5 stars for the employees! They are so patient kind and welcoming! Everyone else gets a zero! People stampede through these doors like they are on a shopping cart game show. I've gone on all the days and every single time I'm in there, someone breaks a piece of glass or stacks their wagon or cart so high that it ends up being a safety hazard. I'm not sure why "$6 an item" brings out the worst in people but you'll witness people argue and make snide remarks. It's a high stress environment. The 25 cent day was actually the worst! I've never seen so many people bent halfway into bins, tossing things and grabbing things. There's an app where you can reserve a number to get inside in a more civilized manner but that doesn't stop people from acting like lunatics. In fact, you'll see everyone hover around the door at 10am. Still, I've found great stuff so I keep coming back for the deals. Okay guys. Here is the most HONEST review of your lifetime. 6 bucks for a pack of bounty paper towels might seem appealing but it is not worth risking your life for. In addition, once you get the paper towels, you feel the need to sift through all the "junk" and buy these after looking up their prices on amazon. "Wow, this is so cheap here compared to amazon." But here is the thing, you probably don't need it. People stand by around a palate of paper towels until one of the workers say "go" and they jump in, push people over, knock people down... and the paper towels disappear. People who shop here seem angry and on edge because they are trying to get all the good stuff before someone else gets it. But is there really good stuff? Please DO NOT attempt to go here if you are immunocompromised, have physical dependencies (wheelchair, cast, etc.) or if you're a frail woman with back issues like my mom. She almost got knocked over by the stampede of crazed people chasing after paper towels. I will never be returning. I will pay $20 for paper towels at Costco in exchange to keep my life. This place is a lot of fun. You get to troll through these large bins of merchandise. The best day to come is Tuesday, even though that's the highest price day at $6. I mean. Come on. Its $6. You are easily able to find items that go for $30 on Amazon. But Tuesday is a great day to come because the new stuff seems to come out that day. PRO-TIP: They have a downloadable mobile phone app that allows you to save your location in the first 100 people to get access to the store when it opens. Some friends and I drove about an hour and a 1/2 to go to the Tracy bowling prices yesterday. This one was pretty good and we had some good finds but some of the items that were in cases when we got to the counter they said they would have to ring them up separately. So when we thought we were getting the 3 items in the case they were actually charging $18 instead of $6 once they opened the box. Our local stores here in the Sacramento area do not do that. Right after the opening time, there is complete madness. It's like Black Friday but everyday. Of course, it's your fellow humans, and their insatiable greed and gluttony, that's the problem. I really enjoy coming here for a treasure hunt! It's super fun .. and I've gotten some great goodies! My only complaint is that the employees told my 11 yr old daughter that she wasn't allowed to shop.. which really limits me on when I can go without her. I could understand if she was tearing through packaging like a wild kid.. but she wasn't.. she was trying to find some good deals while spending her allowance money. Pretty cool store! They have bins with all sorts of merchandise and depending on the day you go to the store the price you pay for the items are different. On Tuesday the prices are $6, Wednesday $4, Thursday $2, Friday $1 and Saturday everything is $0.25 cents. They are closed on Sunday and Monday to restock and it starts all over again on Tuesday. They have a little bit of everything. On the day I went they had a lot of stuff for the home and many from Bed, Bath & Beyond. read more

This place is a hot mess. There were several people in the store rummaging through bins. I came ona. Tuesday, which is the first day of the week, so all items were $6. It was practically impossible to find anything intact. Most items are in cardboard boxes so it's difficult to tell what's inside. You can score some great things but I guess it's all up to luck. I purchased a couple things, one was broke ‍, another was not in the best shape and 2 worked out. I wouldn't say it was a great deal but it wasn't th worst. This would really be a good place to shop if the employee's were not taking the good items before the paying customers arrive on Tuesday's. Not to include the employees hooking up friends on the good items too, by holding on to them in back of their work area and passing the items to their friends. And not everything is placed out either. Like a game, to empty boxes throughout the day when it's up to how the employee is feeling. You will know exactly what I'm talking about if you try this place out. Oh and if you find an (Alexa Device) or any other expensive item, they will take it away from you and say they sell those items separately. I must say, it's a good side hustle for these employees. As long as the owner's aren't aware of it. This is why I am writing this post. On the website it says whatever you find, you can purchase, and doesn't say you have to give anything back. Another disappointment is people steel items off your cart while you have your back turned. The point of going is to get lucky and find amazing items. Which will not happen if the employee's weren't steeling them and or giving them to friends. Also I saw them letting their friends in without having a Platinum Member number. I won't go back for the above reasons and would not recommend anyone to waste their time thinking they could buy something and then to have it taken away. Been coming here for years now. I enjoy coming. You can find some good stuff. The hours say they open at 10 but the employees don't come out until 10 after or like today 15 after. If i could give negative stars i would i was in the store today workers seem faulty seen this guy giving the lady in the jacket and the lady in the black items that he pulled from the side of the store that was "blocked off" also seen him "dumping" boxes for them with nice items in them, when they went to the counter the girl told them they couldn't have them because it cost more then they're allowed to sale, the other guy at the register who took items from multiple customers all morning for the same reason went to the back and another worker allowed them to keep them. Where to start.. first of all, miesha (I think her name is) is super amazing and sweet.. she really takes the time to talk to customers and make them feel welcome. Unfortunately this place is manged poorly and the staff is very unprofessional. They have their favorites and hold items for friends and family. They negotiate items and clearly treat customers differently. I have never witnessed anything like this before, and it is disappointing that the owners allow this behavior. Even though you can find great deals, the way the staff handles the customers is based on who they like and they favor certain regulars that kiss their a$$$. They will bring out bins to specific people and tell the others: " I want to give this bin to this group because they were waiting patiently". Lady, we are not kids for you to punish us! I am a disabled person and I want to tell people that my shopping experience at Falling Prices was EXCELLENT. The manager Mieisha was so very helpful to my friend and myself. She has her hands full at this location as well as the other employees but she took time to help me with my purchases even though she was managing the floor at the same time, getting our new merchandise, helping other customers and giving breaks to her employees.
