Mancini's Sleepworld in Tracy deserves five stars. Louie, the manager, was outstanding -- patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. He walked me through all the features, compared options, and made sure the mattress and motion baseboard fit my comfort preferences perfectly. On top of that, the discounts were unbeatable for a Cal King mattress and motion base. I'm extremely happy with my experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and great deals. read more

We have been in here a number of times and I bought a mattress from Mancini's about 7 years ago, and we didn't have the greatest experience. Because of this we bought our last mattress from another place, but this time we decided to give them another try for the sake of convenience. We were shopping for our new travel trailer. The store manager greeted us as we walked in, and offered us cold beverages. He guided us to the selection we were looking for, and checked stock to let us know what we could take home with us right then and there. Once we selected a mattress, we brought our travel trailer over so we could stick it right in. The manager even helped load it into the trailer and put it into place, which was a very tight squeeze! The service was very good (above and beyond really) and we felt good about the purchase. Overall very happy with our experience at Mancinis. read more

Mes, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with myself and family. He not only sold my husband and I a mattress but my daughter and parents. He took into consideration aches, pains, and preferences. The entire process was smooth sailing and I would recommend this to everyone. Can't wait to get my mattress delivered. read more

I came in to this location after work looking for a new mattress and there was only one associate working older Caucasian guy(Lowkey was giving racism). I told him what I was looking for then he asked if I was going to buy anything today which I thought was rude and unprofessional as a sales representative. I Won't be able to do business with the company due to that interaction. read more

Ok let me be clear....I hate shopping for anything that has to do with salespeople. It's annoying. However.....my husband and I came here just to look at mattresses. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Collin. Super friendly, super helpful and didn't stalk us around the store like most places. We walked in just looking at beds but walked out purchasing one. I highly recommend shopping here and asking for Collin!!!! read more

I went to the Tracy store this morning and Colin Paso helped me. It was a very positive experience. Colin was friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to check inventory, create quotes and answer my questions about various guest room beds, such as fold aways. He was professional and approachable. He made suggestions that reflected his understanding of what my product needs were. Colin knows how to listen to customer and that was greatly appreciated. He was very nice and very professional. Definitely deserve a 5 star. We will always come here to buy our mattresses. Exceeded our expectations. read more

Alexa was quick to attend to us and immediately walked us through the product line. I have been purchasing pillows and mattresses for the past 12 years based on online reviews and Costco deals. A+ Service and expert guidance from Mike Long!! I could lay on my side across any of the displayed mattresses, and get a feel for how they felt---you can't do that buying online or at a big box store!! I asked about pricing and got a great deal on top of free high-quality microfiber Cal King sheet set, 2 pillows, and a Cal King mattress protector. I even called for an earlier delivery date and they arranged it for the next day....White glove delivery too: I just had to get the guys a tip$$ because they were professional, and they were neat, quick, and respectful of my family visiting on the 4th of July read more

Had the best experience you could possibly have at Mancini's. Larry Stock is truly a "mattress specialist" he was very professional and caring to our needs. Larry answered all our questions and gave us options on what we were looking for in a mattress. My wife and I have been sleeping on ok mattresses throughout our life's. So we decided to upgrade and try a Aireloom mattress. All I can say is BEST PURCHASE EVER! I wish I would of purchase an Aireloom years ago it would of saved me many restless nights. If you are going to purchase anything in your life that is considered "high end" it should be your mattress. Thanks Larry you're the best! read more

Mike was awesome! We checked out another mattress place in town and it felt similar to a car salesman. Mike however just recommended stuff he thought I would like and let us browse. When we found the one he got us a awesome deal! We had a weird shipping situation but mike handled it with ease and I'm so happy with my bed! Thanks mike!! read more

Updating my review! Ordered two twin foundation and asked the manager to waive the delivery fee since we had purchased a queen adjustable bed from them. He would not budge! Come delivery time I discovered that one of the twins was the wrong size. I call the manager to reimburse for shipping because of the mix up and he would not do so. Instead he has the nerve to tell me that I should just cancel the full order and get my money back! I told him I needed the foundations and insisted on a refund on the delivery as compensation and the fact that it was not delivered on time. Still no budge! Tells me Company needs to make a profit. What profit? It's a big company and it's about doing the right thing!!! read more

Jerry helped us. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Very happy what he showed us. Delivery is free and will be delivered wthin 2 days . Went Matress Firm before that did not like what they had in stock and did not like their less quality for way money. read more

I haven't slept this good in 15 years! Alexandra was the best. She put me on the test bed to figure out exactly which type of mattress I needed. It turns out that I need a medium/soft instead of firm like I've always had! She showed me a few different one's until we got to the Aireloom and then that was it! I loved it right away. She was easy to talk to and knew exactly how to figure out what I needed. She scheduled the delivery and that went super easy too! A week later, I went back and she sold me two Purple pillows that are absolutely amazing. Thank you for changing my life, seriously!! I sleep so good now. I've had a few really good and positive purchases there including furniture as well as at least two mattresses BUT recently I made a warranty claim since my 3 year old mattress is sagging horribly and has been killing my back and causing all sorts of back and joint problems. I was told that they'd send an inspector out within a few weeks. I got a call sooner than that and the inspector from Integrated Bedding Group came out and immediately said he saw the problem and while he was doing the required test and taking pictures he was telling me, in detail, all the ways a warranty replacement was valid and a "no brainer" in this case and how he knew right away walking into the room that it was a valid replacement. All requirements were met and other than the sagging, it was in pristine condition and supported on their furniture with a base bought from them. Well, imagine my surprise when I got an email from Integrated Bedding Group saying that it was "within manufacturers guidelines" and the request was declined. I was even more surprised when I called the company and was told "if we've done your inspection then we are done, goodbye" on their voicemail message. I've contacted Sealy, Mancini's Sleepworld, and the inspection company (at multiple emails each) giving them the opportunity to rectify this ridiculous situation before I file a suit in small claims court and the only response I've had is Mancini's fraud inspection company (Integrated Bedding Group) saying it's not their problem and a few responses from Sealy saying a local representative who is working with Mancini's is going to contact me. Still no contact (2 weeks) so I'm am going to have to proceed with filing in court it seems. They don't appear to honor warranties AT ALL and have set up quite the racket to ensure they never have to replace a mattress so I would never recommend them or buy from them again. A 10 year warranty means NOTHING if the company offering it is dishonest and conducts business like this. read more

Our Experience with Mancini's Sleepworld was Amazing. We, my husband and I, worked with Dan, and he guided us to each and every mattress and let us know about each bed. We Finally made a decision on our mattress and we also decided to have a headboard to go with our Mattress. BONUS!! When we got our headboard, we were not to happy with it, due to it had a crack and some divots in the headboard. My husband and I went back to Mancini's to check out the headboard in the store to see if the divots are actually part of the headboard and they were, but the crack down the side was not. We took pictures showed Dan, he was on the phone with the manufacturer and they replaced our headboard with in 3 days. Customer services was absolutely amazing and wonderful. I would highly recommend going to Mancini's in Tracy. Both service gentlemen behind the desk were funny and very informative. read more

Just wanted to extend my gratitude and great appreciation to both Larry and Jim who helped get me the mattress I needed in such a fast and easy manner. Customer service in sales is tough to do. You must adhere to your customers needs while taking into account their financial situation and their desires as well. Finding that happy medium isn't always easy. Both of these guys were very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. They made you feel comfortable without any added pressure to buy anything. They met your needs and along with working with you to find the best fit for you. They worked with me to get me the bed I wanted without breaking the bank. Mattress and box spring were both delivered and fit great in my room. Extremely comfortable with just the right amount of firmness I wanted. Thank you Larry and Jim for exceeding my expectations and treating me like a extremely valued customer. Me being of a younger age, sometimes I don't receive the same respect as someone more distinguished. Again I appreciate you for taking your time and explaining my options and giving me a choice to pick something I wanted and keeping it affordable. Highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go here. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Mancini's read more

Dan you are the man! Shopping for a new bed is such a daunting task after being so content with the one you had for over 15+ years. You were nothing short of amazing! You help guide my husband and I through the whole process. I truly appreciate your honesty and help, there aren't too many people that would take the time to spend with their customers looking for a similar model and explain the comfort levels, the firmness, the types of bases. You also treated my children very well. They loved you! They talked about what a wonderful person you were the whole way home Thank you times a trillion for making Mancini's Sleep World my final stop over the last few days. I cannot wait to get our new mattress and bed set delivered. If anyone is looking for a new bed and wants a high quality customer service experience, this is the place to be! read more

Dec 2022 I purchased a queen size mattress. It had a slight problem. In Feb I went in and spoke with the manager Ron Paris. He said that bed inspector would come out. He did but wasn't much help. I went back in and talked with Ron again. He was so helpful. He did a sleep map telling me what bed would be my best fit. The new mattress was delivered the next day. The customer service was very professional and Ron actually carried that I was happy with my decision. Great prices. read more
