Never a disappointment. I've eaten at almost every Burgermaster location from Lewis County (no longer there) to Skagit County for about fifty years. The consistency in the quality of food, friendly service and value, in my personal opinion, have deserved a five-star rating each and every time. These last two visits to the Bothell location were positively enhanced by my first time use of the Burgermaster app. The orders were ready for pick up when I arrived, were delivered to my car by friendly and upbeat servers, and the food was delicious as always. My only negative tone in this love note is that the Burgermaster in Everett closed several years ago when the owner retired, leaving central and north Snohomish County bereft of this fantastic and iconic Northwest "burger joint." If the Grand Masters at Burger Master could open a location in North Everett, Marysville, or Lake Stevens (my preference), they would have me - along with several others, I'm fairly sure - as a weekly patron rather than a monthly customer! Really cool concept, old school drive in burger joint. park your car, ride either via QR code or walk up to a kiosk inside but someone actually came to our car and took our order as well. Convenient that they use Apple Pay too. We got fish sandwich, mini Burgermaster, and fries. The lady who took our order was so nice and kind, and asked us about any additional toppings we wanted and all the different sauces. I was pleasantly surprised! My fish sandwich was really good although I wouldn't pay $11 for it. The fries were good as well, more on the softer end. Mini burger master seemed worth it at $5.50. But for fast food, paying over $8 for a burger doesn't fly in my book. The place was busy but we got a spot quickly. The person taking our order let us know the wait would be 15-20 min so it was nice of her to let us know before we ordered. All in all, not bad if you're willing to fork over the $$. While the location could do with some updates, such as a push-to-order rather than flashing your lights at the car across from you, it holds all the nostalgia and flavors you'd expect from such a joint. The Burgermaster is a must try, and pairs beautifully with their delicious fries and many shake options. Combine flavors to make your ideal drink! The patty was melty, without dripping all over while we attempted to eat in the car. The sauces come in name-brand packages including Ken's Honey Mustard and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ, easy to dip containers. Been eating at Burgermaster for many, many years. Always has been great food and great service. That changed the other night at the Bellevue location. My order took 41 minutes to get and then they only put half of the dressings on the burgers. I've been trying to reach that location for days now but they don't answer the phone. Trying to get corporate # to no avail. Called Canyon Park (they answered on the third ring) however the number they gave me to call will not go thru. What gives??? First off I have to say I have been a lover of the Burgermaster since 1962 when my then boyfriend took me to the Drive-In on Aurora in Seattle. That boyfriend became my husband & we continued our love of the Burgermaster. I now live in Arizona and I must have a Burgermaster whenever I am home. Today I was at the Bothell restaurant for a dine in your car experience for lunch with a friend. I was a bit disappointed when I discovered the sauce on the burgers has changed. It is now a more mustard based sauce that is definitely not the Burgermaster of my memories of the past. The burger was Okay but not as good as I remember. The burger does have all the lettuce, tomato & sliced onions I so love. But, the sauce is not the same at all. I was able to talked at great length about this sauce issue with our server. I was told how the sauce has been changed and is being tested at only the Bothell Burgermaster location. Our servers name was Christine. She was wonderful and very gracious listening to all my concerns about the changes happening with the burgers. I for one hope they do not keep this new sauce but that they do keep Christine. When I go back to the Burgermaster again, I will be taking my own sauce & ordering my burger dry without their sauce. Burgermaster is the only burger in town that I have found where they put on the wonderful veggies & SLICED onions. Well worth going back even with my own sauce. Burgermaster is a local drive in burger joint. This is nothing like your ordinary fast food joint . You can park you car and eat at your spot or take it to go. The burgers are great! I recommend the Burgermaster if you are really hungry or the mini Burgermaster if you need just the right serving to not make you feel guilty. Destroy my shake, was purposely broken at the bottom inside the drink, and so as a result, when I sucked on the straw, none of the shake came out until I removed the straw and removed the bottom portion of the straw. Someone is very unhappy at Burger Master and pissing to go customers off by breaking straws and putting them into a drink.
