I noticed the milk that my son loves to drink is $.99. I get to the register and it rings up for $1.48. The manager comes addresses the issue says she will only allow me to purchase one, I have a total of five in total. Another manager comes and says she will only acknowledge one of my five regardless of the tag. She expresses if I have further to express to reach out to the owner, I expressed please call the store owner. Next paragraph at that point they take their phones out and reach out to the owner of this particular store located on 11th St. in Tracy 95637. The owner also agrees only one can be purchased at the marked price on the label. while the others have to be charged the $1.48 I have always been taught that whatever the price that is marked is what I have to be charged. They lied and did not charge me market price but tried to charge me a completely different price that was listed only in their system. I'm not one to complain and usually I wouldn't make a fuss but considering the tag reads one price and when you get to the register, it's a completely different story, I do plan to reach out to corporate and I will follow up with updates after

In this day and age, it is not often, (or often enough) that you receive customer service that is…read moreabove and beyond what you would normally expect....especially in an area that is not "exactly" in the realm of the particular individual that is giving you this service! One such person has been Chris Anderson, a manager at the Costco Warehouse located in Manteca. I had a situation with a company that provides a service for Costco members; but isn't exactly under the "umbrella" of Costco. They are a separate entity; however, I believed because of this association with Costco, the way in which they conducted their business would eventually, if not already, tarnish Costco's great reputation and bring a negative light to them. So, I felt the need to bring this to the attention of Costco! I had the pleasure of speaking to Chris Anderson on the phone regarding my concern. I explained to him the error that was made to numerous customers of this company within California and I also informed him that although I called the Manteca warehouse, I actually lived in Tracy. This did not seem to concern him, and he offered to check into it on my behalf and to expedite a return call back from the company. Mr. Anderson could have very easily have told me that "there was nothing he could do", but he didn't. He was true to his word and actually checked back in with me a couple days later to confirm that I had received a call back. Mr. Anderson made me feel like I was a valued customer of Costco and noted the importance of this company to also act accordingly because of the relationship with Costco. Although I am sure he was busy on both occasions, (there was a second incident that this company made an error within less than a months' time and I called Mr. Anderson a second time). Each time he listened to me and gave me the time to provide the details and how it impacted me. I truly believe that this is why he is a manager for Costco and I consider him an asset to them. I believe that this is a great example of "going the extra mile" and wish that this was seen more often!

When I first walked into the store to go to the Membership Desk, it was already a circus. I asked about a walkthrough and got "We don't do that any more." I reluctantly bought the membership and after one year, did not renew. It must have been a mutual agreement because they were sending notices to former tenants at my address, but not to me. 11 years later, I went with some neighbors. The store is better. It's not nearly as chaotic. The neighbors know most everyone working at the store from the store manager to the people demonstrating the food. It's not awful and it's not great, either. The store has a more diverse selection of foods. However, they seem to take away items randomly. The electronics seem as mediocre as they used to be. The self-checkouts are back. Prices are as high as expected to support returns AND to support good pay for workers. I'm glad for all who enjoy it.

Not huge & expensive name brands but brands like Forever 21 or American Eagle. They have a pretty good selection of clothes there. Most outfits are suited for younger women but they do have a variety - so take a look around! They also carry shoes & accessories as well as false eyelashes for $1.00. Hay! Although their plus size selection is limited to two racks, I was able to find a couple of things. I was pretty excited because I normally shop at Torrid & Forever 21 and they had both brands! The best deal was a pair of Torrid shorts that I got for $9.99 which are normally $38.50. I know this not only because they left the original tag but because I shop at Torrid and am quite familiar with their pricing. So this was an awesome find. I also got a Forever 21 tunic for $8.99. Not too much of a discount as Forever 21 is already reasonably priced, but at least I didn't have to drive to Modesto. Plus, I was surprised/happy that I actually found something to take home! Something to note before you make a purchase - there are no returns and only exchanges are aloud. There is a large sign above the register with all the info. So make sure you love what you buy because you cannot return it. All in all I was content with my experience and would come back.

They have a huge showroom and it's not filled with the low quality junk that looks good until you use it and that's it! We decided on a sofa where we picked the cloth from displays of in person material squares along with deciding what material we wanted the pillows. It's beautiful and fantastic quality! I would definitely go there for any room I needed quality furniture decor. So glad to have finally found a great furniture store!

We came in to this store to find a gift for a good friend. This is your average stationary and…read moregifts store. They have lots of beautiful journals, notepads, calendars, gift wrapping, pens, and all of the things that you would expect from such a store. They also have some hand made soaps and lotions, and some very beautiful tea sets. The way that we were greeted was very odd, it actually felt like we were imposing, because of the urgency in the woman's voice. She had her purse on her shoulder, so I thought that maybe she was on her way out and we were infringing upon her scheduled break, but her purse remained on her shoulder the entire time we were there, so I guess it's just how she liked it, and so I dismissed her initial tone as something that had nothing to do with us...even though it felt oddly deliberate. My daughter and I began browsing and talking back and forth as we saw items that grabbed our interest. While we were doing this, the woman with her purse on her shoulder kept coming right up to us and loudly talking over us to tell us about this item or that item, and I politely thanked her each time, even though I couldn't understand what exactly she was saying about these items because my daughter was also mid sentence with me, each time. I continued to thank her and attempted to get eye contact, but she couldn't or wouldn't look me in the eye. She finally stopped bombarding us and allowed us to browse and we could finally hear each other. This entire exchange seemed to serve no useful purpose since she kept talking at us, and not to us, and she kept choosing to talk at us while we were talking to each other. Instead of feeling like an attempt to communicate, it felt like she was being disruptive and rude. In fact, I did not get the sense that she wanted to be helpful in any way. It felt like she was judging us as potential shop lifters and she wanted to make sure that we knew she had her eyes on us. Now the odd tone that I heard in her voice when she was 'greeting' us made sense. While my daughter was trying to decide between getting stationary or body lotions another patron entered the store. The woman with her purse was warm and very welcoming to him. It was a very stark contrast to the tone, words, and facial expressions that we were given. Also, there was a second elderly woman watching us like a hawk the entire time and she asked my daughter where the University that was represented on her T-shirt was located. She then asked her in a very condescending tone if she went to that University (she's a high school student, and looks young for her age) and my daughter, in her soft spoken way, let her know that I was the one who attended. This was a very awkward exchange, and again, it felt like we were being judged and looked down upon. We made our selection, observed the good prices, and then we left. My daughter looked at me and said that it was a very "weird" shopping experience. While we were able to find a gift and make a purchase, we felt very conflicted as we were shopping because of the contradictory vibes. If someone's facial expression is foul when they see you, then the seemingly welcoming words that come from their mouths fall flat. There was a condescending attitude and I felt as though we were grudgingly tolerated, but not actually welcome. We'll never step foot in that store again. The good thing is that they have nothing that can't be found elsewhere.

I found this place and gave them a call they had the products I needed and at a reasonable price. They been there for over 50 years. They carry a lot of different products. Give them a call or drop by. Support the local business. Believe me it's much nicer than other supply stores.
