    Buffalo chicken wrap and fries
    Sharawn A.

We went to this restaurant because it was across the street from the hospital and we had just had an end of life meeting we needed to eat. Unfortunately we were not greeted in a timely fashion nor was it pleasant we overlooked that thinking we were just in our feelings we ordered two wraps one shrimp salad one buffalo chicken needless to say it took 30 minutes for waitress to come back to the table the fries were cold and the cold food was hot and the hot food was cold. Not a welcoming experience at all. I don't know if the food was good we paid and took it home. when have you ever received food that you specifically stated you were eating in wrapped in foil.. gave take your food and go vibes. I will not be going back to this establishment ever

Creamy sauce and great rice. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Right across from Union Memorial and close to Hopkins.

A break from.the sunshine, a little snack would be nice.

Since the bridge fell down, it's no longer a hop, skip, jump to Glen Burnie for us. This is a problem because Little India Cafe is located on that side of the river, and that is where Jeremy's favorite butter chicken dish is made. So now we're on a mission to find a new Indian place that has outstanding butter chicken. Straight off the bat, let me tell you that Jetemy almost immediately declared this "isn't it." So our mission continues. I'm okay with that. I love trying new places, no matter the reason. Personally, I found the butter chicken lovely. A little heavy on the tomato base flavor, but full of tender chicken. The rice was perfection. Though I could have done without the pea garnish. The mango Lassi was very good. We always wish for a larger serving of that. The restaurant itself is quirky. It's billed as a soda fountain but doesn't really give 50s vibes. It's more... art deco, kinda 20s -esque with relaxing piano music that gives me memories of a time and place I haven't experienced in this lifetime. It's oddly comforting. Service could have been better, as we were not given menus, or straws. But we knew what we were getting before we even set foot in the place. Thanks, yelp. Fun and slightly weird, which is where I enjoy myself the most, so I recommend you check it out.

Tambers is always a solid lunch option with easy to-go options as well as dine in. Service is also always fast and friendly! It's definitely more of a hole-in-the wall place but it hits the spot every time. I normally get the crispy chicken wrap and fries but coworkers get an array of items from sandwiches, wraps, and salads to butter chicken and chicken tikka masala and love it. The menu is large and has something for everyone.

Billy here, excellent food and excellent service. Great restaurant in the heart of Community, my regular orders are the Cheese Fish Sub or The Cheesesteak. Can't go wrong with either, highly recommended.

One of the most delicious bacon cheeseburgers on this side of town! So fresh and tasty. Don't forget the sautéed onions!

Tamber's has been a place that my friends and I have been meeting at for a few years, now. I cannot believe I haven't written a review for this place, yet! Tamber's serves Indian, American, and Italian food! You can get pretty much whatever you have a taste for, right here. They have some of the best Indian dishes in town. The ambience is quite comforting, cozy, and if on a date, delicately romantic. The dreamy soft lights in the windows are a nice touch. Now, I'll break this review into two parts. I came in January and again on Valentine's Day. The star for my trip in January was a bacon cheeseburger with delicious sautéed onions! Omg, it was REALLY GOOD! The burger patty was so fresh. The French fries that came with my sandwich were crispy, lightly salted and simply tasty. Service for this trip was pretty cool. Nothing outstandingly negative or positive about it. For Valentine's Day, I met with my sister for a nice Galentine's Dinner. The restaurant was buzzing with couples, friends, and family meeting up for a good meal. My friend ordered a Indian dish (I honestly can't remember what it was). I, again, went for an American dish. Don't get me wrong- their Shrimp Korma and garlic naan is AMAZING! And that's what I go for when I have a taste for it. But this time around, I got a Rueben sandwich with fries. It was honestly the best Rueben I've ever had. The corned beef was delectably flavorful and the sour kraut was tender. The pumpernickel bread was buttery soft. I also ordered mozzarella sticks as an app for the table and they were very, very good! Fresh and cheesy. The marinara sauce was simple, nothing special. I realized that I was so hungry that I didn't even take a picture of any of the food, lol! Trust me, though, it was delicious. Did I mention that they have the strongest, best tasting sparkling water?! With a slice of lime, it's the most refreshing drink you could have! Now, the service this time around was a bit shaky. Our server was not as attentive as I wished she could've been. We were looking for her a couple of times and at one point, I had to get up to get my own ketchup. We tried flagging her down one time during the meal. She turned to us, and without saying, "Just one moment," or "I'll be right with you", she turned away to tend to another table. My sister and I turned to each other and I chopped it up to her being a bit overwhelmed. But, still... Anyways, little snags in the service won't deter me from coming here. The food is absolutely amazing and it comes out pretty fast! The parking is pretty okay, given the busy area. I almost always luck up and end up finding a close spot near the restaurant. Give them a try at least once. I'm sure you'll find something delicious! Four solid stars!

We got the Kale Chaat, amazing, still talking about it. Crispy kale, yogurt w/ mint, sweet and savory and crispy. Omg, you gotta get it, I want it again already! For dinner I got the chicken dumplings (momo) and my husband got the tandoori chicken. It was actually too much food! The momo was delish but the tandoori chicken was the star entree for sure. It came with a side of masala sauce which was so tasty to dip in. Everything was actually pretty reasonably priced as well. My only complaint is that it was freezing inside - lots of guests wore their coats! They had a ton of to go orders ready - I'd definitely do that in the future, but it is nice inside! One of my new favorite spots for sure, I'll be back.

It had vodka, Prosecco, mango, and passionfruit puree. It had a nice balance of sweetness and tartness, though it was not particularly sparkling from the Prosecco. The paneer chili ($9) was decent but not quite what I expected. The paneer was tossed with garlic, tomato based sauce, peppers, and onions, but it was softer and less crispy than I was hoping for. The veg jhol momo ($18) was interesting.... The menu mentions a Szechuan pepper based soup, but I did not get any Szechuan pepper flavor at all. Instead, the broth had a creamy, almost tahini-like taste. The momos themselves were fine, but the broth was not what I was expecting. The mixed veg jalfrezi ($16) was okay. It had a good amount of mixed vegetables in a tomato based sauce with green chilies, ginger, and onions. We ordered it very spicy but it came out sweeter than I preferred. The Goan fish curry ($19) was excellent. The tilapia was tender and the tomato coconut curry was flavorful, rich, and comforting. It had a nice balance of spice and creaminess. The garlic naan ($4) was soft, fluffy, and had a good amount of garlic and herbs. The beers were good too. The Taj Mahal lager was light and easy to drink, while the Haywards 5000 had a stronger, maltier flavor. Overall, service was good. Our server, Aro, was attentive. They have an outdoor seating area. Ambiance was upscale without the prices. They are located by a parking garage but there is also street parking available as well.

It's not that it was bad necessarily, other places nearby are just better in my opinion. We ordered two chicken tikka masalas, garlic naan, and paneer pakora. I was disappointed to see, upon returning home, that they only gave us one side of rice for two orders of chicken tikka. That seemed a little strange to me especially since each order of chicken tikka was almost $20. The sauce had nice flavor but the chicken was tough and didn't fall apart like others I've had in the past. I would've preferred butter chicken but couldn't find it on their menu - maybe I just overlooked it or they have it listed under another name? The paneer pakora was OK, the breading was super thick and not crispy enough. The mint cilantro chutney it came with was unexpectedly spicy. I can handle my spice but I've just never had green chutney have that much of a kick to it. I didn't try the naan but my boyfriend said he's had better. All together it was $60 which seemed a little steep for what we got. The inside is surprisingly cute though and they do offer a lunch buffet. Would I return? I searched for the closets restaurant that was also opened on Yelp because that's a great feature, and found Nepal House. They have a banner on their site advertising their new extended hours of 11am til 1am. I was a little skeptical but figured it's hard to get Indian food wrong . . . They had a combo which came with your choice of specialty chicken, veggie samosa and naan. I opted for the butter chicken spicy level and garlic naan for an indulgent late-night meal before going home. That's the kind of comfort I didn't know I actually needed all week. I tried to order online but was having some trouble so called in for pickup. To their surprise, I was already outside, so when I was informed to arrive soon, I replied I was already outside. I went in after the 15 minutes my food was promised in and had to wait for a bit. I tried to make small talk with the young lady at the register but she seemed a little flustered for some reason. There was a couple seated in the main dining area but the bar was closed off. Ideally, I'd sit at the bar when I'm dining alone so I asked how busy the bar usually is and was informed it is usually packed. I didn't believe that at all because there were no signs of being used anytime in the near past at all. But ok. I continued to look around and noted the dated decor that was still rich in culture. My food was done and I paid. I've notice for some reason restaurants just hand you an amount on a machine and ask for you to pay. I asked for my receipt to ensure I wasn't being overcharged for anything and again she seemed flustered. She gave me the POS and said something, so I asked again but this time I asked to see what I was charged for. She then printed me a receipt and I waited to pay. Don't know what that was about but ok. Grabbed my food and walked fast to my car. I noticed a lot of people on that street either standing around or going in and out of businesses. I locked my door and proceeded to open my brown paper bagged late night dinner. First, I tried the veggie samosa which was steaming hot with very subtle flavors. I remembered asking if it came with sauce and was informed it did, so grabbed it out of the bag and dipped. It gave the samosa some more flavor but after seeing the dull green pea, I put it down and grabbed a piece of naan. It also lacked in flavor, and I couldn't taste any garlic. I opened my container with butter chicken and immediately dipped the naan in, like any good person would do. So hot, flavorful, creamy, seasoned, everything I needed at that moment. I would have jumped for joy but just grabbed the fork and went for a piece of chicken which was tender and I couldn't tell if it was a breast or thigh. So that meant if it was a breast, it wasn't dry but if it was a thigh, it wasn't juicy either. I was ok with the in between for the night. I didn't want to eat the rice but decided to indulge and scooped some onto my fork and then grabbed a piece of sauced chicken and quickly scarfed it down. I drove home and passed out in my parking space . . . . don't judge, mind your business. If you haven't passed out in your car after a good meal then are you really living? No, you're not. I'd go back for a late night meal if I'm in the area or if they are on my way back home again.

They didn't just fill up the container with sauce and call it a day, the serving size definitely reflected the price unlike some other places. The lamb vindaloo was full of flavor and spice with soft squares of potatoes. The butter chicken was creamy and comforting with the right spice level. Everything was ready on time and packed with care. I'd love to return to dine in for their lunch buffet since it seems like a great deal.
