House made Halva syrup, double shot of espresso, milk & finished with Cardamom. Excellent! I thought the baked goods were good also with the blueberry muffin being a standout, strawberry pop tart thing could use some work. I've been drooling over the passion fruit krembo and the pear tart so I had to give them a try as well. Pear tart- absolutely perfect, so mellow and sweet and I loved the poached pear in the middle! Passionfruit krembo- honestly stronger on the coconut and meringue flavor than on the passion fruit? Tastes almost like a lemon meringue tart to me. Orange blossom latte- frankly didn't get any flavor of orange blossom in the latte, until it melted totally I could taste it a little in the coffee. The vanilla was also really light. It's a pretty unadulterated coffee (as is typical for a cold brew) and I kinda like my coffee sweet and creamy, so I was not too impressed on a first taste. But once it melted I liked it a lot more. Probably will stick with black sesame next time. Note- they serve their pastries glued with sugar (?) on a cardboard round. Im not too sure how to eat it like this so I ended up prying them off the round.

My friends and I ordered from different spots. I got a sashimi bowl from Gogo ya! It was good and a nice serving size. The fish was fresh and some good toppings. My husband had their sushi tacos and a roll and really liked them too. I had a cucumber cooler that was way too sweet for my taste. I had to water it down to drink it. Perhaps there was a mistake when it was made because I can't imagine they would it this way otherwise. The place is very clean and nice diversity of options. I think the restaurants could do a better job labelling their menus for diets (vegan, vegetarian, GF, etc). In addition, it was weird that to pick up my food, there wasn't some kind of text system or beeper. You just had to stay around and they would just call up orders. This would be very confusing when the place gets busier and noisier. There was water available at the end of the main bar but it wasn't well marked and I had to go walk around to find it. They should also have some kind of areas with napkins and silverware. So my conclusion is good food but still needs some work for the rest.

I noticed that the sandwiches are premade from the day before and stored in their fridge. Not sure why anyone would order a sandwich there but seeing that makes me less inclined to try. I ordered half a dozen donuts: vanilla glaze, strawberry sprinkles, Boston crème, peach jam, salted toffee, and smores Overall I was surprised at how tough and dense the donuts were. It was like that across the board so maybe it was the dough for the day. My brother said he's had it twice before where it was much better than this time. I was also surprised at how sticky the glazes/coats were. Maybe I'm too used to the hardened Dunkin frosting. Dryer exteriors are less messy to eat, just saying. Vanilla glaze was basic and solid. Strawberry sprinkles has a stronger strawberry flavor than Dunkin but part me actually prefers the Dunkin candy-like flavor. Salted toffee was a bit too sweet for me but it did taste good. I'll eat it in moderation. Boston crème and smores are actually quite similar with the chocolate exterior and the creamy interior. I still went for the smores since it's a limited time flavor for the month of August (that's how they get at you). I ended up liking the Boston crème more because of the stronger and darker chocolate exterior. I also like how the interior is smoother and less sweet. I get that the smores interior is made with marshmallow fluff which would affect the sweetness and texture, but at the same time it didn't deliver what I would expect from a smores - gooey sticky airy texture. The outside mini marshmallows and graham cracker dust wasn't additive. Peach jam tasted a bit like medicine and too sweet + heavy. Overall this place wasn't bad but it certainly had disappointing parts. I don't see myself actively choosing to eat this. I might change my mind after someone makes me try it again and it tastes good.

Clearly a lot of people come here to WFH, but you can't blame them.
