We love Burgermaster food! Their burgers are the best, and always great service, too!

When I'm in the Seattle area, Burgermaster is a must. A large Chocolate shake hit the spot tonight- love the extra large straw ( why doesn't everyone do this?) Growing up in the area the fries are also top notch, get a few tartare sauce to dip them in, always fresh and hot and come in a large cup, fantastic! Relaxing in my car is also a favorite Burgermaster experience, the host service is quick and delivery was great. Everything happens in a relaxed snd fast way. Love it! read more

Went back to Burgermaster again today and it did not disappoint. The burger was just as good as I remembered--juicy, flavorful, and seriously satisfying. Service was top-tier too. This was my second visit, and I was told the Chickenmaster (crispy) was a must-try so of course, we had to go for it. We ordered it with a large fries and a side of onion rings and omg craving fully satisfied. As you can see, my husband couldn't resist digging in before I could even get a proper photo. We ordered to go and had a 20+ minute drive home, but everything held up pretty well. The chicken sandwich and onion rings were still perfectly crispy. The fries were a lil soggy this time, but honestly, I'll let that slide. They're the closest I've had to McDonald's fries (my ultimate weak spot), so I can't complain. The onion rings were amazingggg, best batter I've had in a long time. Thick, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and so good dipped in the boom boom sauce (must have). The Chickenmaster delivers. Crispy, well-seasoned, flavorful, it reminds me of a gourmet McChicken, which happens to be another one of my weaknesses. On my way to Portland from Calgary and made a detour for this particular location as I've tried others. First time having their fish sandwich and it was bomb! Huge chunks of flaky white meat. Also had the Burgermaster with the works (grilled onions)... omg fire! Service was exceptional fast and friendly and washrooms are spotless. Filled me right up for the rest of our 5 hour drive. Best part of Burgermaster? You can order from your car and eat the food right there. In Bothell for almost 4 years and, I have driven past this location numerous times. When I finally decided to try it, it was worth the wait. Casually drove to this location after a long ride to Renton. Wanted to park on the farther side and got a convenient location. Ordered while sitting in the car - Burger master, Mushroom Master, mini burger master and a Grilled chicken master with onion rings and lemonade. Very economical. All the items are in $ range. They served the food in no time to our car. Great service. We really enjoyed the food while enjoying the nice weather that day. Loved every burger they served. The onion rings deserves a special mention - fresh, crispy, hot - straight from the fryer. If you haven't tried this place, please do try! read more

I have been frequenting this Burgermaster location for close to 20 years. Overall, I love it. The meat on the burgers is tastier than most fast food burgers, the bun isn't overly thick, the burger toppings are fresh and generous, the fries are great, and the servers are super friendly. So, why 2 stars versus 5? For a long time, one of the primary reasons I ate here was because the blackberry shake was AMAZING. Like, best in Seattle and probably best I've ever had anywhere, amazing. Full of chunks of blackberry, with an amazing blackberry flavor. What you now have is so disappointing in comparison; the chunks were replaced with an occasional blackberry seed and the ice cream flavor is weak - arguably more vanilla than blackberry. I ordered it again today at lunch for the first time in ages, hoping it had been restored to its former glory. But, I was, again, disappointed. It's not just me. A few years ago, before you replaced it, I was Ubering home from the airport and, while talking to the driver about shakes in Seattle, he said, "Dude, by far the best blackberry shake in Seattle is the one at Burgermaster!" PLEASE bring back that amazing blackberry shake! It was epic. The one you have now is lame. read more

I was craving a burger one night and Burgermaster seemed like the best option available within a couple miles. It's a Sonic style drive in where you park, order, and someone runs your food out. A friendly employee came for my order immediately, I didn't even have to signal for someone which was nice. Food was out in 5-ish minutes too (swung by kinda late and it wasn't busy). I got the 1/4lb burgermaster with fries which really hit the spot. It's one of those burgers that looks pretty uninspiring and downright sad but checks all the right boxes. Some char on the burger patty, slimy cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and special sauce on a soft seedless bun -- nothing else needed. It's not quite a smashburger but fairly close in style. Wish the burger was a bit bigger but it wasn't super pricey so can't complain too much. The fries were a bit greasy/soggy but a fair balance of deep fried/potato-y goodness. My husband and I came here for dinner tonight after having driven past the place a million times but never stopping in. We pulled up and put our lights on when we were ready to order. The carhop came pretty quickly to take our order. The food didn't take long to come and they give you the option of having it in a bag or on a tray. We opted for the tray. I got a hamburger which was tasty although a bit salty. I also got onion rings and a chocolate shake. Both were good and I got so full I couldn't finish either. My husband enjoyed his burger, fries and peanut butter shake. To get them to clear the tray you put your lights back on, and they came quickly to do that. The menu was pretty extensive but a bit pricey considering it's just a fast food place. But overall it was good and fun to experience an actual drive in for the first time. read more

It was once said, Bill Gates had Burgermaster in his speed at the Microsoft headquarters. And rightfully so. With all the searches for where to eat when in Seattle, Burgermaster consistently rings the list. So went went to the nearest location from where we were stating which was the Bothell / Mill Creek Burgermaster. I thought at first that there are some provisions for indoor dining. Burgermaster is a full car hop restaurant. No biggie. We ordered the following: -Double Baconmaster -Burgermasters for the kids -Dungeness + Swiss Melt for the misus -Fries and Onion Rings for everyone I would say that the Baconmaster really pulled its weight with is yummy taste, even at its premium price. The patty was juicy and flavorful and the bacon and the rest of the accompaniments really worked well. The wifes' Dungeness sandwich was really good as well. Lumps of crab plus a smothering swiss cheese is really on point. The fries and the 'rings were alright. And our server was really friendly and accomodating. Their tray that attaches to the side window was of great use, and overall we really had a great time having our meal inside our car. I would like to add that there are many shaded tables and benches around the restaurant, should a sunny beautiful weather chooses to appear. Yay for Burgermaster. read more

Local drive in burger spot in Bothell with great burgers and shakes! It's one of the few places that does fresh banana milkshakes. The price is a little high but keep in mind that their beef patties are "grass fed". Their burgers also do not come with fries or a drink. Everything must be ordered separate. Depending on the time of day it can get pretty crowded but service has always been great when we've come. read more

first time and my experience was awesome! we came on Easter and we were helped within ONE minute of showing up and there were definitely at least 10 other cars there as well so the employees are very attentive. Great food I had the Baconmaster, the burger was delicious only draw back is they changed bacon brands. Now wafer thin unlike their former was thick and flavourful. Customer service is great! This young man quickly greeted us and said "I'll be right there " , well we just pulled in and parked and put our headlights on. Just needed to decide hamburger or F&C. The food came out hot and delicious in 15 minutes! The tartar sauce is homemade and is so good. My husband got his usual of the chicken master. Crispy, hot, and moist. The chicken is huge with fresh onions,lettuce,tomatoes, and pickles. Yummmy!!! The fish and chips again, hot and crispy plus good size pieces of fish. Onion rings delicious. Every time we want to eat burger without getting out of the car we come here. And we appreciate the fact that burger master closes later than most places around. It is a little bit pricier than other fast food but the convenience is priceless. The portion of burgers, fries including the kids meals are bigger than most places which is also a plus. My husband had the burger master burger, my daughter the burger kids meal, and I had the crab melt (crab and Swiss cheese) sandwich. I was completely amazed with the amount of real crab my sandwich had. It is my new favorite from here and I will always come here to get this sandwich. I hope they serve it for a lonnnng time.
