Some of these other reviews about leaving their dogs there for hours at a time, as long as you tell them your dog needs to be picked up at a certain time they will fit your request. The only reason why I even reated this place a 1 is so whoever read this would know I actually did rate it and the 0 I wanted to put was not a mistake. My dog was there for 5.5 hours and came back itching like crazy. Ears were not done. Days later, she had a rash all over her body, her skin was extremely irritated. She had a horrible cut in her ear that became infected, like they were going to do her ears and hurt her, so they stopped. I have a family member that also went to them and both of their dogs also walked away with severe skin irritation. Please do not use this service. read more

Never!!!! I took my dog here because I needed to get him groomed really bad and no one else was available. When we picked our furry baby up they failed to tell us that they had nicked him very badly. It was to the point where the blood wouldn't stop. They even put liquid bandage on the wound to stop the blood. When we inquired about it they blamed it on the foxtails and said that the dog had a ton of fox tails in his coat and that's probably how he had a huge bruise. Funny how the bruise wasn't there before. Fast forward to now, it's been months since we took him to this place and last week my dog was diagnosed with a tumor in the same exact spot that they had injured him. We got his surgery scheduled for today and $3k and a lot of pain later my furry baby is home. He is in so much pain and I hate that I can do nothing about his pain. My mom and I have been bringing our pets here for 10 years. They are always amazing. Yes your dog will be there for a few hours but that's because they are busy. If you don't want to wait a few hours come early. Be there Tuesday or Wednesday at 10am. If you come on Friday or Saturday your pet will be there most of the day. They work their butts off and deal with crazy pet owners. I wouldn't do their job, obviously neither would you. They are always friendly and good people. My dogs love going there, my moms cats not so much but they are cats of course they don't want to go there. People need to learn to give respect to get respect. I've been taking my dogs here for a few years now and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly and accommodating to my two dogs. You do have to get there early because sometimes it's hard to get in because they are so busy. The prices have been the same for both of my dogs which I can't complain. Took my dog to get groomed and was told he would be done in two hours because he was a " walk in " after the two hours i gave them a extra 30 mins than i called just to find out my dog still wasn't done ,my dog ended up taking 4 hours to be groomed and when the older lady with the grill called me and says she's been calling me for the last hour and i havent been answering ( which she DID NOT call nor leave a voicemail ) when i get there she stated that she's charging $10 more because they have a " dog biting fee " ( she made that shit up ) and states that she thought one of her workers called and told me before i picked my dog up ( just like she lied about calling ) DID NOT even do the hair cut that i told them to give my dog didn't even shave his ears and tail like i asked NOT TO MENTION My dog has a shaving cut on his face overall if you love your dog i wouldn't recommend this place at all read more

I would not recognize this shop. I had taken my 2 dogs here for 3 years until my Yorkie had a injury From a clipper. They denied that it did not happen in their shop. She was referred to their vet to check it out. He also agreed with the groomer. Well it turned out my son who clipped Chloe in between grooming did the same thing accidentally. There was the proof they had lied It was the same type of injury. Well I wanted to return with my 2 dogs and was met by the owner saying we were not welcome and we were a liability. Beware of pooch and purr! Disclaimer! I don't want to hurt any local business and I am not one of those crazy dog mom lady's Who thinks their pet is is perfect because I'm sure my dog can be a pain in the behind!! However, I took my dog to get groomed there today for the first time and I won't be back. None of the employees were wearing masks.. ok whatever... they charged average prices but my dog had several cuts that weren't immediately visible and did not mention them to us upon picking her up. The job was just ok but my dog now has to wear a cone to stop her from licking her cuts. I guess that's what I get for not sticking with what we know but our usual place was closed and she was in desperate need. I love this place been coming here for years. The owner Victoria is very knowledgeable. Sadly I have to say that I disagree with all the negative reviews. If you feed your dog cheap food like pedigree which is corn-based your dog is going to have sensitive skin or skin irritations when being groomed. As a result to that when the groomers are doing their job it could look like they caused damage to the animal/animals. When a dog has dry skin and When you brush or comb against the skin it will become irritated. When in fact the dog has skin irritations or damages due to consuming poor quality dog food. Quality dog food is best to feed your animal like blue or natures. Not only is it healthy for them but it helps their skin coat and teeth. read more

I was so nervous leaving her but she did amazing! I didn't have an appointment and they still were able to get to her. Went to pick her up and she was so excited, clean and smelt amazing.
