Kenai our 6 month old Rottweiler has just finished his 2 week Board and Train with Sabrina. He went in pulling HARD during his walks with most people ,and looking back, with very little attention to his handler. He was reactive to a lot of distractions as well as people and dogs. Now that he is back we can REALLY see the difference in his walks. He is not pulling, pays very good attention to his handler. He is no longer very reactive to people and other dogs but as Sabrina told is it will always be something we make sure to keep up with! We are extremely happy with the results. Sabrina always kept us in the loop with updates and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Compassion and professionalism goes a long way. This store has posted hours on Sunday at 8:30 PM. I…read moregot there at 8:09 AM. I had a true emergency. My kitten is been having diarreha for days and I finally found food and supplements that work thanks a very gentlemen that works at this store. And when I drove up to the store there were 3 people chatting one of them a woman with short red hair immediately told me the store is closed and she cannot let me because corporate changed the closing hours to 8 pm, however on the petco website and Google Sunday hours are 8:30 PM closing time. When I told her that I have an emergency she said "she understands", with zero compassion, I have never encountered such a nasty attitude at this store. She obviously had no care about my emergency and the fact that posted hours are still 8:30 PM everywhere for this location. She had more interest in chatting with her friends than helping a customer that really needed to quickly get a couple of things and get out, I did not come there to shop around for a long time just a quick get in get out trip. I'm disguisted by such behavior which was a true opposite of the other two gentlemen I've been dealing with at this store. I have being going to this store for a few years with all my pet needs because it's closest to my house although I can get better prices at competitors, going forward I will take my business elsewhere.

"HAPPY HOUR GROOMING PRICES"…read more oh my gawd ! My puppy was so mad at me. I told her we were going to get a pup cup from starbucks but first we need pedi's. She did not like this at all. You guys did amazing and in the end she loved y'all. I called so many places for pricing one place quoted me $55 to have her nails cut an additional $25 for grinding down the nails. I couldn't believe it !!! These are human pedicure prices. The same place quoted me $1500 to have her spayed. PRICE WINNER IS PETCO ! They took the time to thoroughly examine our new puppy, answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed, and explained everything clearly. I had called ahead and they were able to make an appointment for him right away to save the extra cost of an emergency walk in, my cat was seen immediately and I was able to be in the exam room with him, the staff were knowledgeable and kind and took great care of my fur baby my first visit. It wasn't busy there at all, I returned to pick up additional medications for him and again it was easy in an out, not terribly busy. They lost some starts only due to a particular tech that cared for him during his in patient stay yesterday to receive IV fluids and (I thought) tube feeding and anesthesia. HE DID NOT RECEIVE THE TUBE FEEDING OR ANESTHESIA. I discovered this on picking him up at closing time, he was also soiled with diarrhea that was already dried into his fur at time of pick up, I had called to check on him and was waiting at the clinic an hour before pickup and the diarrhea was only mentioned as she brought him out. The techs name is Andrea who was so neglectful, I was deeply concerned by her demeanor upon meeting her but didn't think much of it, she had just begun her shift and seemed more concerned with eating a yogurt and then going outside to take a break within an hour of her shift beginning than the care of my cat. She wasn't informed about his case when I had questions about his condition and care plan and didn't seem to much care about him aside from whether she had maybe seen him before and if she would recognize him. More importantly she was the tech I was communicating with regarding my cats care and was the one I told directly that I would like to go ahead with the feeding tube and anesthesia. I was charged and extra $575 for these things(returned in credit on his account when I realized this hadn't happened) she had said only "no one told me he was getting that" but I was the one who told her to her face i witnessed her passing this along to the receptionist who added the charges to the payment and then the tech, Andrea, immediately went outside to her car for a ten minute break. Maybe she forgot but that is unacceptable. I was very disappointed he didn't receive the feeding tube, and also very disappointed he was returned to me COVERED IN DIARRHEA he had clearly been sitting in for hours, I was also disappointed that even if they weren't going to clean it they couldn't have given me a heads up about that so I could buy pet shampoo or wipes before pick up given all the time I spent waiting at the vet and the calls to check on him there was plenty opportunity to inform me of this. Nevermind it is poor practice for a clinic to allow a cat to sit in their mess for hours this can cause infection and additional distress. As I understand it it is common practice for a vet to clean an animal that has made a mess in their care before returning them to their owner. I will be speaking with management about this particular vet tech, I had called to talk with them but was told they are traveling and will get back to me... otherwise the care was great and affordable from Lone Tree, however I am left feeling very concerned about the incompetence and general disregard from vet tech Andrea.
