First time at this location and no one greeted us, or acknowledged us until one woman(receipt says Jeanette) came up and started RUSHING us like if there was a line. She kept asking "ANYTHING ELSE?" Multiple times before we could even respond. She didn't understand "just the sandwich" so I spoke to her in Spanish and she said "the first one you said a meal right?? What size??" I let her know I never said meal, that I said just the sandwich. She continued to ask "anything ELSE?" And before I could ask my partner she asked again. At that point I said no, ready to leave. Very first time to Carls Jr. was at the Electrify America charging the car and walked over to have dinner. Place was clean staff friendly and helpful I had a super Carls onion rings and soda. I feel like fast food joints always get a bad rap on Yelp. They're not usually anything special, so rarely do people review their good experiences and they end up with pretty crap overall stars. I'm not here to say Carl's Jr is an amazing eatery and you should go here over something more culinarily advanced, but if you want a huge burger (maybe with BBQ sauce and onion rings on it) and you want it fast... and pretty cheap... then Carl's Jr might be what you need in your life. I love the double western bacon cheeseburger - it's something I can't really get elsewhere and I used to practically live on these things when I was in college. Recently had a Carl's Jr burger for the first time ever, since I got a coupon in the mail. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much - something similar to a skimpy, unsatisfying, sub par McDonald's burger. But BOY was I mistaken. This is THE BEST fast food burger I've ever had!! I would even compare it to a Red Robin burger, or something of that nature. ABSOLUTELY delicious! Juicy patty, perfectly perky bun, thick sliced tomatoes, evenly spread condiments, crispy pickles, and an actual whole leaf of fresh green lettuce! They don't hold back when putting together these high quality burgers. Fries are super good too. Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich is fabulous as well. Let's see if I can help bring this rating up a little bit. I believe they deserve more than 2 stars. The food was great and the help was friendly. I had a special request so the employee taking the order had to double check with another employee on how to ring it up and put in order system. No big deal. The only constructive feedback I could provide is to greet your customer as soon as you can especially if eye contact is made. We walked up to the counter, waited longer than I would expect during a non busy time, while two employees were talking among themselves, looked at us and went back to talking. uh ho LOL. Maybe it was important, not sure but as we sat and ate they did the same thing to the next person walking up to order. The third customer came up no front help was there but the cook in the back, he looked up but said nothing to the customer and never got the associate to take the order. It's a fast food place, so I can feel comfortable in going to four stars ("Yay! I'm a fan") when stacking it against other fast food places. Carl's Jr cranks out some of the best (and probably worst for you) fast food on the planet. The burgers here are flavorful and stuffed full of goodness--to the point that they can be messy to eat. These aren't your average burgers from some golden arched joint. These are actually quite tasty. The other food items on the menu also seem to be above average. And Carl's Jr offers a wide selection and some unique takes on classics. Probably the best fast food place in terms of taste and consistent quality. Just remember it's fast food and don't go expecting a white table restaurant experience. Enjoy it for what it is--decadent, tasty, and probably completely unhealthy fast food that will make you happy (at least temporarily). read more

It didn't take that long except for the car before is. But didn't matter. The reason for 3 stars is the fries. OMG, they were cold and soggy and some of them hard. You know, those little ones..., burnt on the top. Looked old from the morning. And their onion rings looked nice but they tasted to flour only. Thank God their Beyond Famous Star with Cheese Burger tasted just like meat. It is very tasty and you can't tell the difference. Meh. I only ate here because we were charging up at the nearby Tesla Supercharger, it was early in the day and other places weren't open yet, and my husband wanted to eat here. I probably wouldn't eat at another Carl's Jr. of my own volition, but it satiated our hunger and we didn't get upset stomachs afterward. The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt and friendly. Tried to drop off a package at the amazon locker located inside. lobby supposedly opens at 7 am. 7:10 am, lobby still not open. called the phone number to ask why the lobby wasn't open, voice mail box full. Decided I would go through the drive through, which was open, and see what was up. Drive through person said "theres noone here to serve customers in the lobby yet, maybe in 10 minutes." I said "I dont need service, I just need to drop this package off." drive through person again "maybe 10 or 15 minutes." So apparently this place opens whenever they feel like it without regard to posted hours and to top it off, they can't even clear out the business phone voice mail box. Great chicken sandwiches, we love the brioche buns. Extra buttery bread the burgers are flame broiled similar to Burger King. The burgers don't have the brioche bun however. The cut fries and milk shakes are pretty good, and the chicken tenders are more similar to chik fil a, but they also have chicken stars which are star shaped nuggets if your kids like nuggets. My only knock on them is that all their soda tastes like it is diet, it has an artificial taste. Both times I've got either a coke or Dr Pepper, and I am convinced it's diet, but receipt says it's not. Idk if this is a way to save money for them? McDonald's soda is far superior. read more

Went back to try a Beyond Burger Famous star and I was surprised that it wasn't half bad. It lacks the aroma and flavor of beef and the texture is a little weird, but it's nothing like most non meat patties that I've had before (in a good way). Curious as to what that was I quickly discovered it is a lab created test tube new world order plant based substance that is supposed to resemble meat. The list of chemical ingredients was extensive. On 04/08/2019 my husband and I stop in to grab some lunch before driving over the pass to get home. We decided that we would eat inside so we didnt make a mess in the truck with our food. I was very surprised at how clean the restraunt was and how fresh the food was also, we have eaten at our carls jr. a couple times but I am not so impressed with the quality of our more local drive thru, this one was clean fast and accomadating, although they were out of med. cups they upgraded at no charge (our drive-thru would not do that) also they were waiting for a shipment to come in and were out of fries so they also upgraded to the waffle fries for no extra charge ( also something our store wouldnt do). the workers were very nice and smiled. it was nice to be treated repectfully. I really loved Carl's Jr 20+ years ago when I first tried it. My buddies from CA used to go on and on about it when I lived in CO and they truly loved it. I tried it on a road trip in 1996 and thought it was delicious for fast food. It seems like it's been the downward spiral since then. The WA locations are particularly bad. My food always seems to come out pretty cold and just tasting awful in general. The service is pretty standard for Fast Food, which is to say, not great. Wait time was a little longer than expected but still not bad. Nadia (trainee) was very nice. Food I ordered their California burger with onion rings. The burger was very sloppily slapped together but was at least double wrapped which helped. The meat on the burger was substantially smaller than the bun but good. The lettuce on the burger was great. Fresh and crisp with the perfect amount. The onion rings weren't very good at all. They there soft (not soggy though).
