Hidden gem inside the public garden in Boston Commons. I tried their pizza strip, the Caesar chicken sandwich, cappuccino, and cinnamon roll! All delicious!! It's a must see when traveling the garden. Service was fantastic and food came out super fast.

Cute little spot in the Commons. The matcha refresher was super good with some fruit at the bottom and I would recommend it! The breakfast sandwich was delish and affordable! The coffee cake was just okay, if I went back I would definitely try the cinnamon roll.

This was probably my fifth visit to one of the Flour bakeries, but my first time at the new Boston Common location. I'm giving it a middling review based solely on the breakfast sandwich. The egg arrived as an alarming rectangular block of yellow--more NASA ration than café fare. I'll stick with their excellent avocado toast in the future. For what it's worth, the best breakfast sandwiches in town are still at Patty and Mike's.

I am a huge fan of Flour, especially their sandwiches and I have been to the new boston common location twice. I went on their second day open and had a decent breakfast sandwich. At that time, they were still getting service ironed out, but I felt confident in this new addition to the common. I mean enjoying flour outdoors on the common on a summer day? I couldn't ask for more. But the thing I want to share that will make this location a permanent standout for me is the incredible homemade vanilla bean soft serve with the raspberry shell. Omg omg omg. Deliciousssss. I saw they'll be starting a "happy hour" or sorts so I'll be back soon.

There are times in life when one reflects on where they've been, worlds left to conquer and...where the best pizza was eaten. If anyone could pull off true Sicilian pizza -- it would be Jo-Jo. I tried her pepperoni "pizza in the park" (no not just a slice Portnoy -- the whole thing) -- which is served by order at Flour's location in Boston Common. The focaccia base had just the right blend of softness and crunch. The sauce? -- amazing blend of spice with some substance to the tomatoes. Did I have to walk through 20 degree weather in the park to get it? Sure, but WORTH IT!! Thanks again Flour team!

The perfect spot for their new location, especially for summer outdoor dining! I love picking up an iced drink and a yummy treat for a picnic in the garden. Not much patio seating, so be prepared to bring a blanket or find a bench. The line moves quickly and the service times are pretty comparable to their other locations. I'd recommend going for the items they have to make fresh and exclusive to this location (hot dog was amazing!). I had their breakfast sandwich, and the bread was drier/a little more stale than usual. Need to come back to try their ice cream next!

I love the lattes at Flour Bakery! This location is a conveniently located walk up window in Boston common. All things considered I think the lattes are fairly priced. I especially enjoy the seasonal flavors and I hope they make the honeycomb latte permanent! The eggnog latte is also delicious. Excellent baked goods as well.

The location of this bakery is perfect. Right in the middle of the park and it offers a refreshment, both coffees, drink drinks and pastries and baked goods. It has a real nice seating area that is outdoors and Fields part of the park.. It's quick, easy, and good.

Great addition to the Common! Tried the turkey avocado sandwich and its was delicious. Came out pretty quickly and the weather was nice so I could sit outside and enjoy it. Definitely need to preorder ahead of you want to their famous sticky bun though! It was sold out at 8.30am

Amazing 10th flour location right in the heart of Boston Common! I've come multiple times to try out the delicious soft serve flavors as well as some of the classic bakery treats. They also have the made yesterday, sold today batches that I got on my last visit which came with 3 different pastries for $7. The chocolate croissant and scones were still great at a fraction of the cost. Next time I will definitely be trying the sticky bun soft serve! The service is pretty quick and there's a few tables for seating if you don't want to walk around the park. Overall, another great location for Flour.

I really loved my experience here! There was a bit of a line but it moved reasonably fast. I got the rotating ice cream flavor - peach when I went. I also got my peach soft serve dipped in raspberry which was so delicious. I also got a pup cup for my dog which always makes me very happy :) overall great experience

Sticky bun (you want one- unless, of course, tree nuts can unalive you) and loaded avocado toast

There is nothing better than a gorgeous summer morning, beautiful friends to spend time with, and delicious food and drinks to enjoy together! Flour in Boston Common has that in spades! They have a surprisingly full menu for their small park venue! Besides needing a few more sun shades for their metal tables, they don't need to do anything differently! Coffee? Great! Sticky buns are legendary best sellers for a darn good reason! Overnight oats gave me energy well past lunch time! The avocado toast was reportedly "perfect" and the cinnamon roll was pretty tasty, too! Delicious food leveled up a beautiful morning!

$7 for this not even good!
    Mimi L.

Overpriced and impolite service. Will not recommend it. 1. Expensive for mediocre food. $6 for a small croissant. $7 for a yogurt parfait. 2. Unfriendly and impolite service. No greetings. What was your excuse for a lackadaisical morning service? 3. Outdoor seating. No AC. Have fun sitting out in the hot and humid Boston summer.

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office. After about 40 minutes, the bread had become somewhat dry and hard.

I've eaten here before (it's a small area, but does have a lot of seating) but normally I get it as take out. The cafe itself is super casual, it's the perfect place to pop into during lunch or after a walk. My food is always ready on time which is nice, and when I've eaten there I'm usually able to find a seat. The spinach tortellini with the pesto cream sauce is my absolute favorite- it's a HUGE portion and so delicious. It usually lasts me at least 2 meals. The bread they include is also great! I like to dip it in the sauce. The past time I got Dino's I accidentally ordered spinach ravioli instead of tortellini...that was my bad. HOWEVER I think I might have found my new favorite? The raviolis are huge and so fat. I'm talking like 1/2 inch - 3/4 inch thick. There is so much stuffing and the spinach ricotta mix tastes so fresh and delicious...it's a must try. I've also gotten the eggplant parm before, and the fettuccini Alfredo. Both were also delicious. I've never had any of the sandwiches, but if they are anything like their pastas then I'm sure they are great! The bang for your buck here is also great which is nice. Highly recommend! Dinos is awesome! And the staff is very kind too (Note that the pic is taken from a train, I like to treat myself to Dino's before catching the Amtrak)

It was the best of the pastas we tried. His Italian ancestors would have been proud.

The smell of bacon was too good to keep moving past it and we decided to head inside. Best happy accident!! Any place that has staff wearing shirts that say "Stoked for yolks" and has an array of pig decor- jackpot! Telling customers "you're all set", etc. pushing customers to leave and move elsewhere as soon as he thinks the transaction/payment is finished. Management needs to seriously educate this cashier that rushing the customers is quite rude and offensive. For example, today, right after paying, I was trying to enter my phone number to collect the reward points (I assume Mike & Patty's has such for a reason, correct me if I'm wrong), the cashier kept on saying you're all set... pushing me to leave. And he even reset the screen so I didn't get to finish entering my phone number. Thus, as a customer, I didn't get what I was supposed to, my reward points--what Mike & Patty's offers--and that is wrong. This is not an isolated incident. Also, see my prior review below about one time when there was actually an error with their payment system and this Bay Village just happened to not accept InKind payment on that day, rather than trying to resolve OR even inform the owners/manager, for that matter, this VERY SAME cashier was like, oh, sometimes it doesn't work la la la, nothing he would do about it (and didn't care really, to this day, owners/manager still never figured out -- see their confused response to my prior review below). This cashier person is rude, rushing, and doesn't give much effort or care to his role. Conclusion: owners/manager need to re-educate this cashier person to chill out and leave his rushing to who knows what attitude and his careless I'm just here and do minimal don't give me anything to think about attitude elsewhere. Besides the accumulated frustrations above, Mike & Patty's - Bay Village would be a lot more enjoyable.
