The staff are really nice here and always happy to help if you can't find something specific. In addition to the coupons they give me on every visit they an absolute bargain and I can't turn one of those down. Probably the best reason to come to the mall!

I recently had a friend of mine do this exact thing at a different location. I grabbed the exact item i wanted and headed to the front, the SA was assisting another customer. It was my turn and i asked her if they embossed. She stated they did but she cant do any embossing as she is the "ONLY SA right now" and if she were to turn on the "embossing machine it gets really hot" and she "cant leave the machine so there will be no one on the floor for 20 mins". She said she had another SA coming in later who can do embossing. i asked her what time and she said 11:30. That was only in about 20 mins or so, so i asked if i could purchase the wallet now and come back. She said Yes i could. She said i was only limited to 3 characters but i expressed that my friend had gotten more. She stated that they shouldn't have and that if she were to even do the 3 characters she would for sure mess them up. I say all this to say, the whole interaction was unpleasant. Not only did she seem super annoyed when I asked for a service that FOSSIL provides, it seemed as though she was trying to deter me from even getting the service done. Which she did, as they lost my sale. It was a gift (i was going to give someone very special) and i explained that to her. It threw off my whole experience and i was extremely disappointed. I can understand the reasoning but as customer service as your profession, you should help to make a proactive way to problem solve. The SA seemed as though she wanted to avoid providing me the service and it was extremely disappointing as i have never had that type of service at any fossil I've ever shopped at.

I noticed the milk that my son loves to drink is $.99. I get to the register and it rings up for $1.48. Another manager comes and says she will only acknowledge one of my five regardless of the tag. She expresses if I have further to express to reach out to the owner, I expressed please call the store owner. Next paragraph at that point they take their phones out and reach out to the owner of this particular store located on 11th St. in Tracy 95637. The owner also agrees only one can be purchased at the marked price on the label. while the others have to be charged the $1.48 I have always been taught that whatever the price that is marked is what I have to be charged. They lied and did not charge me market price but tried to charge me a completely different price that was listed only in their system. I'm not one to complain and usually I wouldn't make a fuss but considering the tag reads one price and when you get to the register, it's a completely different story, I do plan to reach out to corporate and I will follow up with updates after
