I do understand things happen, I do understand the heat here is very very hard on the animals, but that was just pure negligence. Please do better for the welfare of the animals...... The dog food selection was limited compared to what we have back home, so we weren't able to get the exact same food we usually feed the dogs, but they had Taste of the Wild which was a brand we used to feed the dogs. Pricing was on par with what you'd pay at the bigger stores but the customer service here is what sets it apart from most pet stores. You can tell they love what they do!
