    Dark chocolate cake slice

New Flour in a hot Longwood spot! Great place to grab a coffee or bite to eat with friends or colleagues, quick spot for lunch or even an early dinner. Lines can get long, so be prepared. I do not recommend the Greek salad, it was underwhelming, the romaine lettuce was not fresh. A dark chocolate slice of cake was good but not up to flower standards typically. Try one of the many fresh pastries coffees. I hear the sandwiches are also good.

Barely any wait, small location but enough seating. Great location in terms of proximity to things But let's talk about this breakfast egg sandwich. Soooo goooood! The egg is this fluffy soufflé-y magical deliciousness. Perfectly paired with your choice of ham bacon or sausage. We got sausage which was utterly delicious. Cheddar, arugula, and tomato. Dijonnaise to give it a je ne sais quio. Wish I had this multiple days!!

Always a huge fan of Flour! With so many locations across the city, they're always a reliable spot when craving a simple but tasty meal or snack! The service is always kind and efficient, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I tried one of their sandwiches today for the first time and was incredibly impressed with their signature focaccia. Even for being a kid's meal, the sandwich was huge and packed with flavor (a little hack if you're looking for a cheaper meal)! It made for the perfect picnic lunch! :)

    Vanilla honeycomb latte

Loved the honeycomb latte - a flour specialty drink! Perfect amount of sweetness and the perfect remedy to a gloomy and rainy day. Seating and outlets are very plentiful making it a great place to study or work. Highly recommend

" Pastry Heaven" The pastries including the cakes or birthday cakes are just delicious. It's literally like a slice of heaven you can eat . The service is super friendly and fun . The vibe is welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here . Parking is difficult but manageable. Just always read the signs before parking .

I know Flour is famous for their sticky buns but don't sleep on the cinnamon rolls! The icing is so good! I was happy to revisit Flour after trying the pastries many years ago when they only had their original location. This location was on the small ish side with some seating but it was packed in the morning so couldn't snag a seat. Ambiance is industrial modern feel with friendly and helpful staff and warm coffee aroma enveloping you as you enter. I ordered a croissant (still tasted great and flaky the next day!), cinnamon roll (staff suggestion when asked for a less sweet alternative to the sticky bun bc I wasn't in the mood for it), and tea. Order came out quickly and all scrumptious! Overall very happy with the experience and food. I'd love to come back to try again someday, maybe the sticky buns next time!

All the pastries I tried at flour were fantastic! My favorites were the ginger molasses cookie, pecan sticky bun, and pear cranberry crostata. I highly recommend the eggnog latte if it's available too!

chicken tikka masala naan, sticky roll, chai latte

Whenever I come to Boston I head to a Flour. Today I had the Chicken Tikka Masala naan which was awesome. Nice flavor. I then had the sticky roll and sipped on the Chai latte. I really appreciate the Chai Latte which has a touch of spice without too much sweetness.

    Blueberry Pie

We only ordered desserts and they were good, but nothing spectacular. I love blueberry pie and this did not hit the spot. The boston cream pie/tiramisu was a fun change to regular boston cream pie. I love that the menu is well-labeled for common allergens/intolerances as someone who is allergic to certain nuts.

Can never go wrong with Flour. On a chilly winter day when a few foodies needed a bite to eat, luckily Flour was a 5 minute walk away. It was easy to find some seating even on a Saturday afternoon during finals season. Familiar with Flour I did get my usuals: smoked turkey sandwich and raspberry seltzer. I always love that flour offers half sandwiches so I can order and try more things without getting stuffed. Of course I had to get the brown butter Rice Krispie to go. I got to try their December seasonal pie: the pear and cranberry crostata. Buttery crust, seasonal themed flavors in the cranberry and pears melded together. I only wish I get another slice to throw in the oven. I ended up getting a white chocolate iced mocha with oat milk and it hit the spot. It was the pick me up I needed since I knew I had a long drive ahead. Flour is consistent across locations, always delivers on great service and food, and high quality in what comes with the flour experience.

    Sticky bun, pizza pastry

Flour was on my go-to list when visiting Boston - had to try their famous sticky pecan bun (warmed up) which was soooo sweet and fluffy. IT was delicious to share and to pair with an iced americano. There weren't too many savory pastries, but the pizza one was tasty! Def opt for the sticky or cinnamon roll buns when at Flour! They sell cute merch and grab n' go meals which looked super fresh and convenient. Saw many people order the sticky bun and breakfast egg sandwich, which I'll have to order next trip to Flour!

Large Maple Vanilla Latte (~$5) with oat milk (+75¢)
    Aya E.

Ordered: Large Maple Vanilla Latte (~$5) with oat milk (+75¢) Sticky Bun (~$5) Banana Bread (~$5) Aya's take: Flour Bakery + Cafe is hard to miss as there are quite a few locations throughout Boston. This location was closest to me and I feel like I lucked out because the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - top notch customer service! The inside is also bright with a decent amount of seating. The Sticky Bun is truly what dreams are made of. I highly recommend asking them to heat it up. It's warm, gooey, crunchy and super heavy. I could only have a few bites of it which makes it perfect for sharing or to munch on throughout the day. I'm a sucker for Banana Bread and this is one of the best I've had at a fast-casual bakery. The banana tasted authentic, it wasn't too sweet, and it was super moist. Another must order! The Maple Vanilla Latte was warm and soothing but a bit too sweet and artificial tasting for my liking. Especially when paired with the sweet pastries I got, I should've gotten a coffee without added syrups or sugar. Overall, worth a try if you're in Boston!

Cappacino sticky bun, blueberry muffin, and mocha
    Dipali G.

LOVED this cafe! The sticky sticky bun is one of the most popular items on the menu and I can understand why! The pecans were amazing and I loved the flavor! The cappuccino is not the best but still paired well with the bun! They have a ton of different options on the menu! There is ample Seating and this would be a good spot to work with others! The service is fast and they all seem so nice

There was a short wait since they bake the cheesecakes fresh in batches, but it moved pretty quickly. The Original Japanese Cheesecake was warm, soft, and definitely lived up to its signature "jiggle." It's very different from a traditional cheesecake--much lighter, fluffier, and less sweet, almost like a cross between a soufflé and a sponge cake. If you're expecting a rich New York-style cheesecake, this isn't that. Personally, I enjoyed how light it was, and it didn't leave me feeling overly full. The staff was friendly, and the shop was clean and well organized. My only suggestion would be to have a few more seating options since it's mostly grab-and-go. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in downtown Boston or curious about Japanese-style cheesecake. I'd come back again and would like to try some of their other pastries next time.

I ordered an Ube cheesecake and repeated my order as it seemed there might have been some miscommunication. I was in a bit of a rush due to limited parking and unfortunately didn't check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I had been given a different cheesecake than what I ordered. I decided to keep it rather than return, as going back to Chinatown wasn't convenient at the time. The cheesecake itself was also disappointing in texture and freshness--it felt quite soggy and not as fresh as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I don't think I would return.

Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: The shop keeps the egg tarts in a warming box, which is very thoughtful. I've always preferred the cookie crust of old-fashioned Hongkongese egg tarts; they don't crumble or feel sticky in your throat. The custard filling looked a bit overbaked on the surface, but it was still smooth and creamy inside. The milk and egg flavors were qualified, and it was not too sweet. While not particularly amazing, it definitely deserved 4 stars, especially for a Cantonese person like me who hasn't had egg tarts in a long time. Hongkongese Egg Tart蛋撻: The crust is the same as the Portuguese egg tart, but the custard filling seems a bit more diluted, with a lighter milk flavor and a stronger egg flavor. People who aren't used to it might find it a bit eggy. I still prefer the former. Custard Bread奶黃包: Recommended by the owner, and it was definitely the best thing there! I ate it the next morning, but the bread was still soft, and the crust wasn't dry. The custard filling was generous, sweet, creamy, moist, and had a slightly grainy texture. Sausage Bread腸仔包: The seasoning was quite interesting, with a hint of wasabi (?). However, the sausage itself was just average, with a slightly starchy texture. Breads generally cost $2-4 each, and here four items were only $8+, enough to last me all day Important Reminder: Cash only for orders of $10 or less.

I am always surprised at how full I am when I leave! I'm stuffed every time. There is complementary miso soup with all of the bowls I've tried, outlined below. I really loved all of the bowls I've tried but my favorites are probably the Sake Aisuru Don and Kuromon Don. I just prefer more salmon to more tuna though, and they're all very good! Food: - Sake Aisuru Don: their classic all-salmon bowl! I loved the larger cuts of salmon, and I was pleasantly surprised that even the more pulverized salmon was flavorful! - Kuromon Don: loved the yellowtail in this! Each fish comes with two pieces (except the mackerel for which there are four), and I liked the sampler style for the salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and izumidai. - Maguro Toro Don: so much tuna! And all such high quality. The otoro was so fatty that it practically melted in my mouth without chewing. - Sake Maguro Hamachi Don: a mix of salmon, blue fin tuna, and yellowtail. I liked the yellowtail in this a lot and found that it stood out the most from the other two fish in this particular bowl!
