Danielle is the absolute best dog groomer we've ever gone to, and we just keep going back to her! A bit sad that she is now located in Oakley but glad that she's closer to her family. Our first few experiences with Danielle grooming our Aussies was back when she was still with Wag Hotels. Her precision and effectiveness really shows when you see the before and after pictures. We were amazed! After COVID hit, Danielle took the opportunity to start her own business (female boss!!!) and began to bring her services to her client's house. We had our pups groomed by her at our home and it was a great experience overall. I do recommend booking your appointment in advance. Danielle tries her best to be accommodating which is great but be warned, she does get booked quite far out (she's that good)! Can't wait to have her groom our babies again, soon!!
Every Chow Chow owner knows that a good groomer is worth their weight in gold - and that is literally what Danielle is worth in the eyes of our family! Danielle has been grooming our dog since he was just a young puppy. She introduced our reluctant dog to the grooming process and still continues to do an amazing job handling him. Overall, he has had the most beautiful grooms from Danielle and we just could never thank her enough. I don't know how we got so lucky! Also, about a year ago, my dog started showing signs or irregular fur loss at one of his grooming appointments. Danielle took photos of his fur and notified me right away. I brought him to a dermatologist and he was diagnosed with a skin follicle issue that may have gone long unnoticed if it wasn't for Danielle. On top of that, she was super accommodating with scheduling house calls and made life ridiculously easy - she brings her own table/tools right to you! She goes above and beyond for a groomer and I couldn't recommend her enough! Thanks Danielle!!!
I used to see my dog after the grooming in Petco so sad and scared and I thought it was because she doesn't like to cut her hair, but now at the first time we tried a different groomer she is so happy and feels so good with herself and for sure it was because their attitude. I'm so grateful I chose The swag cuts , they're amazing With how they treats the dogs and the customer service . Danielle is so cute and gentle! My dog cried when she left!! Haha .. Thank you so much for being so nice with Mia she used to have a very bad experience . I would give them more than 5 stars if I could and for sure I'll use them again!!
Literally love the service I get with Danielle. She is very kind and Delilah loves her. I found her on Instagram through a doodle group I belong to. She came HIGHLY recommended and I can say from experience, Swag Cuts is definitely top notch! She is on time, very professional and extremely talented. In these times, COVID poses a real threat, but Danielle comes prepared wearing a mask and is very clean. I love that the service comes to you and not vice versa. She uses the comfort of your own home and it helps Delilah feel safe in her environment. Once she was finished, she cleaned up and it looked as if no dog grooming ever happened. I would recommend Swag cuts to others again and again. Nothing but 5 star experiences and I am so very grateful to have found her!
We found Swag Cuts on IG, and are so happy with our experience. Danielle was so great for our ALD puppy's first cut! We wanted him short for our upcoming camping trip, showed her some photos of what we were hoping for, and wow - she delivered! Arrived on time at our home wearing a mask with the full grooming setup, handled our furbaby with love and care, and cleaned up our space spotless. You can tell she truly cares about doing a great job by her attention to detail and patience especially working with our puppy who was, at times, a squirmy wormy. Right now she's not accepting new clients since she's so busy already, but if she becomes available and you get the chance to book with her, I would definitely recommend it!
Danielle was exactly the groomer who I was looking for. My dog Chewy, a rescue has high anxiety when around other dogs. He does not do well in cages especially when he becomes distressed. Keeping this mind, I researched different groomers although I found many with excellent reviews, dropping him at a shop would not work. My criteria was to find a groomer who does in home grooming, experienced with anxious/skittish dogs, skilled in grooming Silky Australian Terriers, and offered weekend appointments. Danielle meet all these criteria's and even more. I strongly loved her approach in working with Chewy rather than making it work. Through out the grooming session, she introduced grooming tools slowly and in a nonthreatening manner, so Chewy can have a positive experience. My dog absolutely hates baths, but she was skilled in performing this part of the grooming session. Without hesitation, I scheduled out another grooming session. I could of gone to Petco or PetSmart to save money, but I knew my dog will not receive the attention he needs. Plus I did not want to hope that my dog's groomer knows how to groom a Silky Australian Terrier. Why not go to a professional groomer/salon? I compared Danielle price to professional groomer/salons. Honestly, it was about the same or just a bit over. And I am glad that I choose to go with Danielle. I can 100% gurantee she gives my dog the attention and care that he needs since I am seeing her work. A salon no matter how professionally competent are tending to other dogs. I can not risk my dog become so anxious that he has a panic attack and chews on kennel bars damaging his teeth. If you have a special needs dog, Danielle is a must. If you do not, I still highly recommend Danielle because of at home convenience, professionalism, and attention.
I have a wriggly 8month old Golden Retriever and his coat had become too long and shaggy for me to manage. I was really nervous about how he would do with getting groomed, and how the cut would turn out, but Danielle was AMAZING! His cut was even and the perfect length, and she cleaned up his back legs and paws so well. Best of all- he was happy when I picked him up and seemed to love her. Payment and coordination was easy and friendly, and I'm so glad to have found my new groomer!
Danielle is the best! She has been grooming my Australian Shepherd since she was a puppy (5 years) and gives her the cutest trim to make her look like a perpetual puppy! Chloe adores her and leapt for joy today when Danielle arrived, but immediately calmed down when I handed over the leash. Danielle has a loving, but firm manner that settles even an energetic Aussie. She is a true professional, very organized and efficient. It's a time saver to have her come to us and peace of mind during the pandemic. I highly recommend Swag Cuts!
Danielle did an amazing job with my puppy. She was so sweet and attentive. We will be coming back soon!
AWESOME! My dog hates grooming and definitely doesn't make it easy, but Danielle has always been super patient with my pup. I have a poodle mix, so he needs regular grooming! He always looks clean and fresh when he's done! Thank you Danielle!
We love Danielle's grooming service!! Due to COVID-19, she will bring the service to you safely. How nice!!! She shows up on time to the appointment, dresses professionally with mask and her equipment. She knows and is familiar with the doodle teddy bear style for all the doodles and did a great job with our labradoodle. I didn't have to explain much how I want the cut to be, and our doodle looks so fresh and cute every time. We had a great experience with Danielle and we recommend her service to all the doodle parents (:
We loooove Danielle! Learned about Danielle's grooming service maybe 6 months ago through a good friend and since then we have never looked back. We have tried a few grooming services in the peninsula but by far we have been the most satisfied with Danielle. Now that we have a newborn and in light of the pandemic that is unfortunately occurring at this time, my husband and I were elated to hear she was starting her own mobile dog grooming service! She is flexible, punctual, brings her own professional equipment/tools/products, and most of all loves working with our little corgi and treats him so well.

Danielle and her husband, Lorenzo took wonderful care of our golden retriever. We had a great experience from booking to buzzing. Danielle texted to let us know they were on their way, they arrived ahead of schedule, showering warmth and kindness to all creatures in our home (humans too). Our golden is a bit of a high maintenance Princess, Danielle and Lorenzo took it in stride and made everyone feel comfortable. Our dog ended up looking every bit the Princess she truly is. Swag Cuts is COVID safe, they travel to your home wearing masks and take necessary safety precautions to make humans and Prince and Princess pets feel at ease. I highly recommend Sag Cuts, so much so that I booked Danielle and Lorenzo to pamper our Goldie before letting them leave. read more

We are so glad to find Danielle during this pandemic. Mambo is 13 years old with hips and many skin problems, having him groom at our home is less stressful for him. Danielle did an AMAZING job on Mambo. She and her husband arrived on time, both are super friendly and they accommodate Mambo's fear of the grooming table and willing to brush Mambo on the deck floor. He is super clean with big smiles! Thank you Danielle for the best care to our furry babies :) read more

After multiple times of being unlucky when it came to finding somebody who was willing to cut my very shy puppy's hair, I finally came across Danielle and swag cuts! I was very nervous for how well he was going to do because many have said that he was too scared to have anything done. But Danielle made it so easy to set up the appointment and by the look on my puppy's face when he came out was incredible! He even came out with a little bow tie! His hair was perfectly cut to our preference and he smelt so good! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! read more

Danielle has worked with my previous aggressive dog while working in WAG hotel for years. Because of covid I couldn't travel to redwood city to her anymore. I had no idea it's the same Danielle when I booked Swag cuts but I was so pleasantly surprised and so glad that she is a mobile groomer now. Danielle is the best with dogs (of every kind), very gentle and amazing at her job. She was very patient with my 7 month maltipoo. Apart from my Mochi looking super handsome, he smells so good and feels so fluffy I can't stop cuddling him. Danielle you are AWESOME and I am never going to any other groomer again. read more

From the Bay to LA Danielle does it all to make your furchild looking fresh and clean. Before Danielle groomed Churro he was just your everyday friendly neighborhood pup. Now he's the coolest looking pup on my block. Definitely knows what she's doing to bring the best out of your dog. Appreciate her and Lorenzo making the trip to LA to take care of my guy. read more

Danielle's patience and craftsmanship is beyond words. She spent an extra hour on my Maltipoo, Max, tending to his mats with care. Not to mention she was patient with my rescue dog, Floki. She was able to do everything I asked for and they look better than ever. I'm already in the books for another appointment in a couple months. Highly recommend! read more
