I find that Easy Like Sunday is a bit of a difficult review. I'll start with the taste of the food and drink. It was absolutely delicious, no notes there. I found my shrimp and grits to be delightful and exactly what I wanted, the tiramisu French toast was delectable, and I really liked my latte. All of my friends were very happy with their meals so there was nothing wrong on that front. Next, ambience and service. This is one of those brunch spots that just feels like one large open room, and with how busy it was on the Sunday we went, it was rather loud and sometimes difficult to walk around to get to the bathroom. The service was good, it was super busy but our waitress was attentive and made sure to check in when she could. The biggest turn-off for me and the reason I can't see myself returning is the price. Everything here is rather expensive for what it is - especially the cocktails and the drinks. Even the N/A coffee drinks can run up a tab if you want any flavor or something special. They offer gluten free pancakes, but it's an upcharge, even if you want to get a sampler with one gluten free pancake - it's an upcharge. The meat sides I found to be ridiculously priced, too. Easy like Sunday has been on my bucket list for a long time and I finally got a chance to stop in for brunch, glad I did.
