Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the cashier. Their menu board is pretty large, and their food is pretty pricey for what you get. The price of the food does not match the taste/size of the food, but I did have amazing service while I was there. The young man behind the counter was incredibly sweet and friendly. He made his recommendations for food items, was very encouraging of my choices, checked on me after I had started eating, and had a heartfelt goodbye as I left. Had a fairly large order to go on Saturday April 5th. The fries were pretty bad as they were over done and of poor quality. The burgers did not have the good seasoning flavor from years ago. This is a Righteous Burger. I have lived in Monroe area for almost a year and a half and finally found a GREAT burger in Monroe! I ordered an extra patty, thinking perhaps the burgers might be skinny like so many of the other burger places. Well, what I got was a super fat burger! Wanted a decent non fast food burger place that's low key and this place came to mind. Burger madness is in between fast food and a sit down gourmet burger restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. Speed wise, they can be slow when there's a rush so maybe order ahead of you want to be in ad out. I am lactose intolerant so the one that looked really good was the All American Burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions. For $6.49 plus loads of crinkle fries and pop for only $2.99 extra, it was an amazing deal for a deluxe hand made patty burger full meal deal. Their number one "madness burger" was out so my hubby had the cowboy burger with cheese and bacon and it was loaded. He added fries and shake so his meal was about $15. They don't skimp on portion size here there's leftovers on his burger and fries. Impressive. Amazed they have a large selection of non burger options like BLT, chicken and fish-wich, fish and chips, hot dogs, and even bubble tea! We are looking forward to try some fried zucchini and onion rings next time. Hope they do beer batter here.. My only critique was the dining room was not cool enough. When it's possible to actually find them open, the service and food have been meh. Tried to give them several shots since they seem to be a family business that has struggled throughout the pandemic and hoped to make it through to the other side. However, the shop remains elusive, and frankly the food is average. Pricing is high for a burger. For my first foray, I went with the all American burger, almost $10? whoa...but it would be great right? Well, not so much. They cook all the burgers medium, which I somehow missed on the menu board, which is pretty busy to say the least. It was typical, but because of the pink middle, I couldn't eat most of it. (I have had ecoli once, not a fan). I opted for rings over fries, which were good, though for $5 would have liked them to be larger, or yes, more...I am used to monster onion rings from my old stomping ground, these were again, typical. I wanted a shake but $5 for a shake is just too steep. It took another couple months for me to get up the courage to try again...but kept running into the same problem. They were never open. Or they closed early, too hot, not enough staffing, equipment failure. But we persevered and finally had a shot one Sunday afternoon. This time I thought, let's go for something a little more adventurous...so I ordered the So-Cal burger, and remembered to ask that it be cooked medium well, no pink please. Thank you very much, yes, there's no pink...but, a little too crispy. I think this could have been aleviated had the burger been a little more stout in thickness. The bacon was good and I am a sucker for avocado, I did opt for no mayo and that's a good thing, as the flavor melded nicely with the onion bun. I guess I am shocked that for 2 burgers, fries, and just water, the bill was $30+. (my husband had the Jack Daniels burger this time). Overall, I think the fact that they cannot maintain a consistent schedule, the staff was a little curt both times, the wait for food was longer than expected, and the price is exceptionally steep, IMO, makes this my last choice for a local burger. Once again, this place failed to deliver. we use to eat here once a week for a cheat meal. the last few times we ordered, they would mess up my wife's order. my wife is allergic to dairy and gluten. she would specifically say lettuce wrap and no cheese. so we moved to Texas for a about 3 years and recently returned. we tried burger madness again and once again, they messed up her order by putting cheese in it. idk if they don't read the receipts or what. but they also never have any of their specialty burgers ready when they open. if you get their at opening time, be prepared to not being able to order certain specialty burgers read more

It has been some time since we've been here. We don't have family that lives in Monroe like we used to so it's a bit out of the way. The food tastes exactly the same way it used to! The burgers are good but I will say that they are a lot smaller than they used to be. We got combo meals and those came with two huge orders of fries and small drinks. For the additional $2.50 extra, I'd say it's worth it. The fry sauce is good and so is the ranch though it was quite salty. Though they are tasty, $10 for just a burger is a bit much especially considering how much smaller they are now compared to a few years ago. I had the Madness burger, and split a side of onion rings and fries. This burger sounded amazing... I mean, a burger patty stuffed with cheese and onions? Mmmm. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The cheese was melted and super gooey. Overall, I thought the burger was o.k. It was a very well made burger, but nothing special. 4 stars. The sides, however, were a letdown. The crinkle cut fries were very fresh and crispy, but they had no salt! Fries have to be salted as soon as they come out of the fryer, otherwise the seasoning just falls off instead of sticking.
