I came Here to order multiple pieces of furniture for my home and was met with Rand who seemed to know a lot about the furniture and fabrics which was great. I went ahead and ordered and paid half the price. There was a problem with the fabric so we went in again and dealt with someone else, I believe his name was Jeff or Alex idk. If you were to take anything from this review it's to never ever deal with this man child. He screwed up the entire order and was a complete jerk about the whole thing, although I haven't had any problems with the furniture as of yet, I would never make the mistake of coming here again!

My husband is having knee problems so we appreciated it. They are having 50% off sales currently and I was relieved that they preordered most things so they are already in stock with the current backorder struggles at other stores. Two days later we have a high quality table and chairs, one of our two leather power recline couches (other is on the way), 2 bedside tables and one end table for between the couches. We spent a lot of money, but we wanted quality to last and the dark wood and upgraded features. There are some major bargains at Homelife for any budget, but we got some of the more expensive pieces and love them. I was worried mall stores are IKEA cheap or something, but our furniture is lovely and Tan was extremely helpful going over their multi year warranties and helping me shop for hours, then doing it all again when my husband got off work and stopped by. I had 6 stores on my list but Homelife was a one stop shop. Delivery was fast and the workers were polite and respectful of our home and items. You examine everything before signing off as well. Great prices and great selection and service. We will be back to finish the 2nd guest room furnishings soon!

My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it's repeat customers. You know what's unusual is, that you can't contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn't even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper.
