The bubble tea is ok not the best I've had but I love that they have the option for burgers and bubble tea! The staff isn't very friendly which is awkward. Ordered ahead so I would not have to spend half my lunch hour waiting in line to pickup my order. Waited in line half my lunch hour because 6 individuals ordered while I waited. There were 3 bagged orders sitting on the counter waiting for pickup. When I was finally asked if they could help me I stated my name and it was the first order on the counter, the burger and fries were stone cold. When I asked if I could at least get hot fries the owner looked at me with great irritation & threw them back at the fry cook. When I suggested that they might consider asking if anyone in line was there for a pickup she stated there were a lot of people in front of me and that was just the way it goes! I don't know what the issue has been lately. Girlfriend can't have dairy or gluten, so we get a all American with lettuce wrap and no cheese. Two times in a row they put cheese on the patties, this could make her very sick. Also this last time, my burger patties were dry with crap around it. This is how a burger place should be. Came here randomly with my girlfriend and boy were we surprised. The place is a little pricier than your average burger place, but the taste is that much better. I ordered their signature "Madness" burger which consisted of a huge 1/3 pound pattie, lettuce, tomato, onion, and the burger was infused with cheese leaving it with a gooey center. MMMMM!!! After a mid-morning fall baseball game out in Monroe our family decided we wanted to try a local burger place..... We are big into trying and supporting local businesses, we searched around and found Burger Madness on yelp so we decided to give it a try, that was a BAD idea!!!! It was relatively busy when we arrived so it seemed like a good sign; the young lady that helped us at the front counter was very kind, patient and helpful. She took our order and let us know it would be right up. We ordered a Madness Burger, 2 sourdough bacon burgers and a blue-cheese burger, all combos with fries and a soda. When the order came, all looked fine.... The Madness Burger was definitely messy, but that's what my son expected so he was happy with that. The portion of fries was quite measly and they weren't hot....they also tasted like freezer. The burgers were "ok" at best. My daughter got the blue-cheese burger and the layer of cheese on it was thick so she was excited, until she took a bite. I know that blue-cheese should have a little funk to it, but this was nasty....thick, grainy and tasted like rot; she couldn't even finish half her burger. My wife and I both had the sourdough burgers and they were fair...but they did have kind of a weird funky taste to them. After a little more research I found that they "marinate" their burgers, so I just chalked the taste up to that. The restaurant wasn't very clean either, the bathrooms were nasty (there was what appeared to be a mold ring around the sink and toilet), the tables were sticky, the floors were scattered with wrappers and garbage and the actual garbage can was over full and the swinging door was coated in ketchup smears.... We had decided that it was an experience we would not repeat but we didn't think we were too worse for wear, until my wife became ill.... She has spent the last week running to and from the restroom and is finally on her way to the doctors. Bottom line: stay away from this place! Gross food, gross atmosphere and WAY overpriced!! read more

We order for the first and last time. Granted it is during the shut down. I was excited to try it for the first time. And I was trying to support small business. I called in my order, which is a larger order because there is 6 of us. It was 5:15pm. I mention this because the guy who took my order behaved frustrated at the size of my order and having to answer 2 questions. I sensed he was annoyed and I apologized and explained that this was our first time ordering. His response was to explain to me that they are busy and closing at 7. I had him on speaker phone and both my older kids and husband were a gasp at how rudely I was treated on the call. We spent $78 for 4 burgers, 2 kids burgers, 3 fries and 1 shake. Upon pick up the treatment was the same. They did not give us our full order. We called them to tell them and the same rude guy did seem to care or offer on his own a solution. The shake was good, nothing special. The burger was mediocre and the fries sucked. I feel a burger fast food chain would have been a better value option taste wise and customer service. read more

Good stuff here, I was very impressed with the burgers especially the madness burger with cheese on the inside of the burger patty. Yep, wow talk about a juicy burger. The fries were absolutely terrific, I have had fries from places all over but these were somehow different. I am not sure if it was the sauce on the tables or if it was the fries, but anyway I am a fan. One other thing, if you have kids and they order the kids burger beware, these things are big enough for most adults. I need to go back soon to try out a couple of the other menu items. read more

The fries were way under done, the chicken strips were super dry and chewy, and the cheese was partially melted on the burger and that was because we let it sit for 5 minutes. The burger was the only thing edible and it was only alright. I get that it's a burger place, but you should take pride in your other foods. read more

This place is edible, but I don't see anything special about it. I feel that the meat is under-seasoned and bland and they are INCREDIBLY slow with no one in the restaurant. I know how long a burger takes to cook and it just seems like they could put a little pep in their step. I usually choose to go to Pilchuk Drive In in Snohomish for a similar style of burger. They are still really slow at Pilchuk too, but it's mostly because they are always packed with people and because the food is damn good. read more

Our experience at Burger Madness was less than OK. We got there during lunch, so expected a little bit of a wait, but were kind of surprised to see only a couple of gals working during the lunch hour. The dining area was pretty dirty, but so was the kitchen and the counter by the register. The outside of the complex was pretty nice looking, so I was surprised to see the inside looking so rough. To start, it took about 5 minutes to order our food, after being ignored for the first couple of minutes while we stood at the counter. The staff was clearly flustered and we saw 3 people in the dining area without food yet so figured they were trying to wrap up those orders. Sadly, when our order was taken, the staff still wasn't very friendly. In hopes of a quick 10-15 minute to go order, my son got a corn dog and fruit cup off of the kids menu and I opted for the bbq chicken ranch salad with crispy chicken. We were both hungry and after waiting 10 minutes with no tells on how long it would take to get our order, we went over to the coffee place a couple of doors down to grab a snack. We finished our snack before our food was done. Well 20 minutes later, we finally got our food at the same time as the 2 orders which had come in after us. Neither of the two gals had even so much as smiled at this point or apologized for the wait. My son said his corn dog was "eh, okay" and the "crispy" chicken on my salad was so soaked in ranch and BBQ sauce that it was somehow soggy on top and bottom?? I had waited about a year to try this place since we started walking Lake Tye almost daily. I'm bummed - I would've loved to come back for dinner and try a burger, but it wouldn't be worth it to return when we could swing through a drive-thru and have a better overall experience. I am a huge fan of their burgers, but at this location they really, REALLY need to work on cleanliness. It was so bad once I even posted a video on another social networking site because every single table had something on it, the chairs, the floor I questioned if it was crawling. That time is the worst I've seen it, but consistently it looks dirty. It is exceptionally hard to want to come to a place that is always that gross. Really excellent burgers, easily the best around. Fries are the generic type... they can do that better. Fish and Chips are pretty good but not fantastic. My advice ? Buy the burger, take the the old Snohomish/Monroe road and go to the Pilchuck 12-21-201rive-in for fries and a Peanut Butter & Chocolate shake. Then look out Cholesterol and calories and enjoy. Great fresh juicy Angus burgers! It no only looks scrumptious but very tasty as well. Also had their catfish fry. I would recommend going their for burgers as that's what they do best. The place is very smaller than your typical burger joint. The price is more than what you would pay for than a fast food because of the quality but a lot more tastier than the burgers at your so-called neighborhood franchise places (e.g. Red Robin, Applebee). Tried eating here three times. It is walking distance from my home, one of our favorite parks and our gym. I really really want it to be great. The big screen tv is an inviting touch (they are kind about changing graphic movies when requested by folks with little ones in tow). The menu is varied and interesting. Burger Madness is Awesome on all accounts. If people think it is pricey, well, you get what you pay for and this food is EXCELLENT!! Their menu has many many choices which makes it enjoyable and fun, not the same ol same ol. I have been there several times and each time have been totally satisfied with the service and food. I was the order for the night and it seemed the could not get the order right. Quoted me the price and when I came to buy tried to charge me $5 more for the grilled onions. I said scape them off. Ugh. I was shockingly disappointed by Burger Madness. After hearing rave reviews, I so very, very badly wanted it to be fantastic. A great burger joint in town? Sign me up! From the minute we walked in, our experience started going downhill. The TV was playing (and blasting, volume-wise) an MTV dating reality show that was ... well, not particularly appropriate for a restaurant. But, OK, there's teenagers running the show behind the bar, so I'll give the atmosphere a pass for now. Then we got cups for our drinks. I poured myself a Fanta from the fountain and took a sip to find it was completely flat. My husband tried to pour himself a sweet tea and only got water. When he asked the cashier if the tea was out, she replied, "Oh, I don't know," and walked off. He never got his sweet tea. With waters in hand, we waited about 15 minutes for our burgers. Between the two of us, the only thing we finished were the fries. The burgers were dry, overcooked, and sitting on stale buns. My husband, who would eat practically anything, couldn't get past the muddled tastes in his jalapeno-something burger. When a man who puts hot sauce on everything tells you tastes don't go together, you know something is wrong. Maybe we caught Burger Madness on an off day. Good, solid burger joint. I got the bacon burger and wife got the blue cheese burger. Meat and vegetables tasted fresh and didn't seem frozen. Really liked the crinkle fries. They were hot, crispy, and not too greasy. Fry sauce went great with the fries. The only complaint came from my wife. She got the chocolate shake and said it tasted like that weird fake ice cream with Hersheys syrup. They aren't reinventing the wheel, just doing solid burgers. read more

Ohh if they only where consistent. Most of the time we enjoy this place and will keep coming back. The only downside is that your experience depends on who's cooking.
