It's has most hair products in looking for almost never fails with the things I want and they do price match Walmart so that's a big bonus. I believe this is one of the only Target Stores connected to a mall. It's super convenient! Did I mention this location also has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut, INSIDE? This is regarding purchasing a gift card from target. My son got an xbox gift card purchased from target for his birthday. On the receipt it says that it will be active within 3 hours. It's been 3 days and it's still not active. I called target and gave them all the information, after an hour on the phone they told me that they will refund the purchaser the money and my son is out a birthday present. When I went online to see what could be done about this I found lots and lots of comments about this exact situation. Buyer beware. read more

I went in looking for Silly Bands and Notebooks. I had no idea where to go but your employee Walter was very knowledgeable. My daughter and I stopped by here last night, walked into the restroom and was taken back by how filthy it was, Wow !! We walked right back out went and found someone that worked there to let them know, and when we did she seemed to not be too concerned. Every department in this store is a Mess !! This is my Target, the one I prefer to use. I have really wonderful interactions with their employees, but lately I have been disappointed with their stock. They hardly have things stocked, the silk almond milk, creamers, tofu are always out. The water is constantly not stocked and when you get there the isles are full of boxes. Super disappointed with the women's area! It looks terrible!!! You can't tell what rack is plus, maternity or clearance. Everything is shoved together and it has no order. This rating is based off the employees working the fitting room. Usually I just ignore people and their rudeness but after 3 different encounters with 3 different people, I had to say something. I wish I wrote these individual's names down. Each time I go to the fitting room, the workers always look so angry like we shouldn't be there. Tonight a male was working the fitting room. I walked up with my items and it took him 2 minutes to finally look up, slightly, and just stared. Didn't say, "hello, how many?" Nope just stared. "Umm can I try these on, please?" This Target is the same Target like everywhere else. They have the same layout and have expanded their food section just like other Targets recently. Usually during the weekends, it gets crowded and everything seem to be more unorganized. Other than that, it is attached to the mall and it has a Starbucks right before you enter the mall. I think Target and Walmart in Tracy are in competition to see who can have the least number of registers open and the longest line of waiting customers. Not sure if the Target manager realizes that the reason they are in business is to take people's money! Why on a busy night Saturday night on Feb. 8th, 2014 are not more registered open or when the lines start forming open some more! I haven't seen the express lanes EVER opened in the last 3 months. Also clean up this place. It is a mess. The outside garbage was over flowing and the inside looked like a tornado flew in. I am a Target regular and this is one of the worst I have experienced... actually it IS the worst I have been to. I was browsing the Tracy mall and went to get a soda and some candy and not ONE of the refrigerated soda coolers up front were stocked. The store was messy and hot. We browsed for a minuted bought a water because they didn't have the drinks we wanted and left. I will not be returning to this Target. read more

The Tracy Target is great. I can find what I need easily and quickly. Lines are rarely off the hook (except during holiday/back to school...you know the times that would be crazy anyway). Its usually clean and I can always find an employee when I need one. I love me a one-stop-shop. read more

Don't order anything at Target, I ordered online and item was delivered to my home damaged. Then I ordered the same item to have shipped to the store. Go to pick up the item and they can't find it. If you want order something go to Walmart and or Amazon. Never had any issues ordering items from them. Waste of time. read more

I'm not a big fan of mall Targets. I wish Tracy had a regular Target that wasn't attached to the mall. They close the gate to the mall right at 9 or when the mall closes. It's quite annoying if you walked in there through the mall and didn't park near Target when it's closing time. Also, this Target closes at 10pm. In the Bay Area, Targets close at 11pm. That is annoying that they close earlier. What if it's after 10? I don't want to go to Walmart. This store seems small too. I really like the Lathrop Target. read more

This store needs to be ran better. There are very few associates on the floor and you usually have to hunt for someone. The garbage is always over flowing out front. Not a fan of the new woman's clothing line. Looks cheaper than Walmart clothes. Needs more variety. Men's too. Store is always a mess. Hard to find stuff. Oh and the Starbucks is a joke! How nice do you think Targets customer service is... went into Target to find some things I needed around the house. Went to pay for the product and was only 138.71. Went up at the cash register they took the check and told me it was declined. To find our Target declined the check cause I have not written any check at that location for the past year. I have been in northern California taking care of my mother that had passed away in the beginning of the year. So they said I could not write anything that large to them and have to write smaller checks to them before they would accept any check over a hundred dollars from me. If Target executives care about customers, here is some advice from where it starts... The employee. As a former target team member i enjoyed helping customers, even though the position was part time to help pay for my wedding. I always put the customer first, and didnt want to discourage them in any way. It kept customers comming back. On december 31, i visited this store with an add that i had to print off the internet for a pricematch that target usually will honor with little exeception. It was a difference of $10 for a ps3 game. Not a profit killing move for the store. On the phone, i was told to double check at guest svs to disclose the add & request a price adjustment. Not only did the manager of the department right off the bat become deffensive with me for even bringing in an add that expired only 2 days prior (gamestop was still honoring their $10 off price) but didnt believe me as i told her they still had it at that price! So she could see how genuine i was, i waited till the add uploaded on my phone, only to hear her say "i'm not going to look at it, go ahead and just adjust the price". It actually took another team member to intervine and advised her that is how game stop is. Thank god she was there! I dont wish for target gift cards anymore, nor will i shop at tracy Target anymore. I kept this to myself while in the store, for fear she wouldnt honor her "tough" decision had i spoke my mind. Disapointing. And no, i was not fired if that crossed your mind. I relocated to the valley to be near my wife, so i left the bay area store behind and actually hoped to return one day. This target is seriously messed up! Every time I've gone in I've had issues with my target card. One day it works, the next it doesn't then it does again. A couple of times the cashier gave me 5% back because of the ongoing issue. Which they should do! Isn't that why I have a target card? So Christmas Eve rolls around and once again my card would not work. This time they asked me to go with them and call customer service because they can't give me 5% back. Really? You want me to spend my time on the phone with customer service on Christmas Eve?!?!?! And why did you give me cash back before and not this time. I have never misses a single payment and have been loyal to Target over Walmart. No more. So tire of the constant issues and lack of organization at this target. Every time I come here early in the morning, there are people stocking shelves in each isle. Why can't they get this done in the hours before opening or late at night? It is hard to shop when you can't even get down the isle with boxes and carts strewn about in each isle. Ridiculous. read more

Seriously it's 830pm on a Wednesday and only two lanes are open. The lines are wrapped around into the main walk way. I didn't know I was shopping at Walmart. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have 7 items and none of the express lines are open!! What kind of customer service is this? This Target lacked in my satisfaction. As a customer I should not be able to have to wait for more than 15 minutes on a phone call looking for the item . The woman I called ended my phone call in the middle of her "search" for my item. I decided to call them again in hopes of finding someone else who would be able to help me. But as fate had it, the same woman answered my phone call. I'm guessing she really was in a bad mood, but she immediately-and quite rudely said "No we don't have it." In the most monotonous way possible. Also to the fact where she was soft-spoken-where you could not hear her. This Target has a wide variety of things to choose from. To illustrate, I found water coolers here that are normally only available during the back-to-school season. And it has an actual Starbucks inside! But at least Target is a worthy competitor to the big smiley face known as Wal-Mart. read more
