7/5/26- Target lost a sale today. Lane 5 cashier isn't very…read moreobservant. I was in line for 10 min before he turned off his light. Before turning off his light he had an issue with a transaction 2 custo.ers befire me and had to leave to get a manager or shift supervisor for help. After he came back then he turned off his light but didn't say anything to those standing in line. While he went to get help more people gad lined up behind me since there were only 2 registers open. After another couple of minutes he came and told me that he was closed. I told him I was in line before he turned off his lane light. He didn't seem to care and walked back to his register. Of he had looked up to see who was the last person in line before turning off his lane light, that would have been better customer service care. Luckily this is not my go to box store. I inly come to target if I have other errands at the mall. Primarily due to their lack of merchandise variety in the grocery department and poor cashier customer service qnd long lines at the registers. I only had a couple of items but xant 7se the self checkout since they don't allow cash to pay there.

Renting to restaurants, banquet halls, offices, retail, and nightclub/lounge. Lots of new events happening as well. They just had a holiday boutique, haunted house. There is still a food court but half of the food locations are closed too. Selection of types of stores is limited. This mall has an arcade which has some fun games to play. Employees out in other parts of the store... some are smiling some aren't. The ones that have a look on their face like they don't want to be there will put on a fake smile when you ask for help. There are a handful that are always smiling and always ask if they can help you as you walk around and they see you. Pretty well stocked for general items. Seasonal item areas on this visit were empty shelves on aisles as they switch to holiday items from summer outdoor items. Prices are comparable to other craft stores, not always the cheapest. Since all items are price lsticker label tagged, the prices can vary on the same item. So check through the packages or items, there might be a lower price tag. Cashiers need to either memorize what's on sale or check their sales list, so I've noticed i don't always get the sale price. Always check your receipts. Location is convinient for when I'm running errands at the mall, but it's not always my go to craft store. Store is always clean as well as having clean restrooms. You need a pass code to use the bathrooms.

It was a Sunday and not at all busy. There were probably more employees than customers. We went thru their small men's section and their tiny men's shoe department. And not one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. The selection was very limited and there was no one around to ask if anything was in stock. My son needed to grab a button up dress shirt, a belt, and a pair dress shoes. He didn't have time to look elsewhere, so ended up adding to their production that day. And ill have to pay the right price. I said but the tag is for $23.70. She called the manager over. And she stated sorry you'll have to pay the $40+ dollars. They were so rude about it. One bag was heavier than the other. When I lifted the heavier bag it tore. Walmart cahiers need to be taight how to pack a Walmart bag to not make them too heavy. They are still stuffing as much as the can into it just like when they had plastic bags Walmart needs paper bags with handles at least..
