    Bags disintgating from water intrusion.
    Roxanne M.

I went to purchase wood pellets for a wood burning stove and i found them stored outside in direct contact with water. There at least 18 bags that were disintegrating in the moisture. I brought this to the managers attention and was told that area was were the main office told them to store the pellets. I have been buying then at that store for 10 yrs. This is the first time they were out in the weather. I will not recomend this store. Mom

Got this adorable goose air plant and chicken dish, plus a bunny mug that isn't in the picture. But still, soooo CUTE!

I came in on this past Saturday morning for the first time and the cashier who helped me was really friendly and attentive. Also the shavings I bought were sooo much cheaper than they are in the east bay! So that made me happy. About half the price than my usual spot. And then I just had fun walking around and looking at all the cute animal decor they have, had to pick me up a couple things to bring back home!

I had driven by this place and finally decided to stop by. I like that the parking is big and the place feels calm. There is a ton of animal supply. So I heard they sell pellets in large amounts. I buy pellets for my cat litter. The medium size bag is about $32 at any other store. I bought a sack of pellets that could be used for horses, cats,or bunnies for $8. I got triple the amount for a really great price. I purchased 2 large sacks so I wouldn't have to return in a long time. This place literally saved me so much money.

OMG! The people here are super nice and really, really helpful. They have almost everything you would need if you live in a farm or a beaver property they have things just like stoves barbecues that hooks. They have glow stick, animal feed, Halloween decorations, dog treats, cat treats, welding, and tools, hardware and paint toys for younger kids they have farm parts and supplies, feed, food and supplies. This place is honestly amazing. Everything here is that a solid, good price and awesome value.

I ordered a poultry pen/dog run and during the delivery the hardware and manual must have fallen out of the gaping hole in the packaging. I called the online service as well as the Brentwood TS store. Both were very helpful and quick to remedy the situation and replace the hardware. At the Brentwood store, they let me use their hardware for their display and I will give my replacement ones being delivered again. Tim and especially Andrea both went above and beyond which is exactly what I admire in a good business and my own motto in life and work. Every single time I shop TS in Brentwood they have been friendly and always helpful with a big smile- every single one. Shout out to Devin who always helps us as well and the young gals as the cashiers are sweet too. I am a loyal TS customer from now on bc I was so impressed!

    Finally open!

I do not trust this location…read more I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store, and the app did not give me an option to cancel -- only to call. I assumed the order would automatically cancel if I didn't pick it up. Instead, I never received a cancellation email. When I checked my app later, the order showed as "completed," and my bank account confirmed I had been charged. When I called the store, the associate couldn't locate my order and a manager had to step in. I was told the order was marked as picked up because the item was no longer on the pickup shelf, so staff assumed it had already been collected. That explanation was very concerning, since no one verified my identity before completing the transaction. To make things worse, I live over 30 miles away, and the manager offered no compensation or solution other than telling me I would need to drive to the store in person to process a refund. It made no sense that the order could be completed without me being present, but the refund required me to be there physically. Thankfully, PetSmart customer service eventually resolved the issue and issued my refund. I'm sharing this as a warning so others are aware and double-check their pickup orders. I truly hope this was due to poor training or process, but the experience left me extremely disappointed and without trust in this location.

When Bubba was recently diagnosed with diabetes, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect. Dr. Pinon took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me treatment options, including insulin or medication, so I could make the best decision for Bubba. I really appreciated that she respected my choice and helped me feel confident moving forward with the medication route. She has been patient, compassionate, and thorough every step of the way. She answers questions without making me feel rushed and genuinely cares about both her patients and their owners. Managing a new diagnosis can be stressful, but her guidance has made it feel much more manageable. A routine dental cleaning for my two dogs turned into a traumatic, expensive nightmare due to sheer…read moreincompetence and a disgusting lack of transparency. They "only" charged $3400 for the cleanings, and failed to ask us if we are OK for them to remove all teeth from what used to be one of our dog's cute overbite. We also had to pay another $1500 for a follow-up emergency visit because they injured the other dog (and failed to tell us about it). Doctor must have a twisted sense of reality, because they told me the dogs did "fantastic" when I was called after the procedure. Dog 1: Permanent Disfigurement without Consent They extracted all six lower incisors from one of my dogs without a single phone call to discuss the necessity or get my consent. They effectively destroyed his signature look and "overbite" forever. We dropped off our cute dog and picked up a "small beast" with only two visible lower canines, all because they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. And I will be requesting the x-rays and get a second opinion in the necessity of the extractions, because the other incident described below shattered my confidence in their competence. Dog 2: Injury and Cover-Up While my other dog was under anesthesia, the staff managed to lacerate both of his ears while trimming his face. Let that sink in: they cut a dog that was chemically immobilized and not moving. Even worse, the doctor called me afterward and emphatically stated both dogs did "fantastic," choosing to deliberately hide the injuries. They didn't mention a word of it during the face-to-face pickup, either. Dog 2: Late night emergency follow-up visit We only discovered the injured ears after getting home. When we called, they downplayed the cuts as "no big deal" and admitted they had used skin glue to fix one cut. They didn't even provide an e-collar. A few hours later, my dog was bleeding profusely--blood was literally pooling on the floor. We had to rush him to an emergency vet where we discovered the cuts were so deep they required actual sutures. Because of this clinic's "minor" mistake, my small dog had to be put under anesthesia twice in less than 12 hours. And we had to foot a $1500 emergency bill, after an incident that traumatized our family.
