This is the absolute worst fast food establishment i have ever frequented in my entire life. They aren't open when they're supposed to be open. When they WERE open and i tried to use the drive through, the wait time was excessive. The food was cold. The staff seemed rude and quite probably overworked. It seems like this store should just close. I have to assume that the management is SO bad they they simply cannot keep things going the way they should. They should just give up and shut it down. The food here was fresh, the tacos were a bit oily nothing new but the onion rings were so fresh made up for it. Service could've been nicer, they sounded irritated over the speaker, tad bit impatient but super friendly at the window and attentive. I am absolutely fumid. I went into this Jack in the crack to get some food and these imbasoles had the audacity to make me wait 6 minuits to pay and on top of that 20 more minuets to get the food!! I just wanted a cheeseburger, small fries and a coke. First off it seem like every burger on the combos menu were double patty burgers. So I guess what I was supposed to order was it junior cheeseburger. I asked if that had lettuce and tomato on it and they said no so I said can you add that? they did the tomato and lettuce looked old and wilted. Basically all the food tasted terrible, fries were pretty cold no flavor burger was not good. The Coke did not taste like Coke, not enough syrup in it. Looking at reviews I can't believe anybody would actually say the food is good. I couldn't even eat it. This is the second time I've had this experience. STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Against my better judgement, I placed an order online for drive thru pick-up, at this (terrible) location. My bill was $32. I pulled up and Abel, who didn't even look in the system for my order, told me he didn't have my order. When I showed him my receipt and showed him the pick-up address, he told me i was at the wrong location and that the Roosevelt address was by the taco time on the other side of town. I knew this was incorrect, but I thought maybe the order got sent to the other location?? Nope!! I went to the other location and they said I was at the correct location originally. I had to drive all the way back and explained that my order was here and that they sent me on a wild goose chase. Nicole found the order and it had been sitting. No apologies, no nothing. They said they could make another order but it would take a while. What???? I declined. I shouldn't have. I got home and im missing a burger, both curly fries, mini taco and one churro. I called and spoke to Nicole. I demaned a full refund. She did not oblige and said she'll try to contact her manger when she can. This is beyond ridiculous! I would give this location a zero star if I could. My wife is a vegetarian and all she wanted was a breakfast sandwich with no meat and to not get charged for the meat. She has ordered a croissant, egg, and cheese multiple times and suddenly she is not allowed to do this. Now she would have to pay $5 for something without the meat would only cost $2. The women who was taking our order was very rude and was not helpful at all. At one point she said she would allow my wife to order the way she always had but when we asked for two she wouldn't allow this. I live close and come here as little as possible. Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru for the car ahead of me to order, then 15 more minutes to place my order. No one even said I'll be right with you so I knew someone was there. Every experience here is less than satisfactory. Short staffed and the mature woman working tonight was slurring her words. I'm sure this restaurant could make a bundle because of its location, but whoever owns or manages it just doesn't get it. Sell it and make it a taco bell or something...you are ruining your business! My family and I were ordering at the drive through and the lady did not understand anything we were ordering. We told her the numbers of the order we wanted but she still didn't understand. We even said the names of the food we wanted but she went on to say, "wait. what?!!!". she asked us to pull up at the window and even when we told her the number of our order she was having trouble. when she finally got it, my dad asked what available drinks they had for the morning and she said "no drinks". my dad was very confused why she said they had no drinks, and then she said she doesn't speak english.. Waaaay under staffed or need better training... there were 3 people behind the counter working and we waited 30 minutes for our food. I also noticed there were people who were handling mine and others food without wearing gloves which is really unprofessional and gross. Just tried to enter the restaurant at 2:00pm and was denied entry. The workers could clearly see the door was locked but did nothing. Another customer (multiple customers were already seated and eating) tried to open the door and was told to not let me in by the counter employee. This is the first time I've walked into the restaurant (normally a drive thru customer) and I was dressed appropriately and not causing any commotion. This review is for the store at 13714 Roosevelt Rd. I have never been treated with such extraordinary rudeness and disrespect by a fast food employee. Alyssa, who said she was the manager, was called upon to deal with the issue of her staff selling an item to us which was no longer available, although still on the menu. We thought the matter was finished (in a quiet manner by us) and then she yelled at us across the restaurant that we could get out of her store if we were unhappy with the service. She then came to our table and proceeded to berate us for several minutes, and also criticize our parenting skills (my daughter tried to stick up for us). As we drove away from the store we saw her waving at us in a mocking manner. I never expected our attempt to get a quick snack after the movies would be so distressing! This staff member really did her best to to escalate the situation. I do not feel she is at all suited for this role. read more
