Drove all the way over here only for them to be closed at 10am. Waited 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up! What a waste of time.

I have to start this review by saying that the customer service here is absolutely stellar! Mike,…read moreJake and Nick are very knowledgeable! Mike sold me a couple pairs of Nike's that ended up being a little on the narrow side. I ended up coming back and exchanging them for a pair of Nike Presto's and Adidas Ultraboost's. The price difference for the Presto's and the Ultraboost's was pretty significant compared to the Nike 270's, but it is true that you get what you pay for when it comes to shoes. Both of these shoes make me feel like I'm walking on clouds. I was just diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in my left foot and I believe that these shoes will cure the problem in very short order! I wore both pairs out to see how they feel on pavement and I can't even feel the pavement under my feet with these on. The arch support in both of these shoes is unbeatable. If you have a job where you are on your feet for multiple hours a day or you live in active lifestyle, grab a pair of these shoes. Your feet will thank you!

They were really racist and didn't know anything about customer service. I would definitely not recommend them if you care for good treatment and customer service you can definitely get shoes with the same price or even lower from other stores with much greater customer service.

Review is solely based on one of their employee's Bella. My son and I went in to use his bday gift…read morecard. He asked an employee as soon as we got there if they had a specific item. They said they did have them but only in women's and where they were located. Well good thing we looked because yes they did have a few men's and so happy we checked ourselves (I mean she could have helped us look but whatever not that big of a deal) We go to purchase our items and Bella was amazing and took extra time with my son to figure out exactly what he had enough money for and what his options were. (mom lesson of not giving him any extra and you may have to leave without everything you wanted) long story short my son was stoked and was able to get everything and all it took was a little extra time and effort from Bella! Thank you for making his day and we will definitely be coming back because of it.

Review #972 Posted on 12.22.25…read more We came into Boot Barn on Wednesday the 17th to do some Christmas shopping before the holiday. This place is located in the same strip mall as Home Depot, right next to Ulta, Petco, etc. They've got what seems like an even more expanded selection now. Just countless amounts of boots. Probably a few thousand it almost feels like, minimum hundreds. The clothes racks are packed with tons of products, but that clothing section is pretty cramped, they've jammed a lot of clothes in a small area. If there's a ton of customers in the store at one time you probably can't even walk inside there. This place seemed a tad short on staff the night I was there. Very nice girl getting trained doing a really good job with her customer service while we were there. The line took a bit too long for how many people were in there though, should've been in & out. It seemed logical to have the manager dealing with the customers at the register during those moments to get the customers there out quicker. Would go back for boots for sure. It's the only place around here that sells them that I know of.

This Ross Dress for Less definitely has some hidden gems! It may not always be the most organized…read morestore, and the staff can be a little hit or miss, but the finds here always satisfy my shopping itch. There is a security guard at the front but they're always so friendly and don't make you feel uncomfortable. If you enjoy the thrill of bargain hunting, this location is worth checking out!

Horrible service! The staff do not care about their customers. There was 10 people in line and 4…read morecashiers, suddenly one of the cashiers decides to wander off to the corner of the store and starts making this loud noise banging those plastic jewelry boxes, I don't know if she was trying to organize or what but it was extremely loud and very annoying. The other cashier suddenly leaves to do some random stuff and not tend to the customers. There is now only 2 cashiers for 10 customers mind you. It's obvious they do not have their priorities straight. Ringing up customers should be their first priority. When it came to our turn to pay I put my shopping cart away from the walking path and put it near the window along with all those messy hangers, again I moved it away so it's not blocking a walk way. The hangers the employees stacked there was more of a safety hazard if anything. My hands were full and I had a heavy bag plus a shopping bag and I have a bad arm so it's hard for me to push the cart with only one arm while holding the other things on one hand. Mind you I'm undergoing physically therapy for my arm and it's painful. The other cashier that was ringing up another customer behind me had the nerve to boss me around and tell me to put the cart back in the return area and 100 percent of the time I do except in this case due to my bad arm. First of all I don't work here and it's not my job. Secondly the other 2 cashiers that were hanging around my vicinity were just dilly dallying so they can put the cart away and need to stop being so lazy! The lady that was bossing me around act like she has to go get the cart outside, the cart doesn't even go outside! and has that annoying long pole attach to it so you can't take it outside so stop being so lazy and do your job! After making customers wait in line so long why don't you put the cart away? You should be grateful my husband was nice enough to put the cart away for your lazy A%#! So you're welcome glad we could be of assistance! If you catch my drift! I forgot why I haven't been back to Ross in over a year, now I remember why, it's because the customer service is awful! I could understand if the store was busy but it was not, it was a weekday not even during holiday season. I use to like Ross and moved here from the Bay Area, this one in Tracy is unorganized and looks very depressing! The one in the Bay Area was much nicer to their customers and more organized and the store was much cleaner.
