This is a shout out for Shranaya, who was so patient with helping me shop (for gifts) in the store and packed them all beautifully. Awesome service with a smile on her face. The low down: Swarovski has a bunch of different jewelry to suit most tastes- from the demure to flashy. My taste is more on the classic side and I found a few pieces for gifting (and myself ofcourse). The deals were decent, not knock your socks off, but that's to be expected with a brand like this. The store gets waves of people at times. If it's too crowded, take a walk, visit other stores and then come back in. It can be overwhelming in a small space with too many people. Today was just window shopping. Nothing interested my daughter or my wife. Thanks, that saved me some $$$$. Atmosphere - Consistent. Plenty of mall parking, well at least when we got here when it was raining. If you do NOT need to come on weekends, I suggest coming on weekdays. Crazy busy and we are in the holiday season. I love perusing at Swarovski ever since my girlfriend gifted me a nice rose gold necklace & earring set. And often times it's at those unexpected moments that you find exactly what you've want. I found a crystal jacket stud earring that is elegant & priced at $69.30 w. a 30% off( Orig.$99). It wasn't much of a discount but it's one of those items where if you don't get it, you'll miss your chance, so I splurged on myself. The sales reps. were fine. I inquired about trying on the earring & the lady kindly offered a transparent earring holder to put up against my ear. Being Covid safe, I thought that was a nice option. After I engaged in a little more conversation, the rep. was friendly, sometimes it just takes a few words to start a conversation & not everyone is born a natural talker. bought a bracelet that after a few hours of normal wear (not tugged on or pulled on) became unhinged. I took it back to the store and the male rep (tall with curly hair maybe Hispanic decent) told me that they couldn't issue me a return because my item was broken. I tried to explain my situation and he wouldn't listen telling me that there is nothing he could do in a very rude and condescending manner; making it seem as if I did something to ruin the very product I bought. He said "if you go outside and fix it with a nail clipper and come back in I can return your money but no other places will issue a refund if a product is broken". What he said may seem nice to some or like a viable solution to others but the way he said was very rude and like he was just trying to get me to leave the store. These products are overpriced for the promised quality and the customer service is overselled when they know they can make a commission off of your purchase but when it matters their service and products are subpar to say the least. Worse quality and poor service , no warranty. Brought a Necklace been used less than 6months, then crystals are missing.... I remember they told me have warranty for this if the crystal lost or something broken. So went to store ask for warranty, then Jeni said "we can't give this warranty, lost too many crystals, does she wear this with shower?" I say "no, wear this how to shower." Time: 12:30PM Date: 7/31/15 Weather: Clear and warm I came here with my friend who's getting married in three weeks, to look for bridesmaids gifts. Her mother was with us as well. Upon entering the store, we were not greeting by anyone. Although, there were two employees present on the floor (one associate, one manager). After being in the store for 10 minutes with approximately 10 other people, they continued their conversation on not using text messaging to do business. It wasn't until someone asked to try something on, that they finally broke their conversation. The associate came to help the customer with a bracelet that happened to be by our party. After helping her, my friend's mom proceeded to ask the associate how she could get a piece she has at home, to really sparkle. The associate said she could by a cloth. My friend's mom asked her if they store offered a cleaning service. The associate laughed and said "No. That's weird." We asked we that would be so weird, she said because no one has ever asked me that before. We told her, well other jewelry stores, such as Tiffany's do offer the service. So its not really something that you laugh at when someone asks you if your "fine" jewelry store provides that type of service. She shrugged it off and walked away. (I'd like to note the associate came up to us scratching her underarm. Who the hell scratches their arm pit in public, no less while working retail?) After a couple more minutes, I simply had to walk outside, because I could feel myself getting extremely upset. I've worked in a retail store part time for over 15 years. The reason why I maintained that job in addition to my full time office job, is because I like interacting with other people and providing excellent customer service. I had a manager of an outlet store say she was a stickler for customer service because she did not want her store to fall into the typical bad service category as other outlet stores. This store was the prototype of what bad customer service looks like. You ignore your customers, belittle them when they ask you a question with an accent and then not accept responsibility when you've made a mistake. I went back to the store after we left and asked Jennifer (the store manager) for her district managers name and phone number. She proceeds to give me her card, stating she'll forward my email to her district manager and she's not allowed to give out her information. Seriously, was I born yesterday? I know she has no intention at all in forwarding my strongly worded email. But at least you all will now know what to expect when entering that store. No one will acknowledge you. Except maybe to make you feel bad about asking a perfectly normal question. Oh and they won't let you buy 6 of an item with a coupon because the coupon only allows 3. Goodness knows, they're raking in the dough from they're "sparkling" customer service. read more

I truly love shopping in this store, and probably come about a very few months or so. The tricky part is not spending ALL my money ;) Lots of great deals, super nice staff. After seeing negative reviews about the staff, and given my own experience working in retail (granted, over 15 years ago), I can only assume it is due to walking in the door with an "I just ate a turd" attitude. Because every time I go in to this lovely store, everyone bends over backward to make me happy. PSA: don't treat retail professionals (or restaurant staff for that matter) like trash. Watch out for this location. Here's the game they play... They ring you up for your purchasing, charge your credit card, print the receipt and then stamp the receipt with the FINAL SALE stamp. I understand that this is an outlet, but you need to tell people what the terms of the purchase is. They provide you with their terms right at the counter, but no where is there anything about FINAL SALE... unless they happen to tell you. Now my wife wouldn't mind an exchange, but the other two options were not nice and contained flaws. Finally after 30 minutes, a phone call to the manager, and my showing my face and threatening to call my credit card company, they miraculous gave in. So, they get one star for doing the right thing. Wow. Don't let the reviews fool you. I just left the store about 5 minutes ago(they stayed open for me for about 30 minutes btw) and I left with such a wonderful retail experience. I came in looking to get a watch for my girlfriend, and I was helped out by Richard. I think he's the manager. Anyways, he showed me the entire collection that they offer, and also gave me details about each product. I ended up getting a beautiful watch for her at a very reasonable price. Bought 4 items and requested for gift bag s cause I wanted to gift to family members, they refused to give the bags, reason: due to long weekend they are running short.
