On 10/5 I came into Zales, Stoneridge Mall, and was greeted by Nahid. I was looking for a special gift for a special person. The kind you have to see and the item just grabs you. Nahid was very helpful and patient while juggling other customers. I had decided on an item then suddenly remembered I forgot to check another store in the mall. Nahid was very supportive of me finding the perfect gift... after I took up her time. That's customer service. Of course, I came back because the Zales item was the perfect gift along with the Zales reputation. Nahid finished our transaction selecting a wonderful adjustable chain, beautiful presentation and other useful information. I hope her boss sees this, I couldn't figure out how to do the Zales direct review. read more

Zales has been around for 50 Plus years . It has good design for Jewery and many styles and materials . Price is less expensive than the high end jewelry stores but is better quality than most of the smaller stores and it has trustworthy reputation and warranty on your purchase . read more

I had the absolutely best experience at this particular jewelry store! The sale associate, Monica, is genuinely so nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in not really knowing what I'm looking for, and she took the time to show me their selection. There was no pressure and urgency with Monica. She allowed me to take my time, try on different rings, see how multiple ones stack together, and take as many photos as I'd like. Not only that, she looks out for our wallet by letting us know about upcoming deals, and why we should buy the warranty for the ring we selected. I really appreciated Monica's expertise! Will definitely come here again if I ever want a new ring for the stack. It was a great experience all around and I left with a beautiful ring to stack on my engagement ring. read more

Their warranty is a joke. We bought our wedding ring here over 10 years ago. Brought the ring in for cleaning when needed during that time. The diamond fell out recently, my wife caught the prong on a sheet, but was lucky enough to find the diamond. Took both in for repair which they send out. After a few weeks they tell us they can't fix the ring, our warranty was void because we didn't take it in every 6 months for inspection, and that the diamond was chipped. No mention of the loose prong which was weird. They wouldn't set the diamond back or anything under warranty. They told us it would be $1700+ for a new diamond or that they had a great deal for us trading ours in for a new ring instead. It was clear they were fishing for a sale not a simple repair. We declined and had them send it back to us. The phone call felt very shady to be honest. We took it to a local jeweler who inspected it and reported a broken/loose prong and did not mention any chipped diamond. Got it fixed for $190. Ring never looked better. No thanks to Zales. read more

Terrible place, I guess you get what your pay for. Bought a necklace for my daughter, two weeks to the day the chain breaks. I bring it back and they say "did you buy the warranty" - 1) it was never suggested to do so when I purchased it and 2) it's only been two weeks?!?! You don't stand by your products less than a month?! They said they could send it away to get fixed but I would have to pay for THAT too. Stay away. Zero stars read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU SEE YOUNGINS. My fiancé went to this store in hopes to exchange his ring for a smaller size and asks to see if they have the ring in stock at the store. He is helped by a young guy with curly hair and eye glasses who takes his ring without saying anything, doesn't come back for a couple of minutes and then hands my fiancé a paper claiming the return has been processed. We're taken back and confused because we did NOT ask to return the ring and just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. When we asked if they had one at the store that we could purchase, another young employee claims that they couldn't find the ring in their database... like what?? huh?! My fiancé went to search for the ring online and found it, basically doing the work for them. SERIOUSLY THE MOST CONFUSING TRANSACTION WE'VE EVER HAD. First of all, who processes a refund without the consent of the customer first and without confirming what the return entails?! (This one really gets me the most.) Once a return is processed, there's literally nothing we could do. Second, why didn't they inform us they didn't have the ring size in the beginning? Lastly, WHERE IS THE COMMON SENSE? Just truly disappointing customer service and lack of training. My fiancé and I will not be coming back to this location and might even reconsider going back to Zales at all. read more

The lady that came to assist me into the store was very helpful. She asked what I was looking for and right away she took me there. I couldn't recall the exact item my daughter wanted. She didn't hesitate to get the iPad and help me out. I told her my price range. She didn't look at me with oh my cheap o. She continued to make me feel so comfortable. She even answered all my questions. When she went to ring up the item she said Great News! It is 30% off. I was very pleased with my service. I was very pleased they had what my daughter wanted. Went in for the usual 6 month inspection and was greeted w/how the store policies had changed in how one can come in for this service. We acknowledged that we weren't aware of this but asked if we could get the inspection still(there was absolutely no other customers about). Finally, after the inspection, we had to hear once more of how if an appointment isn't made that you will be made to wait for hours. It's disappointing to have had such service after we have been customers for 20 years. Prior to Covid we had purchased several pieces for a wedding but now we will definitely take our money elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, we just asked about pricing to get my band resized and the lady who worked there took my ring (she did not need too) and said she was examining it. When she brought it back my diamond was loose. It was just fine before then, I am so upset. My diamond is a high grade and I'm positive they were trying to remove it and replace it with a lower grade diamond. I'm disgusted and will be escalating. I have had nothing but great service at Zales. Buying my engagement and wedding band from here both times were super easy. I went for my ring cleaning today and was joyfully greeted by Julian or Julia ( sorry I'm bad with names ) but she was a doll! She saw I was having an awful time finding my paperwork and she gladly made me an easy to read copy of my sales contract and receipt and stapled them together for all future cleanings. I went out of my way to come to this location to check out a wedding band at 11:40AM. They were supposed to be open at 11AM. The woman working said someone called out and she was still putting jewelry away so she wasn't opening the store yet but was sizing a woman's finger instead of putting jewelry away. She seemed annoyed I even asked if the store was open. I asked when they would be open and she couldn't even give me a time. The last several times I've come the customer service hasn't been great and this experience has solidified that I don't want to waste my time here. read more

They were late on opening up the store. Once they opened up. We were treated like criminals. When we walked into the store. They kept demanding my husband to take his off hat. What they didn't know was. He is recovering from eye surgery. That protects his eye. I was trying very hard to keep it together not be emotional. If they had any problems with people wearing a hat. They should've had signs up or ask my husband at the end of the transaction nicely. You gotta give people a chance. We all deserve one. Again just like Kay Jewelers. There was no advertised merchandise anywhere located in the store. Again I read the Black Friday policy on their website to make sure. It was being honored. There was none. No merchandise in a box with a sales tag ready to go. It was apparent they didn't want our business. Due to the way we looked. We were being respectful. I walked out of the store. The person who helped me took my ring and put it in the cleaning machine and started helping other people. I recently had a marvelous experience with Zales at Stoneridge mall. We were out shopping for holiday grifts for family and friends and low and behold...Zales! My friend called ahead to see if an item was available from an online viewing, and the store associate confirmed that the item was available, "But hurry--there are only 3 left!" Well, I guess we need to hurry. We parked pretty easily and embarked on our mall journey. Zales was first on the list--some gifts REALLY matter ;) We entered the business and were greeted quite quickly with friendly smiles. My companion asked about the item, 'Do you have #blah, blah, blah?" The associate must have been the person she had already spoken with on the phone earlier, as the associate told us, "Yes, not many people come in with the item #." LOL He got the item, and it was spectacular. We really liked the customer service and the professionalism exemplified by the Zales associates and staff. She purchased the item and we were on our way, in about 10 minutes...wow! More time to shop around for tons more items on our lists. Trying to track down an order that my fiancé placed and every time we called we got the same response "that if it's here then you would of gotten an email." It wasn't until the assistant manager went the extra mile to go check the safe and the order was there and has been there for a week. Ana is an absolute sweetheart and genuinely helped us. I went to the mall with my parents as they wanted to get me a graduation gift. As soon as we walked inside the store she greeted us with a smile and she was genuinely trying to show us the best options without being pushy at all. We felt really comfortable and Ana really knows about jewelry. We went there just for one gift for me but ended up getting an earring and a beautiful ring for me and next day my mom also got a solitaire earring and a gorgeous ring. Placed an online order on December the 16th, the shipping said 2 day express. 2 days later the order was still pending. Tried contacting them for day, online chat unavailable, called over and over sat on hold each time eventually the calls just drop. Finally 4 days later the online chat mystically the chat popped up as available. I was told I didn't place the order in time to make it for Christmas. I then asked him to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped. I was told they have a 1 hour cancelation policy for online orders. So now not only am I not getting my item by Christmas, I have to return it as soon as it gets here and I have the pleasure of having to go out last minute to find something else to purchase. Very unhappy with Zale's. Someone doesn't know how to run a business, will never consider using their services again. read more
