I loved almost everything about tonight's chicken yakisoba. The portion was more than generous (dinner feast for two or two nights), the chicken was tender, and it had a good mix of veggies. My only complaint is that the cast iron skillet it was served on left an aftertaste on the food. I think since the restaurant is new, the cast iron is new and maybe not seasoned? I really don't know. I also don't know if I'm just sensitive to it. I will be back, especially because my guy's kung pow chicken was tasty and he said I should get my own. :) read more

Teriyaki & Pho - Lunch! - Chinese Near Me - Bothell, Washington

I met a friend here for dinner. It was ok, and I would go back, but it probably won't be a favorite. The place is nicely decorated, nicer atmosphere than most teriyaki places or other strip mall restaurants. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Very nice people, and fast service. Yes, the portions are huge. I got 3 meals out of my chicken teriyaki, and my friend's pho came in a huge bowl that looked like it could feed a family of four. My chicken was very good, but the rice was a bit undercooked. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing. Yes, they have free soup, which I got to warm up because there were ceiling fans going and it was chilly. This is the main reason for the 3 stars: There were two soups and I got the one labeled "chicken". It was more like egg drop soup in chicken stock, no chicken. And there was a sign on the wall that asked customers to only take what they intend to eat. That is a little weird, but I took a small amount just in case. And it was so salty I couldn't eat it. I like salt, probably eat too much of it, but this was just inedible. So, for the undercooked rice, the inhospitable sign on the wall, and the terrible soup I felt guilty about not eating, I take off 2 stars. For the good teriyaki chicken, nice people, nice decor, and huge portions, the other 3 stars are well deserved. read more

Bothell Teriyaki and Pho has been a staple for my fiancé and I since we moved to the area a little over a year ago. We both love teriyaki and have tried multiple places in the area, but always seem to come back to this place. The portion size is amazing for the price (we usually order the chicken teriyaki and gioza combo) and it typically is 2 meals worth of food. The food is always amazing quality and they are open on sundays which is great since a majority of teriyaki places are closed on sundays. Definitely recommend! read more

I used to eat here quite a bit, but their massive price increases have made it difficult to justify going back. It was always frustrating that they never offered any kind of loyalty program. Service is bad. Workers don't care about the interest or quality of the customer. They will give you attitude and nasty looks, and be very rude if you ask for anything. Restaurant is very noisy and lacks the basics for a good eating environment. Every time i go there I end up having to manually ask for spoons, napkins, the basics which is ridiculous. Food portions are decent. Wouldn't go here to have a good time. read more

All the other teriyaki restaurants are closed on Sundays so we decided to try this place. They have very generous portion sizes. We ordered the Phad Thai, orange chicken, boss roll, chicken katsu and teriyaki. The food was mediocre but not my first choice by far if other locations are open. Customer service is not too great. I was initially skeptical about a place that serves Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese food all on the same menu but this place nails them all! They give giant portions of everything and their dishes are top notch! The Phad Thai is some of the best I've ever eaten! We've also sampled many of their Chinese chicken dishes as well as stir fry and Pho. We have yet to order something we didn't like! All dishes are very reasonably priced and their service (we've only had take out) has been consistently fast. read more

Their food is not that tasty, and that is something I can't explain :) The taste is close to what you expect, but something is missing... I've tried short ribs, chicken and Phad Thai so far. The portions are HUGE! If you want Pho, you get a crock-pot sized bowl of pho. The Honey Sesame Chicken is AMAZING and so is their tempura prawns. Instead of getting 3 or 5 prawns you get 10! I ordered Pho at this place. The price was expensive for a bowl of Pho and there is only one choice on the menu. The pho bowl was big and lots of noodles with little soup. They don't have all the condiments that you put into the Pho. The broth taste like plain water. They don't know how to make pho at this place. I'm always nervous to stray away from my "go to" teriyaki shop, but we live right next to Teriyaki & Pho, so I had to give it a try. We ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice and it was SO GOOD. They give you generous portions of chicken and I had 2 huge scoops of the fried rice. I'm a little bit of a fried rice snob and I really loved this rice. I asked for extra sauce on the side but I really didn't need it. It came with enough on it's own as is. Their teriyaki sauce was really good too- nice and rich and thick. I LOVED that the restaurant was clean and the people that worked there were very friendly and spoke well enough English so I didn't feel like there was any miscommunication with what I was asking for. I loved the cabbage salad that came with the chicken. The dressing was really good - also a dressing snob, lol. Their prices were very reasonable and its great that this location is not in the busy part of Bothell so it's not a trek in and out for take home if you didn't want to eat there. This place rocks! I've tried the pho and the chicken teriyaki lunch special, and both were excellent! The portions are big enough that you'll either be able to share with someone or have lunch for the next day. The prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. For dine-in, they provide soup you can refill as often as you'd like. The staff are friendly and courteous. I don't give five stars haphazardly. This place earns every one of them! read more

My boyfriend isn't a fan of pho and always shoots me down when I say I want to eat that. This restaurant provided the options that settles down our disputes! He got chicken and beef teriyaki and it was full of flavor. My bowl of pho was delicious and they gave me a lot of noodles for what I paid for. The first time i came in here with my coworker we were pretty amazed at the menu and the pricing and just the amount of food you got. She ended up going back another time without me and was not impressed. Every table was dirty and service was not good and the food was meh. I talked her into going again as i really enjoy the teriyaki. Was disapointed that my salad dressing didnt come on the side as i requested. Its a pretty runny dressing so ends up mixing into my other foods, and im not a mixer. When we arrived a lady who had ordered a bubble tea was waiting to be helped. The gentalman saw her waiting there as well as us and continued to fill his water bottel. As my coworkers previous trip resturant was a mess. service was horrible. yikes...i normally dont go out of my way to write a bad review...They took FOREVER to get my small order...I was late back to work, the cashier decided to take 10+ orders after mine before making my bubble tea, which was the WORST one I've ever had...i understand being busy...but my bubble tea tasted like flavored milk with huge chunks of ice floating in it...nothing "smoothie like" about it. The california rolls were pretty good...but I wanted them to go and they came out on a plate so the girl behind the desk threw them upside down in a to go box. wont go out of my way again. read more

Been eating here for the last year with my friend and something really haywire has gone on with this restaurant. The last two times that we have been in we have been served orders that we didn't order and only one person at our table would get served their order then the other person would have to wait ten or more minutes to receive their order. It happened again today as well as to another table sitting next to us. This is pretty crazy that a restaurant wouldn't know that everyone at a table likes to eat together. This has to be new owners to have this much serious incompetence. This used to be a wonderful place to eat and the staff used to be so warm and inviting. read more

We've been here three times and we love this place! Teriyaki is good (although I would ask for less salty) and portion is great. Two dishes enough for my small family of four. Place is the cleanest and most comfortable teriyaki place we've been to. I have to admit their pho is not the most authentic but I knew it before my husband decided to try as we've tried many authentic Vietnamese restaurants outside of Seattle. Huge portions! I usually get the beef and chicken combo and it is big enough for my wife and I. We have gotten sushi here a few times. Most times have been good. This last time, the sushi was pretty rough though. Maybe it was old; it tasted fishy. Their teriyaki sauce is a bit thicker than other teriyaki places, but I still enjoy it. All in all, I will go back. I just won't get the sushi on a Saturday night or Sunday (since they probably get their fish restocked during the week; thus it will be fresher then.) read more

Probably the most diverse menu I have ever seen. So many choices it is overwhelming. All of the wok items are delicious as well as the teriyaki. The pho is good, Sushi wasn't very good and the thai was average. We live close and go here often and I would recommend as the value and taste is above average. read more
