I've come here a few times in the last few weeks and there are a lot of girls that work here and most of them are really unprofessional and make the store feel low class. They tease each other and talk about personal things in front of me and it makes it awkward. One of them was visibly irritated that I was asking questions. Multiple times when I ask questions they all have to ask each other and they all give each other different answers to the same question, revealing that none of them really know the answer. Sometimes they tell me to just go online and look it up. One of them I asked for their opinion while picking out my charms and they kept saying "it's up to you", I totally understand it's up to ME, but when you're selling something to me and I'm asking for your opinion it's totally okay to give me your opinion that's literally what I'm asking for. One of the employees gave me false information and told me I can return charms and use discounts at a later time and just buy the charm again when I have the discount (because they only had one charm left). I was later told this wasn't true and I couldn't do that, which was really frustrating, I think she just wanted to make the sale right then and there. Also I've purchased gold here many times and bought the warranty (pandora cares), not a single employee told me I had to register my charms, it's not just automatic. I had someone from a different store in San Jose tell me this yesterday, after buying 5 gold charms at Stoneridge. There is one really great employee that works here and I'm so sad that I do not know her name. Not everyone is bad here but I really don't like going to this store and I go out of my way to go to the Livermore store, I have the best experiences there and the selections are better. read more

We used to order online but a few weeks ago we decided to visit the Pleasanton Pandora since we were already there. I have to say I am impressed! The workers are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ariana specifically has been our favorite worker; in additions, she is so professional/patient with me and my family. She actually makes us want to go back & purchase more. So far we have bought 2 bracelets & about 10 charms.I also genuinely appreciated that not one worker was on their phone and they were completely attentive! My wife saw an add for their charm bracelet. You buy a bracelet and then you can personalize with all sorts of different charms to make it your own. We decided it would make a great Mother's Day gift. Within a week of owning the bracelet, we were on vacation and one of the charms had already broken free. Both recent experiences here were very good. The DGD's wanted to get Mommy a bracelet for her birthday. We selected the band and charms, and they wrapped it up nicely. DD wanted a different style of band than we purchased, and it was simple to exchange. For their birthdays both DGD wanted to start a bracelet. Once we fitted the bands they each selected 2 beads. Went here last night to purchase a gold bead for my mom. Got smashed with rude unhelpful retail girls. Asked for help and got told are you on the waiting list? When there is a waiting list it should be obvious to the customers walking in the store. There should be someone in the front of the store asking your name to be placed on the list. The girl was so rude when after waiting I finally asked for help as she was not engaged in helping anyone. She even said some smug comment as I was leaving the store. My mom and I love the Pandora jewelry line; and hope this can shed some light on the caliber of staff at this location. I didn't want a Pandora. I was given one. I took it back, with gift receipt. I wasn't allowed to return it, not even to the credit card of the person who purchased it. I had to give it back to the person who gave it to me and ask him to return it. Unless you know FOR SURE that the person you are buying it for really wants a Pandora, and nothing else will do, don't get it. Remember those ridiculous zoppini bracelets? Because this pandora is at stoneridge mall tri-valley residents don't have to drive all the way to oakridge mall in San Jose to buy charms. Good costumer service lacks here. Came in today and bought $400 worth of bracelet and while checking out they won't give me a box to put my bracelet in, they offered me a small paper pouch. How tacky is that? All the jewelry I buy comes in a nice box so I can store it in there. While I was concern about not giving me a box a lady in training rings me up and keeps bugging me to sign the receipt, I told her to wait because if I wasn't getting a box I wasn't going to buy it. She was so rude and inpatient asked me twice to sign it. They finally got me a box but it was like at force. They also didn't have the bangle size I wanted. I came out of the store pissed of. My stars are just for the sweet young lady that helped my husband pick a ring for his sister. I think her name was Emily. She was very patient and answered all our questions even though the store was busy. I also appreciate the fact that she was not "pushy", as the people that work in that store often make me turn away because they are so aggressive. When I got to the local store near where I live GUESS WHAT. NO CAN DO they refused so my only option is to got across the bridge $5..00 and wear and tear and gas. WHICH THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME. From September 15 through September 18, they have this promotion. I bought 11 items from them yesterday. After consideration, I decided to exchange 3 of them with other different style items. Therefore I went to the store today to exchange the 3 items. Of course, I have to get into the line and wait. Then a lady with the signup sheet came out and asked. I said I wanted to exchange some of the items of my order. At the very beginning, she said you have to come back after the expiration of the promotion then you can exchange. But then suddenly she changed her expression and began to ask if I brought my receipt. I said yes and showed to her. She said oh no you can not exchange your items no matter when. I said not even after the promotion? She said CORRECT. Then she said, you have to bring everything back and return everything back then buy everything one more time. OK, then we have to go back home to grab everything and come back into the line again. Not speaking of the time we have wasted, I don't think this is an efficient way. If I want to exchange some items, why do I have to bring others that do not need to be exchanged? Why can't you just exchange the ones that I want to exchange. And I can pay the surplus if there is any. Or you can refund me the difference if there will be any. RIGHT? I thought we are in the 21st century and buying and selling should be simple. The second half of this story is: I brought back everything that I bought yesterday including the 3 items that I wanted to exchange. One lady helped us to find the 3 substitutes. For the other 8 items that I didn't want to exchange, they DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO THEM. Again, then what is the point and the reason for me to go back home and grab those items? I don't know. But this is the reason why I give a 1 star to this Pandora store. I would give a negative score if there is one though. read more

Bought the charm bracelet for my wife on her first Mother's Day. The bracelet broke the very next day. Clasp attachment came undone. They sell a safety chain, but in the way this thing broke it would not have worked, because the clasp came off of the bracelet. Came apart because it was cheaply glued on or not properly fastened somehow. Was lucky to find it on the ground - otherwise it would have been gone. Salesperson could only repair, but no assurance it absolutely would not happen again. Customer service was just bad. Returned for a full refund and vowed to tell as many people as I could so they an avoid the mistake. I just can't stand bad customer service, and bad customer sevice with a bad product, well...sucks. read more

I came in and waited for 30 mins and one of the store associate kept passing by me smiling and stuff. Never did she say that I need to sign in to be assisted. So when it was my turn, this lady who was assisting me didnt even want to show me the charms Im looking for. She had this attitude of rushing me too. Like if you are understaff, dont pass it on your consumers. Im buying something that is not cheap. Its a hard earned money that Im going to spend here.. If you get what I mean. So when I finally chose the items that I wanted, I told her that I have Pandora Card but I was not bringing it coz it wasnt actually in my plan to buy one for that day. Cant even use it to other retail store other than Pandora. Anywayz, she said they had to call the hotline to confirm everything. I said its okay. She asked for my last 4 SSN which I gave her. Then she wanted me to give her my full SSN. I told her I was not comfortable with that. So she told the manager that. So this nice manager said, she cant help me right now coz she will be taking some time helping other customers. She also said that she wouldnt be assisting me either. So nice of her to be called a manager. I was about to walk out but I decided to patiently wait. This store is not worth going. Id rather go to the one in Valley Fair Mall. They have a long qeue but they will actually time time to assist you. This store is not proffessional enough in assisting customers. You guys need to retrain about customer service!
