There was barely any merchandise in the store. I picked through what I could only to feel a sharp pain in my foot. One of the security tags had been left in the aisle needle side up and had pierced through my shoe and into my arch. Great. I left security know, and he just said sorry. Yeah. I had to request assistance elsewhere, which meant waiting in check out line until I got to the front to then ask for someone to unlock a bathroom for me and give me a band aid for my bleeding foot. I wanted to come to this store because I desired to pick up summer clothes for my upcoming Mexico cruise trip. I walked around the store, hoping that I would find something nice. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to grab my interest this time around. As an alternative, I settled on purchasing the following items: * 4 pack of mini tweezers * facial cleaning wipes * jumbo loofahs * essential hair styling set * grilled seaweed roll snack The total came out to be around $25. Thankfully, I had a $5 off certificate due to being a Ross Mastercard® Credit Card holder. The staff member who assisted me was very unfamiliar with how to redeem the certificate, as she had never done it before. She asked her nearby cashier colleague, and didn't know either. Instead, the Loss Prevention specialist came over to the register and helped to redeem it. The store appeared to be slightly disorganized in some aisles but well-stocked. The checkout line was fairly long but moved at a decent pace. The rating of the stars is still stagnant at 3 stars. This specific Ross location is very hit or miss.

I have been a customer of Tractor Supply for over 8 years when I got my dog Willie. The service has…read morealways been awesome when it comes to his supplies. I do give them a top rating. Sadly I recently stopped ordering his dog food and switched to another retailer. After several not so good delivery issues with a contractor I could not take any more chances of running out of food. Orders sat in "Ready for Delivery" mode and when they did get picked up went missing requiring I ask for a refund or I had to be home to walk the person into building. Perhaps I will come back when these issues are resolved. I started using Tractor Supply in 2017 and was very happy until recently. I do recommend them especially if one of the major carriers delivers.

They have an okay selection in terms of feed or other miscellaneous items for livestock.
