I gave this review a 3 star and I will explain why. When my son and I went to rent a tux for his prom, the woman who served us was nice and cordial. She took all of his measurements except for the shoes. She asked what shoe size he wore and then wrote it down. When my husband and son came to pick up the tux, the pants didn't buckle correctly on the side and needed to be exchanged. The shirt and jacket were fine. The shoes were too big and the associate told my husband that he would be charged $20.00 to have it corrected. First, the first associate never measured his shoe size ( My son gave his shoe size but every shoe is slightly different ) I don't think we should have been charged because of this. It was HER responsibility to get the correct size by measuring herself. My husband didn't argue with her ( I would have had I been there ) On the return day, I saw that the store opened at 11 am so I was there at 11:09 am. The associate did not show up until 11:25 am. She was having a personal phone call and barely looked at me or gave me any greeting. I told her I was returning the tux. She inspected it and then said thank you. I asked for a return receipt and she said, "You don't need one" I politely asked if I could have one and she looked displeased as she gave me the original invoice ( which I already had ). I asked her again to please write that the tux was returned in its entirety. She just wrote RETURNED and gave me the invoice. No goodbye, thank you, or anything else. Very unprofessional! All in all, you would think after paying 200.00 + to rent a prom tux, the shoe mistake would have been not charged since I believe it was THEIR mistake in the first place for not measuring and leaving it up to us to provide. read more

I was referred to Suit Outlet 4 Men from a friend who couldn't rave enough about what good work the ladies do with not only men's suites but women's clothing as well! I have to admit I was skeptical since I knew the job I was about to give them would be challenging to get right let alone perfect! To my extreme delight, they were able to completely transform 2 dresses for my daughter and I to be absolutely stunning! Got a late invite to a formal event earlier this month. Tried on all of my old suits and they all shrunk. Just kidding I got fatter. We found this store in the Mall and I am so happy we went in. The lady at the Store was extremely pleasant and helped my wife and I find a suit we liked. We were able to get it at a fraction of the cost of other Stores. We needed to get it tailored and have it back the next day. She said no problem and the next day it was ready and fit great. The next time I need another suit this is the only place I would go. We stumbled across this place while looking for a dress for myself. We walked out of the store with a tux for $200, and the alterations we needed were only $8. Prices are really good (we got dress pants, matching jacket, shirt tie and pocket square all for under $200) plus they tailored it to his needs the same day! Went to this place today to rent a tuxedo. I have never felt so disrespected at a clothing store. I walked in and there was a lady sitting there on her iPad. I asked if she had tuxedos and she said yes. She then decides to stand up and show me a book with the suits and prices. She doesn't explain anything to me and then sits right back down and focuses on her iPad. So there I am trying to figure it all out. I asked if she had a suit in the store that I could see and she just says "no grey". You would think that she would spend sometime showing me the suits and trying to help me find something. The sad thing is that she just lost a lot of business. We needed 7 suits. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time go somewhere else and get some type of customer Service. One last thing, I'm sure that her attitude had nothing to do with my nationality. :) read more

I can't thank this place enough... My teenage son decided two days before a semi formal dance that he would like to attend and had no appropriate clothing. His dad took him here right before closing on a Thursday night and they were able to not only fit him for a great suit, but they were able to have the alterations done by the very next day. The best part of it all was the price was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be happier and we will be back for sure. read more

Horrible experience! The lady working was more interested in watching tv on her iPad than she was to help. She was extremely rude! She basically showed us the catalog and went and sat back down. There was another customer who came in to pick up her order and it was not completed and the only thing the lady could tell her was that the seamstress doesn't work weekends. The other customer took her stuff back and left unhappy. On that note we left too. read more

My husband lost a lot of weight and I wanted to get him a new suit to wear church and special events and they are at our Mall. A gentleman helped him in getting a dark suit. When he picked it up he tried it on and I took a picture to share with family and friends. When he went to pick it up he had mentioned that he wanted to get a gray suit and they told him that if he comes back it would half off which he couldn't resist. We went back and the lady Nadia helped pick a gray suit and we will pick it up soon. A friend mentioned for us to try another suit place but we wanted to try this store since it was in the Mall and close to us. We are Glad we came here. This is a great store run by great people. I had to go to get a suit for a wedding and I was really pleased by how helpful and personable the owner was. He was kind and did his best to make sure I got something that I not only liked, but looked good in. The selection was also very good in a variety of sizes and I don't think that anyone would have trouble finding a suit they liked here. Pricing was excellent and very competitive too, especially considering that this is a family run business. All in all I was completely satisfied with my experience with this store and I know for certain I'll come again if I need another suit. read more

I love this place. I walked in with my son to get him a suit and the Lady there I think her name is Nadia was super nice. She helped us get him into a really nice tux and matched the shirt and tie. I asked her if they do alterations for women she said yes. I need my pants hemmed for the weekend she said to just bring them and she can measure and do it same day. I went there Friday to get it done she measured and said since she was not very busy that moment she was able to do it by the time I went to Target and came back it was done to perfection. Nadia is great! I went in today to order a tuxedo for my son to go to prom and she is so sweet. Her customer service is excellent. It was a little crowded with other young men getting fitted for their tuxedos and everyone was helped in a timely fashion. I had this same experience last year when I needed a tuxedo for my other son last year. The alterations there are great also. I had a dress altered into a jumpsuit and it came out perfect. I have 2 more years to go on proms so I don't see myself changing to anyone else. read more

Though they acknowledged multiple times that they made the incorrect, irreversible alterations to the three items of clothing which I had brought to them, they refused to take financial responsibility. The best I was offered was about 40% of the value in cash and another 40% in a gift card for the store, in spite of showing them the receipts they requested. Now I have three useless items. I'll never see these people again, but for small claims court. I've never had an experience so completely negative with any business or service. Beware. read more
