Sadly I recently stopped ordering his dog food and switched to another retailer. After several not so good delivery issues with a contractor I could not take any more chances of running out of food. Orders sat in "Ready for Delivery" mode and when they did get picked up went missing requiring I ask for a refund or I had to be home to walk the person into building. Perhaps I will come back when these issues are resolved. I started using Tractor Supply in 2017 and was very happy until recently. I do recommend them especially if one of the major carriers delivers.

When we called the store, they blamed the delivery company, even though the bag was clearly taped shut before it was sent out. We were told we have to bring it back ourselves, despite living over an hour away and choosing delivery for that reason. No refund, no replacement, and no accountability.
