Give Debbie a raise immediately!!! She is always just the sweetest thing when she takes your order at the drive thru (always confirming the order is correct) and she makes the best chit-chat at the pickup window, even when it's cold outside. She takes and serves your order with a smile on her face. Genuinely one of the nicest people I have the pleasure of interacting with for the day. And she's consistently nice! I hope she wins the lottery so she can retire! We need more Debbie's in the world! read more

I want to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Jack in the Box. The employee named Miriam was rude and didn't even acknowledge me. I understand she was packing orders or busy with something, but she could've at least said, "I'll be with you in a bit." Instead, she ignored me completely. I had to go to the drive-thru just to get my food because she wouldn't attend to me, even though she saw me several times and didn't acknowledge me at all. Meanwhile, she was just laughing with her coworkers and not paying any attention to me. This experience was very frustrating, and I hope you address this issue to improve customer service. read more

So, picture this delightful experience: I pull up to a Jack in the Box, and it's as empty as can be. Not a single customer around, just three employees and me. I place my order, get my drink, and then I'm asked to pull around and park. Now, keep in mind, there's absolutely no one behind me and no one inside. But hey, who needs logic when you can follow a rule for the sake of it? I politely say no a couple of times, because, really, what's the point? And then, in an incredible twist, the guy decides that since I won't move, he's just going to refuse service altogether. But instead of just giving me the food that's ready, he hands me a $20 bill and tells me to keep the change while his coworker is literally bringing the bag of food to the window. So, instead of using a bit of common sense and handing me my order, I get a refund and a baffling experience. If the owner ever wonders why business is slow, maybe start with the fact that turning away the only customer for no logical reason might not be the best approach. Just a friendly suggestion! read more

I just sat in the Drive-Thru for about 20 minutes there was one car in front of me it's about 85° out it actually says 102 on the truck temperature... In my window.. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a six piece chicken nugget for $18 I asked for a large ice water she tried charging me $4.50 for a large ice water on 100° day get the f*** out of here.... I will never go back I won't sit in line for 25 minutes to be wasted time over a damn chicken sandwich in a six piece nugget for $25 with a nice water... What a f****** joke.. read more

I've had dramatically varied experiences at this place. One day, I'll come by and it'll be a non-event - good, quick service and hot, greasy food... Other times, it'll be a shit show - like a van blocking the drive thru with a hand-written note saying they're closed for a team meeting - during prime time dinner hours. Or another day just being totally closed when they were supposed to be open... And this was all before COVID. The food... Is SO much greasier than other fast food options, but sometimes you want that! The breakfast burritos are insanely caloric (like... 800cal for a mid-sized burrito). Cray. I like the tacos. I like their burgers even though they're trashy. I like the curly fries. I like their breakfast sandwiches. I like that they always have something new going on... One day they'll have a bunch of stuff with Sriracha on it... The next week they'll have buns with extra butter flavor... And right now, they're on trend with Fried Chicken Sandwiches (and they're insanity is showing - with two alternatives: a fried chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, and on the late nite menu, one with nacho cheese sauce, jalapenos, and freaking onion rings on it). Super fun. 3 stars for food. 2 stars for fun. -2 stars for inconsistency. read more

Did An Online Order, came in for pick up on a Sunday afternoon & not busy at all able to get the order fast & out the door right away plus staff is excellent & nice, will definitely come back had a good experience. Plus food and drink so good including their tacos and burgers so so good. I enjoyed the jumbo burger I highly recommend. read more

I literally sat in the fast food drive through line with only one vehicle in front of me and nobody behind for 8 mins then behind me was pact when finally it was my turn when I pulled up to the window I told the one old only white lady I told her you know I'm angry she asked why I told her I waiting behind one car in line for 8 minutes she said well I was on my break, i said what does your break have to do with me sitting in line for 8 minutes then she cancelled my order gave me my card back and I left without any food and had to go to Burger King I was so mad I'll never go there again!! read more

I know, it's Jack in the box everyone knows what it's all about. The older gal Debbie I believe has been there for a long time and every time her voice comes on at the drive through, make no mistake, you will be greeted with friendliness from start to finish. Even her voice is beyond friendly yet genuine. She is so detail oriented unlike Taco Time she made sure to ask if you need creamer, sugar, ketchup, straw even for my orange juice with a bottle and cap. She thanked both of us in the car for stopping by. I seriously wanted to tip her. She verified the order. No mistakes!!! We always stop here hoping to get Debbie she's the best! Good work ethic! read more

Currently sitting in the drive thru for about 20 min with no movement, only to get up to order and be met over the intercom with heavy breathing an such slurred speech that I had to ask for them to repeat several times and I barely made out what was being said. Finally made it out of the drive thru after a half hour. read more

Terrible service every time I've gone. I will never go back. Between the crazy prices. Terrible customer service even worker nodding off. Wanted me to spend $17 for two of their cheapest breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns. Then proceeded to tell me I cannot have ranch because it's extra.....umm I just spend $17 dollars I can't have one ranch for my sandwiches that come with no sauce and my hash brown....acting like it comes out of their paycheck. Save yourself and go to the one on the other side of town or any other place. I will never be back. Returned my food and bringing my money somewhere else. Knew I shouldn't have stopped by my son wanted a hash brown. Big mistake!!! No other place will refuse to give you a ranch or two if you buy two meals... read more

We always go to the one in Snohomish. The burgers are delicious!!! Never disappointed! Going there tonight!!

Food was cold took 10 minutes to receive it and I was the only person there and they forgot a couple items never going back THIS place is terrible. read more

I ordered the battery jack sandwich but I do not like Swiss so I asked to substitute it with American cheese and was charged 30 cents. I did not ask nor get extra cheese only wanted to change the type of cheese... WHY am I charged to substitute the kind of cheese!? I don't care if it's 30 cents or 1 cent I should not have been charged to substitute anything ot doesn't take any more effort to put a different kind of cheese in my damn sandwich. read more

Went through the drive-thru and I've never repeated myself so many times over the intercom. Had to correct the servicer multiple times. Assuming the servicer was brand new, I'll give her some slack, but her trainer sounds like s/he did a poor job training the poor girl. I did end up getting the right order in the end and the food was standard. I give that a plus. read more

For a Jack In The Box, it's pretty good. Now, I'm comparing Jack In The Box to Jack In The Box, so this 4 star doesn't really mean it's a 4 star dining experience. The service is good. The woman at the window is very nice. Whenever I go to JITB I order the 3 piece eggroll. That's really the only thing on the menu that I like. Last time I was there I was jonesing for a strawberry shake so I ordered one of those too. Ick. Imagine cotton candy sweetness with really no other flavor. It was terrible. But that's not this locations fault. It's just JITB. So there, this review is really more about how personable their staff is and that every time I order my guilty fast food splurge at this location, it's always exactly what I want. I've never been inside so I have no idea what it's like, but the drive through rocks. read more

Okay it's about 130am this line is absolutely insane and some people are even honking for absolutely no reason at all. Whoever is working right now is a complete stud! Pushing through the chaos and clearly making sure all of the orders are correct, I could not deal with all of us so he is amazing! Kudos. read more

This is an update. One of the nicer Jack in the Box They have wifi which most don't and is spacious. Easy on and off from highway 2 west Nice touch is gas fireplace read more

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Monroe, Washington

Meh, but reliably so. My breakfast combo of an ultimate breakfast sandwich was fresh and hot. The limp potato patty that they call a hash brown was cold and squishy, despite sitting over a hot fryer...and I generally like hash browns, but not this time. I really don't think much effort was given towards delivering a memorable experience. SAD. read more

All my food was ice cold. Needs 59 more words I guess to post this... so, again.. all my food was cold. Burger, fries... to top it off.. the kicker. I asked for no tomatoes.. definitely had two massive tomatoes on it. So that's cool. The curly fries.. I got tiny little half circles that were rock hard.. on top of being ice cold. read more

SO INCREDIBLY SLOW. You'd be better off going to McDonald's or the taco time in the same parking lot. Absolutely no reason it we should wait 30 minutes for one meal and a drink. read more

asked for a blended coffee not knowing they did not serve them here. The manager seemed to take offense to us asking even though we were not being rude just asked if they could do blended drinks and became aggressive saying "we don't do that here but good one" reacting like we were trying to play a prank. Was very short with us for no reason! We just wanted tacos and coffee! Feel bad for the kid working the window. Won't be coming here again. read more

Went through the drive-thru for a quick order of chicken strips 13 only to find out that Charlie Brown's teacher was working the drive thru.... mumble, mumble, mumble. I repeated my order three times not sure what he was asking or saying. When I got the pickup with the mumble master was as slow as his speech and I was finally in my way. Wow. So much for quick. read more

Best Jack on the box I've been to. Friendly service, food cooked fast, fresh and to perfection. Definitely recommend

I was sooo dissapointed, I stayed away from this franchise for 25 years, decided to try again, ordered a siracha burger, got a cheeseburger bun with siracha sauce loaded with curly fries! Not what tbe description is!!!!! Yes, it sucked!! Not only did I wait longer than I should have, because drive through was given priority, I wasn't able to take my botched order back to be corrected due to time constraints! What happened!!!! Will be a long time before I go back, if ever!!!! Tried to write review on their website, won't let you! NO to Jack in the box, monroe, Wa, st. Rt 2 read more

First time stopping here. Service was painfully slow. Took about 5 minuets from ordering to serving. Food was lukewarm. Sitting area was messy and there was debris on floor and underneath the counters. Server was handling money with gloves on and did not change when going back to handling food. I think this place is way past due for a health Department visit. read more

The worlds worst jack in the box!!!! A few months back , The girl who was working in the drive threw pissed the hell out of me ! She was so rude when she took our order ! We then went to the window and she didn't even wanna come to the window! read more

This review is for the middle aged gal in the drive thru window. She's soo nice. I always feel like she really means it when she says "have a great day and come back and see us again." Sounds like a cheesy line but when she says it - it's nice. The food is JITB food...what you'd expect. read more

These guys are the absolute WORST! EVERY time I have been there in the last several months, I have a terrible experience. Monday this week I spend almost 20 minutes in the drive though - when I finally got up to the window, quite frustrated, I said "I just spent my entire lunch break in your drive thru". The girl at the window just gave a half smile/smirk with no explanation or apology! HORRIBLE customer service, every time. The food never tastes fresh, and the burger buns are always hard, they frequently forget things.. The only reason I go here at all is because it's the only drive thru in the area. But, after this week, I won't be back. In the time it took to order and get my food in the drive thru, I could have ordered and eaten somewhere else. Staff here needs some serious re-training! read more

Nice staff but the slowest service I think I've had in my life. I'm over here trying to tear up this value menu and they turning me into a monster. Come here approximately 30 minutes before you get hungry and this place will be sufficient. read more

Ok well for starters the drive through line took forever. The cashier was seemed racist or maybe he was just a jerk and didnt like his shitty job. But our food wasnt hot, barely warm enough to melt the cheese on our burgers and they put the bacon from my burger on my friends burger....all in all not a very satisfying experience. read more

Decent service and friendly-enough staff, but slow as all get out for getting food. No matter which time of day. Just you in the drive-thru? 10 minutes. Two/Three cars in line? Dedicate at LEAST 30 minutes of your life to the "never gonna get back" time. If you absolutely need JITB and have a minute, drive over to the Frylands location 10 minutes away and you'll break even or better on wait time. And that's saying something. It's saying A LOT. Place needs help. None the less if you like JITB and have nothing but time then this place will fit the bill just fine. read more

I'm not as much of a fast food supporter as I used to be, thank God. I will say that this is one of my fav JITB locations because they haven't messed up my order and most of all, I adore the nice older lady who works in the drive-through. Like the previous Yelper mentioned, you actually feel that she's sincere when she welcomes you and tells you to have a great day. I never feel good about myself after leaving a fast food restaurant except for when she's working. JITB needs to give her a raise because she brings the rare gift of customer connection to her job. read more

This location is closest to where I work, so I go here for lunch a few times a month. Most of the time that I have ordered from drive thru they have gave me the wrong burger and it's always the cheaper burger than what I have ordered and paid for. On occasion they will leave out a couple of items, but charged you for it. I can understand if they screw up once in a while, but 3 of 6 times is just retarded. read more

Ordered a simple chicken sandwich and waited for 23 minutes, just for the employees to tell me I'm going to have to wait another 5 minutes. The restaurant was not even busy and there was maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. All managers were extremely rude and the food was cold by the time I got it. Bathrooms were disgusting. Terrible experience. read more

Uncleanly, unhygienic. I've witnessed employees handle food without gloves and I've seen food returned with hair in it. Visors and hair nets are seldom worn and the bathrooms are rarely checked. The grill often has problems leaving some meat raw, and when the primary goal is to get it out the window/over the counter as fast as you possibly can, the employees start to care less about food quality and more about their timing. Lets not forget the lack of management, and immature attitudes when handling any customer problems. read more

This place was always crap but worth dealing with for a steak and cheese on sour dough. Now I find it no longer available. What ever idiot made that decision just lost them all of my business and I'm sure many others. Only good thing I ever ate from Jack in the crack. Don't waste your time. Burger King is right down the street and taco time is in the same parking lot. read more

Food took forever to come out, management has no idea what they're doing, food tasted old and soggy. I feel bad for any poor kids that have to work here and get yelled at by customers because management couldn't run a restaurant to save their life. read more

Stopped in here on the 10th of March with family I ordered a teriyaki bowl after all the rest of the food came I was told they were out of rice and asked if they could get me anything else. I ordered a Jr bacon cheese Burger when he gave it to me I asked if there was a price difference he said he did not know but offered me a second burger. The burgers were so hard and dry I could not chew them and E just threw them out. When I tried to put a compliant in on the company web site it would not let me send it. So my advise is to ovoid this place at all cost. read more

This review is for the store at 13714 Roosevelt Rd, Monroe WA. I have never been treated with such extraordinary rudeness and disrespect by a fast food employee. Alyssa, who said she was the manager, was called upon to deal with the issue of her staff selling an item to us which was no longer available, although still on the menu. We thought the matter was finished (in a quiet manner by us) and then she yelled at us across the restaurant that we could get out of her store if we were unhappy with the service. She then came to our table and proceeded to berate us for several minutes, and also criticize our parenting skills (my daughter tried to stick up for us). As we drove away from the store we saw her waving at us in a mocking manner. I never expected our attempt to get a quick snack after the movies would be so distressing! This staff member really did her best to to escalate the situation. I do not feel she is at all suited for this role. read more
