggs over the chips meant that half of them had lost their crisp before I even got a bite in. It's beautiful inside and the menu all sounds really good, so with slightly better service and food execution, I'd issue an unqualified recommendation. read more
