What an awesome little Gem!!! Hubby and we're in the area walking and we're drawn in for the lovely displays. It smells amazing! You can find everything from kitchen items, jewelry, baby clothes and some women's clothing too. All with a boutique styling and feel. The owner was so sweet and attentive from the moment we came in. A darling store located downtown that has a huge selection of beautiful items such as home decor, kitchen, jewelry, children, & more. Candles, great smelling lotions and soaps, & so many charming things, you want to just redecorate your home after visiting this boutique! On the higher-end and pricier side, but be on the lookout for sales & clearance. I went there recently on Christmas eve to buy some gifts & boy, was it busy! A line of people to get to the cashier, but the wait was not bad. After purchase, carry away your items in a nice boutique bag with purchase. If you want a sale/clearance item gift wrapped though, you are out of luck. Wrapping for regular price items only, though the sale items do come as I mentioned, in a nice kraft brown boutique bag with handle & white tissue. Or at least mine did. I shopped here two times in one day on Christmas eve. I returned because I just *had* to buy the picture frame that said, "Be the person your dog thinks you are." How adorable is that, I could not resist. $24 I'll continue to come to this store to check out their unique items, as long as the service remains friendly and personable, no matter the amount I am spending. I love this store! Every time I'm downtown this is a must stop for me. Gifts for many occasions, their seasonal items are very unique and their staff is top notch. After your purchase they place your items in a super cute custom bag and if for a special occasion they gift wrap! I was looking for a small gift for a coworker but didn't know exactly what I wanted to get, I was happy to see such unique and awesome items at this shop. The staff was welcoming but not pushy and I can appreciate that especially when I'm so focused on getting someone else a gift and bit shopping for my self lol. I wish Tracy had more cute boutiques like Mia Bella. I started coming here during the beginning of Alex and Ani bracelets. The official Alex and Ani store is all the way in Oakland/Burlingame area so there was no way in heck I'd be driving there every time I had the need to buy a bracelet. Anywho, I've always seen this place downtown. It never felt the need to go in. BUT then I heard that they sold Alex & Ani so I had to stop buy. The girls here are so friendly! There is one girl in particular, she is brunette, slender, & so sweet! She helped me with my first purchase and I believe I ended up purchasing 2 bracelets that day! Besides Alex and Ani, they have awesome merchandise that I would love to decorate my own home one day. They also sell Brighton but that's too pricey for me (LOL), the pieces are so pretty though! They also sell other jewelry brands but I don't remember their names (sorry!) They have this scented oil they diffuse in their store and also spray the tissue paper your product is wrapped in once you've made your purchase. And they tie a ribbon and cute flower on the handle! That's one of the things I love about this place! Presentation!! Hands down! They also have a cute baby/toddler sections with clothing and art decor for your baby's nursery! They have a really nice selection of baby clothes in the back corner. The things are delicate and cute, perfect for a shower gift.Mia Bella is a great local option for shopping, especially if you are looking for a gift. Unless you are looking for Alex & Ani (jewelry), I'm not sure you should go with specific expectations. If you have an open mind, you might just be delighted. They have a nice mix of things from home decor, to jewelry, to clothing. I have found several nice things for the sons and daughters of my friends. They also keep it seasonal. Right now, be on the lookout for Christmas decor. They have some cute ornaments and other good gift items. I also want to give a special shoutout for a small, but exceptionally fun section for the gentlemen. I found several things for my brother in law. The selection seems to favor gentlemen of a certain age, but in this case, everything was appropriate. The staff has been pleasant. I haven't really needed any assistance other than being wrung up, so I'm not really sure how good they are at recommendations. There are a lot of "touchable" items, so I'm not sure this is a good place to take the kids. I imagine small people would make the staff nervous. Even so, it's worth a visit if you don't like braving the traffic to make it to the outlets or one of the bigger malls. read more

I was really excited to be back to this store after now going in for a couple years. Walked in and the employee behind the register looked at me and didn't say anything to me. Granted, she was finishing up with a customer. I continued to the Alex & ani collection and was still never approached, it seemed the employee at the counter was more interested in gossiping with the customer or friend then approaching a new customer. I walked out after 10 minutes after I was never approached, it was a real turn off to be continuously looked at but never approached or spoken to. I unfortunately will not be back read more

I loved this store, while I was shopping my husband took a seat on their bench outside waiting for me. He didn't even realize he dropped his wallet on the bench, went all the way home without it. The owner saved him as she found it on the bench. He returned back to the store to see if anyone turned it in and there was the owner with it. My wife loves this place. And I have to say that I'm not a shopper but Anna, the owner is awesome. She is always friendly and inviting. Again, not a shopper,.but the merchandise is very nice and with the recent addition of Brighton jewelry it's even better. On a recent day i popped in and Anna helped me pick out a few pieces of Brighton jewelry for Valintines Day. In fact she offered to order matching earrings for a pendent that i liked. It's like having a personal shopping assistant. I love to patronize small locally owned businesses and this is one of the BEST in town. As for any negative reviews I take those with a grain of salt and judge for myself. BTW Anna was awesome during Christmas helping me pick several gifts for my wife, even wrapping the for me! This store has to be the cutest and most elegant store in Tracy. Wow, what a great boutique to have in downtown Tracy. Mia Bella carries wonderful items for gifts and gorgeous home decor. Mia Bella's is my go to place for gifts- but I always wind up with at least one item for me too. They have so many things that are "have to haves", it is scary. It is like the owner has me in mind when she buys for her store! My friends are always delighted when they see the Mia Bella bag (even the lovely way they package your purchase-it is so pretty no need to rewrap when giving the gift), they know they are getting something beautiful and lasting. The staff is wonderful. They are super helpful and super knowledgeable about their merchandise. I love their beautiful jewelry and great home decor. They always have cute seasonal items perfect for making your home a showcase. This boutique also makes walking around downtown fun! If you are downtown, you have to stop in. The best and cutest boutique with a little bit of everything for everyone in the family. It has nice, wide enough walking areas (plus for strollers), always really tidy, super "homey" like feeling and always smells so good! I stopped in this afternoon after shopping at the farmers market. Anna and Jennifer are phenomenal and totally make sure their customers are WELL taken care of. They both went above and beyond today. My daughter (who was done shopping after being out in the sun) was getting antsy. Jennifer picked out a book and sat right down with her and read it to her. They had an awesome sale going on with the children's clothing so I had to pick up a little something for both of my little. Can't wait to stop in again! Very anti-kid , which is ironic since they have a children's section. Since the moment you walk in with kids you have someone breathing down your neck constantly telling your children repeatedly not touch anything , when they have not touched anything at all. The feeling when you go in without children is much more laid back and friendly. The smell ( fragrance) is another big issue for me. Every time I have walked in I walk out with a huge head ache due to the extreme , strong fragrance. A plus side is their great Alex and Ani collection. read more

I love the store decor and the scent.. it's a lovely store but overpriced and no refund policy is absurd... i bought $ 300 dollar item which ended up being so big for my house and guess what I have 300 dollar store credit, (never again!!) And I can go on all day with their inconsistent store hours. Don't trust google map store hours or their door. Most of the staff is rude and looks like they hate their job. It's a fake shiny store!
