This place has a really good bottomless mimosa deal that happens throughout the week. My friends and I love to come here for bottomless mimosas. The food is okay, I like to get the steak tacos. I was not a fan of the cheeseburger tacos. It's a nice place to grab mimosas near the water with a great view. The service is attentive.

We love the Green Goddess Salad, we add grilled chicken and shrimp, so delicious! We also get the Octopus (only available for dinner which starts at 3pm). Today we tried the calamari, I have had better but my husband thought it was decent. Service is fast enough, people are friendly enough. There are options for inside and outside seating, good for large and small groups.

I came here with friends and we enjoyed the 22 dollars bottomless mimosas. I got the breakfast torta and I really enjoyed it.

Our first time here! We enjoyed getting guacamole and chips and guacamole and salsa as our appetizers. I wasn't the biggest fan of the red salsa as it was a little different than what I'm used to, but the guacamole was outstanding. The chips were cut into smaller pieces which I liked! Our server recommended the tacos and felt that the breaded cauliflower, and flank steak were two of their best sellers. We ordered both in addition to the shrimp tacos. The sauces for all of the tacos were to die for, and all three of them were so flavorful. My dad ordered the tuna appetizer which was freshly sliced Ahi tuna with jalapeños and chips, he loved it. There are plenty of options for seating, indoors, on the patio and outdoors. The view is amazing and the service was fast.

A friend recommended this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. The views and the ambience of the restaurant were great. I sat at the bar and ordered since it was just me. There was big party leaving so maybe that is why the bartender wasn't as friendly. I asked her a few questions about the menu because it was my first time there but she really didn't seem interested in helping me. I did order one drink, the corn dip and duck tacos. I didn't order more drinks because she never came back to check on me. A different bartender brought me my check to pay. The experience wasn't the best and the food was okay. The corn dip was my favorite. The tacos had too much cheese for me. I won't probably be back but I can say I went.

I came here for lunch with some friends and we sat outside by the water. They are dog-friendly and did provide a water bowl. The view is really nice. I had the Tuna Tartare ($15) and it was great. I do wish they provided more chips though. The Tequila Old Fashioned ($15) was also pretty good. They used a chile liqueor so it had a slight kick. They also use Luxardo Cherries, which is always a plus!! For happy hour, they have an $8 shot of their tequila for the week. Our server, Jackson, was great. She was really kind and patient while we ordered. Also, 20% gratuity was automatically added to our check (I'm guessing because it was happy hour).

For starters this is a versatile restaurant providing lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The service was really good and almost makes you wonder if it's because of the automated gratuity. Started the day with the Elotes dip which balanced well with the savory and sweetness. It was very much a dip which was good. I wasn't the biggest fan of the tortilla chips for the dip but I get wanting a hearty chip to scoop the Elotes. The birria duck was very good and something different you don't see often in this style cuisine. I absolutely loved the pork carnitas tacos with the pineapple salsa. I could have that solely and be perfectly fine with my order. The last meal item was the cheesesteak empanadas which needed the cheese sauce to complete the achieved flavor pairing. This was my least favorite item; however, it was cooked perfectly and mildly seasoned. The cheese sauce was very powerful in this dish. The drinks were refreshing and flavorful. If you like Mezcal I do recommend trying the Smokey Margaritas. The tequila selection was rather impressive having a mixture of 100 pure agave selections. I upgraded the base tequila with Siete Leguas in both cocktails which landed well for my palate. The ambiance was very modern with an earthy feel. The sunlight works well for photos without the need for filters. Overall, I do see the automated gratuity as potentially discouraging to those wanting a full experience on a budget here. The pricing was more toward the pricey side which was ok for me considering the quality was there. 4.5 of 5 well done

Fried Calamari with a tomato jam
    Jacqueline A.

I haven't been back to Barcocina for food in a few years bc of previous experiences, but I decided to give it a try today. We came during the happy hour (3-6) and had the white sangria (very sweet) and house margaritas with a few shots. The menu has a lot of variety so we chose a few items to share... Duck Birria Tacos - 4/5 flavorful meat + the dipping sauce seals the deal Firecracker shrimp - 4/5 this is not mimicking "bang bang" shrimp in any way, but it's tasty (more sweet, than spicy). I personally couldn't eat all 3. Queso Fundido - 5/5 I was pleasantly surprised by the understated kick of spice when you dive in. It has a nice consistency. Calamari- 3/5 I probably wouldn't order this again due to lack of crisp, but the tomato jam was an interesting pairing (I'd prefer it drained). Cheeseburger tacos - 2/5 a little bland..I wasn't a fan of this dish. The queso and some Cholula on top gave it an added taste. Overall, I'll be going back. Griffin gave us excellent service and the menu has some flavorful options.

Mexican-inspired cuisine at Fell's Point [Baltimore MD] We browsed through the menu outside before heading in. They had just opened at 11:00a when we walked in, first customers. Surprised they were even open on MLK Day. The menu was printed on a 2-sided paper and there were a couple of items we wanted to try. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito and their Shrimp & Crab Omelette. Menu said that their menu items were designed to be experienced best by sharing. Our food came at a decent time. The presentation was lovely and we couldn't wait to dig in. Mmm mmm... we both were enjoying, savoring the deliciousness of the food... first the omelette then the breakfast burrito. The fruit that came with the omelette was fresh... loved the pineapple while hubby ate the berries. The restaurant had plenty of table seating both inside and a covered area outdoors overlooking the waterfront. The bar area had a flatscreen. Thank you to our server, Maria, who was awesome and friendly. Note: A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all checks. Food prices were really cheap (compared to California). Overall great experience. Recommended! Review #3666

    Shrimp and Crab Omelette
    Nicardi C.

After a nice walk around Harbor point, I was in search of brunch. Therefore, I decided to try Barcocina and it was great. I had an Irish coffee, guacamole and the shrimp/crab omelette. The food, ambiance and Service were great. It was excellent weather so I sat outside and enjoyed the view. I look forward to returning!

    Crispy Brussel Sprouts
    lisa w.

Two stars for the drinks, great service and the view. But the food... no. The freshness and quality was off. The Brussels tasted like they might have been frozen and just weren't seasoned properly. We tried both of the guacs. The more traditional guac was missing avocado, seasoning and possibly even the sweet onion and the cilantro. The other guac uses the traditional guac as the base, so also no bueno. The firecracker shrimp had no fire and was super sweet. The rockfish taco was edible but could have been better seasoned. The drinks had to be remade. Sigh. But the arrive was amazing. Was checked on frequently enough and very pleasant.

This is a posh cool spot. It would be a great place to take your special someone on a romantic night out. It is dimily lit and the food is quite good. If you like tequila, they have a wall of it. I wish I had taken more pictures here, but I was out with family and got caught up in catching up. I had the grilled octopus, it was amazing. No pictures of my food, they all came out blurry. Also ordered a side of Brussels, which was like made for an army. If you order the Brussels, there is enough to share with a table of like 6. Had some great tequila here. Thus is on my list to circle back around to, alas, in Baltimore and even Fells Point where this restaurant is located, there are so many great spots to choose from.

    Chorizo flatbread
    Kaelyn C.

A couple of friends and I decided to stop by and get some brunch here after our morning walk. We were greeted very nicely by the ladies in the front who quickly sat us down at a nice table with a gorgeous view of the harbor. For such a busy afternoon, we were seated so fast as well as our waitress was super attentive to our table. First, we order chips and guacamole which was so good by the way, their chips are phenomenal. I decided I wanted to ordered the chorizo flatbread and let me tell you I would have that chorizo flatbread every day of my life if I could. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I will be back to bring other friends here for brunch.

For restaurant week the menu honestly was fantastic with many options for every person's palate and dietary preferences. I went with the octopus appetizer, squid ink bucatini with calamari, and a pound cake with lemon curd and mint whipped cream. Every single thing I had was delicious. The octopus was grilled perfectly and tender and the bean puree and potato paired nicely. The pasta was umami and not too tomatoey or acidic.
