It's not every day someone gets to splurge on a nice watch, so I expected a better experience. When we walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and we stood by the display for over 10 minutes without any assistance. After checking other stores, I decided to return to Fossil and pick the two watches I wanted. Shondell helped me at checkout, but the interaction was far from pleasant. She didn't show any courtesy, no smile, no greeting, nothing. She slammed the phone down on the table when asking for my email receipt. Retail can be tough (I get it, and annoying but either leave it at the door and fake it till you make it or quit.) it's not hard to fake a positive attitude or at least be professional. I had a great experience at Fossil while looking for watches for gents. Sammy was especially helpful and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. He helped me find two watches at a great deal, explaining the styles and options without ever rushing or pressuring me. What really stood out was the customer service throughout the entire day--each time I came back to the store, every employee was attentive, welcoming, and ready to help me narrow down my choice. I used to love this Fossil store. I have several watches and purses (only name brand id spend money one). The staff used to be friendly, courteous, and more than happy to help. This store used to be my go to when going to the Outlets and sometimes the only one. Not anymore. The staff are not attentive and the past 4 times I've been in not 1 person greeted me or anyone else who was there and acted bothered when had to ring someone up or help. They were all too busy standing behind the counter gossiping or on their phones. One guy was actually sitting on the back counter on his phone. The last time was on Mother's Day. I was in with my husband as he was looking for a new wallet and laptop bag. There were a lot of people in the store with 3 people standing behind the register ignoring everyone (same guy sitting in the counter on his phone) and only 1 woman helping people with watches. She asked for help as 2 other customers needed assistance. They just ignored her. The 2 left when we did. The store is also pretty empty of merchandise as well. This store used to have a lot of variety and now doesn't. I'll still pop in, but unless something changes I won't make it a priority. read more

I go to Fossil store many time because I love it so much! The purses is very color and happy - red one, green one, even yellow like sunshine! I buy blue one last week and now my friend want same one. I say no, is mine! Josh, he best. Me and my friends always ask for him when we come. He smile big and help always good. For my nephew, he do special carve on watch. Came in for a bag, left with a smile. The people here were jovial and you could tell they loved what they do. I found some cool purses and was trying to decide and Lewis let me know they were 20 percent off and that's all i need to hear to get the one I liked and he even showed me a wallet that matched. Great service by helpful staff. Absolutely insane deals here. Came in to look for an upgrade to a nicer shoulder document/laptop bag. Walked out with a nice one at a knockout price. Could have easily bought 3-4 more bags that I didn't need just because they looked nice and the price was right. Definitely ask to price check anything you're interested in, I found several items for less than what I thought they were or what the closest sign said the price was. The young guy helping in the center of the store is super nice however the slighter older guy that rings you up was SO RUDE! He was talking super low and we couldn't hear what he was saying and he nearly slapped us on the face! My girlfriend and I have been to this location on several occasions and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a fairly wide variety of product from wallets to bags to watches (our personal favorite that you can engrave) and more. The staff always helps us with the discounts they run frequently and explains any non-advertised promotions they are running. I don't know if you would call this an outlet store but they do have some really good sales. They also have clothing at this location which many stores do not have. I purchased a wallet and a clutch for $25 total! I also bought some a girly beanie, pants and a wool coat here as well. They were all rock bottom prices. Their clothing is really well made and if you get them on sale, you can get a really good price. Same goes for their purses, watches, wallets, etc. Staff are friendly here. I've never had any issues - the only thing bad is that I usually buy something when I visit. The men's section is pretty decent as well. Also, bring your own bag because they charge for bags here. read more

This is by far my favorite Fossil location. Sales prices are always decent, and sales associates are accommodating. I bought a watch back in 2015 and it recently stopped ticking. I took it to the store, and they offered to check it out and said it was probably a dead battery. They told me it would be about $10 to fix and said that if it didn't work after that they wouldn't charge me. After 10 minutes, they brought it back out with a new battery and kindly dismissed the charge. When I purchased a new watch, they also gave me a free box. read more

I have come here about two times. the first time i came and got a one of a kind orange silicon work out watch. everyone at my gym asks were i got it and can't believe i only paid $40 for it. the 2nd time i came here i got a wallet and some shades but at killer discount. I think next time i am going to get an ipad cover from them. They have watches, accessories, wallets, purses, cloths and a lot of other stuff for both men and women at great discount prices. plus they will help with any fossil products. my wife brought one of her fossil watches and the changed the batteries for her. they did charge her but other places told her they couldn't do it because the watch was too small. Oh my goodness, the two female managers (one was Erica and I unfortunately didn't get the name of the second girl) helped me sync my watch and my phone. I bought my watch yesterday and spent HOURS trying to figure out how to sync these two things together. These 2 managers seriously saved me from sanity. They were both extremely patient and extremely determined to help me figure this out. Only reason two stars is because the night before, I actually had a pleasant experience. Came in to buy a watch one night. Bought one and had it resized. Came home to find out it was not ticking. So I called that same night and asked about my options. I was told, new battery or watch replacement. I should have gone back the same night, this review would probably be 4 stars - it could have been 5 stars if only the original sales associate QC'd the watch and made sure in working order. Would've saved me time. Anyhow, I opted for a watch replacement. How can a battery be dead so fast on a new watch? So the next morning I came back to get some assistance and this is where the experience took a 180 degree turn. Sales associate offered to replace the battery but I told her I would rather get a new watch - I don't want to waste my time again and have to come back if it wasn't the battery for the reason I mentioned above. Sales lady said they can't take back watches that have been resized but no where in their return policy it states that, plus the sales associates the night before didn't mention anything along those lines. I even reviewed the return policy on the back of the receipt, nothing on there states a return limitation on watches or watches that have been resized. Plus the defective watch I returned with the original links. At the end of the day, I know the sales associate is the key to having a pleasant experience and in this case, the sales associates that worked Thursday mornings are rude and and unprofessional. read more

Entered they store, a salesrep did say hello, went to look at Michael Kors watches, one in particular, had to ask for help. The salesgirl acted like she was busy, rolled her eyes, said oh I can help you. Got the watch we wanted, we barely had the watch undone to try on and the salesgirl was asking if that is all we wanted. I then looked at her and said to get us someone else if she has a customer she is working with. She stammered oh no...we wanted the watch, wanted to buy it, she went looking for one new in locked cabinet. We watched, they didn't have it. Another clerk came around by us saw they didn't have a new one only display....This other clerk said she would take care of us, rushing us, I was interested in another watch, but when this other clerk said this is all we have, we don't have another one, meaning a new one, not a display. She asked if it was ok, she said, "is that ok". I said no its not. We walked out, as I did I stated to my daughter I wanted that other Tortoise watch too, the link design. So they lost two sales.
