AMAZING staff! I am not very big on Disney so when I needed a specific princess for my niece for Christmas, I had very little to go on other than "the blue dress one" When I went in everyone was VERY helpful in showing me the options available and helping me decipher what blue dress princess it was! Amazingly we got the correct princess for her for Christmas and I couldn't have done it without the lovely people here! read more

I go to this store about 3 times a month. Each time Lorenzo has helped us. He is great! Always asking if we are doing okay. The selections are so great. I love their bags and blind box area. I recently placed an online order and it was supposed to be picked up in store. Upon getting to the store, one bag was not there, and they refused to refund it or "return" it in their system. I left the entire order there and was told to contact customer service for a remedy. They said they'd returned the order in their system and I'd get everything sent to my home. Upon further inspection of my bank statement, I was recharged for this order, nothing was refunded, and I still have no items to show. $400 later... no purchase in hand. I love this place. They have an amazing selection. Their giant wall of LoungeFly bags is amazing. There are just so many gorgeous, quality bags! Their staff is very friendly and is always ready to help with questions and suggestions. There was a problem employee there a few years back, but he's long since gone. Such a clean store. They just opened, but their customer service and employees are amazing and very helpful! It was hot in the store on opening day (the mall AC went out) but I overheard a team member relaying the issues and customer concerns on the matter and getting solutions! I was helped by Jonathan when i came in yesterday. he was amazing, as well as the two cashiers working they checked on an online order i hadn't received a confirmation on yet and told me when to call and come in when it comes in since it was back ordered. i also want to talk about how neat and organized the store is in. the sales associate Jonathan also handed me a pin for mickey's birthday. and i had a pleasant visit for my first time. i enjoy the location closest to me as well but brentwood streets box lunch exceeded my expectations. everyone was amazing and sweet here and complimented my blue spirit tattoo, and made sure to check in with me and my partner and other people visiting the store. it's nice to have great customer and employee experience. i will be coming in again and drive the extra minutes to visit again. I had a very unsettling interaction here with a tall white guy with glasses who insisted that I cut in front of people in line. He quickly dismissed me. Twist in the plot, the people that I supposedly cut in front of said that I didn't cut in front of them and they said that I could go first. I couldn't let him check me out at the register after he was so rude and wrong! I'm thankful that the lady with dark hair and glasses helped me make my purchase non-discriminately. This place has really nice items, but what ruins it is the level of service from the male worker with the beanie on Sunday afternoon. He seems to be the shift supervisor the way he bosses around the two female gals who were very helpful on telling us about the deals. The male worker was giving me attitude on getting a price check. First he calculated it incorrectly and when I checked him on it, he was like "i was doing it in my head." Definitely not coming back to this place. Dude acts like he owns the place. read more

A wonderful sale person named Travis helped me with my purchase of a Star Wars purse and even found the matching wallet during my Christmas shopping. I loved what I purchased, until I used it. I was so happy with the look, but using it just wasn't working with the claps or over the shoulder. When I went back to return my items for a refund or trade, I was helped again by Travis. Travis helped me find a perfect replacement purse and even found the matching wallet as well once again. Good customer service is hard to find these day. My wife and I enjoy coming to this store and everyone is usually friendly. However, my wife came in to get a refund for an overcharged amount that happened the day before. Already knowing what the issue was, the male worker assisting us was trying to convince us that we were refunded the correct amount; however, the numbers did not add up and we showed him. After doing the math himself (which we were right about) his attitude changed and tried to convince us "well technically you're only gonna get another $xx back". On top of that, he started being even more rude while taking the receipts, cards, etc. You charge more than what we wanted to pay which was an accident, but why try to convince us it's not a big deal and be ok not getting our money back? We eventually did, but left with our first bad customer experience. They probably been having a bad day before we got there, so hopefully no one else will encounter this kind of bad customer service. read more
