Danny Y.

Worse quality and poor service , no warranty. Brought a Necklace been used less than 6months, then crystals are missing.... I remember they told me have warranty for this if the crystal lost or something broken. So went to store ask for warranty, then Jeni said "we can't give this warranty, lost too many crystals, does she wear this with shower?" I say "no, wear this how to shower." She is making excuse on this. I asked that " when I brought it, you guys told me has warranty on it, so what's your warranty ?" Jeni said "no". Worse quality and poor service , no warranty. Please don't buy anything from here. They just want to do business with tourist people. Because they are not come back for warranty. Don't spent your money here, your money can some better store in this outlet.

Terms but no mention of the FINAL SALE stamp unless they tell you.

Their offerings, whether it be cookbooks, stuffed animals, cards, or stickers, are all well- curated. It's a great place to find a unique gift or that little tchotchke you didn't know you needed. So even though the number of each offering is limited, what is there will appeal. The store is bright and well organized, and the staff are knowledgeable and cheerful. Recommended.

Love everything about Therapy Stores!! I originally found out about them from the Burlingame…read morelocation and was happy to see one pop up in downtown Livermore. It's such a fun store that you can really find some great gifts at. I love that they also have localization items (both for California and Livermore specific) as they carry some cute little Cali keepsakes I like to get for people I visit or are coming to visit! I also have to say that I did attempt to go online and see what was available and ended up calling the location to make sure and am so glad I did. Not only was the website not updated and the actual location had much more options than shown online but the employees were so amazing even calling me back (without leaving a message!) to assist in anyway they could. Both in store and out of store customer service is 5 star!! Highly recommend just staking a stroll thru a store and I guarantee you'll find something that makes you laugh or have to leave with! Note: there is no public restroom available at this store.

And another mini room dedicated to puzzles for all ages, jigsaw puzzles organized by age level and number of pieces, as well as mechanical puzzles and brain teasers. I was able to find a 100-piece glitter puzzle featuring unicorns and rainbows, perfect for my niece's bday. Staff was hard to find, roaming around the store blending in customers wandering the aisles. But once the employee saw me waiting at the front counter, he helped grab my selected puzzle off a top shelf and the purchase process was quick and easy. Free street parking was limited on a Friday afternoon, but not impossible to find. I secured a spot just a block away.

PLEASANTLY surprised of this "flea market" inspired by the famous Parisian flea market that is so…read moreshabby and chic. Did not know of its existence after living in Livermore for over 2 years when did a Google search of best flea markets in SF B ay Area. It is hidden in a large warehouse business area off HWY 580 at Vasco Rd. It is set up with vendors with its own "small" antique shops. Beautifully organized with many beautiful things to find. Was amazed at many reasonable priced furniture pieces. If this "flea market: would get the word out, I am certain that it would bring even more vendors. It is worth to explore since not too many antique shops nestled together in the Tri-Valley area. Only opened once a month for 4 days.

Open to the public 3 1/2 days a month, got a chance to visit for the month of November (Nov 6 - 9). The service was awesome, if one of the store associates see you holding an item, they will ask if you want them to put it in a basket for you. When u check out, just mention your basket name and they will ring it up for you. Love it this way so you aren't carrying a bunch of things around since the hallways are really narrow. The warehouse itself has a hallway with a bunch of rooms and stairs to a second floor. Each room has a lot of decor that you can buy, even the ones hanging on the walls. It was really packed even on Friday morning when I went, but it was manageable. I spent an hour and a half here. They mentioned having an outdoor market on Saturday and Sundays but I went on a Friday so I didn't get a chance to see it. However, they might only do that for this month because of the rainier weather next month. Prices were decent. Definitely worth checking this place out. I left with some cute decor for my new place (:
