I got an order of their pulled pork breakfast burrito, which I've never tried before. Traditionally, it comes w your choice of pancakes or toast/hashbrowns. They let me upgrade the regular buttermilk pancakes to their lemon blueberry ones. Ultimately, the total came out to around $27.50 after tax/tip (I "only" tipped $2 since I was picking up). Ok so here are my ratings: - service 5/5 - burrito 3.5/5 - pancakes 4/5 - price 3/5 The burrito was solid. I just wish their was more to it. Like maybe some veggies or spice or pico or anything lol. The pancakes were the best part of the meal. You really don't even need to add syrup since it comes w the lemon cream cheese frosting on top and in between each of the 3 pancakes. The Soprano scramble was lacking in the seasoning department, I'm fairly sure they use boxed pancake mix, and they use store bought brioche for their French toast, and store bought bread for their sourdough toast. We used to live in Lynnwood years ago, and this was always our go-to breakfast spot. Coming back after four years felt nostalgic, and thankfully not much has changed, in a good way. This is a very big interior with very comfortable seating. The food came out pretty quick and I thought it was very good. However, I think the portions were a bit small for a breakfast place. Usually, I want to have so much food that I can take leftovers home, but for others it's reasonable. For a cafe that's been around for a L-O-N-G time, this place still has it. It's clean, comfortable, and inviting. The owners obviously believe in maintaining the premises and take pride in the restaurant, and it shows in its longevity and excellent appearance. And that pride extends to the kitchen. There's nothing flashy here, but there is plenty of great comfort food. And it's well executed with quality ingredients and a shot of love. Perfect execution. Well prepared and cooked. Pies come from the newer sister location, the Sammamish Cafe, which has an onsite baking facility. This location is older (but you would not know it by looking) and has a cafe kitchen. It's so warm and welcoming here. They're so good about seating you very promptly. The food is great. Especially the fluffy pancakes. My husband loved the 1/2 order of Meat Lover's egg white omelette. My wife and I have been here several times the wait is so worth it. The food is some of the best food in Seattle for brunch. My go to is the pulled pork breakfast burrito. Always get the bacon potato pancakes they are delicious. Wife get a club sandwich and fries and we share a waffle. Their waffles are light slightest crunch and that hot maple syrup is just right amount of sweet. Best brunch around and left overs for dinner. They made more room up front for some tables and everyone is so pleasant. Atmosphere is refreshing. Nice with fire place going on a chilly morning. Always a perfect place to go for brunch. read more

While on business in Seattle I was looking for a bomb breakfast place and found this place. Located amongst a busy shopping center, was this little gem. The Saw Mill Cafe, had a great bustling welcoming environment, which we were immediately welcomed at the door by multiple employees. The food was a plus to the environment of the restaurant. I ordered half an order of their house made corn beef hash with one over easy egg and got a biscuit with gravy. The corn beef was good good && there was so much meat inside of the hash. I ordered the biscuit with gravy for my husband to eat but I also tried it. The gravy was thick and seasoned well that paired well with their thick but fluffy biscuit. The husband ordered their 6oz steak rare with two easy eggs. The steak was very tender and well seasoned. 10/10 would suggest for a good reasonably priced breakfast place. read more

If you dine at Saw Mill Cafe, and I strongly suggest you do, and you have Bridgette take care of you, you will have a fantastic experience! My FDD, who shall be known as My Favorite Traveling Companion for the time being, and I were looking for a place to have breakfast where we could sit and have great food before starting our day. A Yelp search, (thank you Yelpers!) brought us here. We are both avid coffee drinkers, and Bridgette made sure that our cups were never empty. Always a great start when that happens! Even more impressive to me was that they served packets of freezer jam made with real sugar instead of sickly sweet jelly made with high fructose corn syrup. My FTC ordered the corned beef hash with a side of biscuit & gravy. The corned beef was tender and flavorful; the portion size, extra hearty. The biscuit was so big that he only ate half. The gravy was smooth except for the chunks of sausage, and extremely tasty. I got the Soprano omelet, and was very happy that I did. The chicken sausage was great, better than most that I've eaten, and there was lots of cheese holding everything together. If we are ever back this way, I'm sure we will be returning. read more

Chefs kiss! If this restaurant wasn't 30+ min from home for me, my family and I would eat here every weekend. The staff is so kind and friendly! Loved this breakfast area! I absolutely loved the interior - literally like a warm hug in a cabin. The large windows are so nice since there's also a lot of trees surrounding their building. Really easy to park - there's a lot. We ordered the scramble with avocado. It comes with your choice of pancake, hash, or something else... but it was pretty filling and delicious! Onto the food. 1) Egg breakfast. We ordered the half order, but they made us the full order. eggs, crispy bacon, hash brown and bread. Standard fare. only wish the hash browns comes out crispier. 2) Veggie hash. hash brown mixed with a really good variety of veggies topped with poached eggs and an avocado cream. add some hot sauce and you are golden. the only area of improvement for this would be crispier potatoes. Not sure who likes soggy hash browns, but a few more minutes on the griddle would have been perfect. And I got TWO good sized biscuits and they were good. 3) Strawberry crepes (half order). Pretty standard crepes. Kids loved it. 4) Kids egg breakfast. can't miss on this with the crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. give me a slice of cheese and I would make a sandwich out of it! My wife and I stopped in at the Saw Mill Cafe on our way to the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire to have some breakfast. I decided to order the Ranchero Omelette. It's a four-egg omelette with taco meat, black olives, tomatoes, green onions, Tillamook cheddar, queso fresco, ranchero salsa, and avocado cream drizzle. It comes accompanied with pancakes or toast and hash browns. I chose the toast and hash browns. I was not disappointed with my selection for breakfast! It was very tasty. I actually tasted all the flavors, from the black olives to the green onions, and the avocado cream drizzle! We got there Sunday morning, a few minutes before 9 am was served a few minutes after 9. Very quick service by a friendly and professional staff. Just a tip, we were able to be seated as soon as we got there, but by 9:30 am there were customers waiting for a table. Sundays seem to be a popular time for eating at the Saw Mill. read more

Space is a little bit on the tighter side if you get a booth but what matters is the food, which is really good. Service is also great and everyone is very friendly. I love this locally owned chain of brunch rearaurants! I have now been to almost all of them and they are consistent on service, quality of food, and generous portion sizes! I got here around noon to put our name in and they said it would be about a 40 min wait. I got the text message to confirm and we were seated approximately in that amount of time. We had two kids with us and they setup a station for the baby carrier and a high chair for the toddler in our party. It was so nice of them to have this all ready to go for us so we could enjoy a wonderful brunch! I ordered the veggie omelet that came with pancakes - I was so excited they had pumpkin pancakes on the menu and had plenty to share with the others in my group! The toddler in the group had the chicken fingers with fries, of which the adults shared some! Everything was tasty and came out within 15-20 min or so of ordering! The only thing missing from our meal was refills of our waters. Thankfully my friend didn't drink much of hers so I was able to have mine and hers with my savory meal! Service was disorganized--missing silverware, sugar, and even one coffee, and no one checked on us during the meal. The food didn't make up for it: scrambled eggs were bland, imitation maple syrup tasted watered down, and jam wasn't fresh. Even the hot chocolate came with aerosol whipped cream. One of the best serviced breakfast/ brunch place here in Mill creek. I usually get something with egg but this time i tried salad which was bomb. I also got strawberry rhubarb french toast that was also really yummy. I am waiting for next weekend to get the chipotle chop salad again. Its so so good. Highly recommended!!!! read more
