Always hit and miss. This Taco Mac is always better then the one on 92 service wide, but this taco Mac more then once has been a negative experience. I hope that they start to step up on the type of service they provide. read more

This is mediocre over priced food and cocktails. The calamari and chips and queso were too greasy to eat. A watered down margarita was over priced. However they have a huge beer selection. So if you love bear you may want to try it. read more

This Taco Mac is so hit and miss. I usually sit at the bar, so service is definitely not a problem when I dine in.. Brad and Josh are both awesome. When I sit at a table, service is kinda sketchy. The food is great when I dine in, mediocre when I carry out. That being said, I'll still frequent because it is close and its sports, beer, and bartenders. read more

I just can't get enough of the Shrimp & Mango salad - always fresh and service is second to none. Patio dining this time of year kicks it up a notch! Keep up the great work. read more

Me and my friends went to taco Mac for lunch & it wasn't crazy busy but had a decent amount of people. It took a little bit for service but nothing that we didn't understand when the manager, I believe his name was Gary but not sure, came up to us and asked if we had been helped we answered no and gave him our drink orders. he then yelled at a completely inn appropriate amount of show at the waiter that must've supposed to have been getting our drinks. It made us feel very uncomfortable and the waiter was clearly shaken up as well. Might want to seriously adjust management. read more

Had lunch here on occasion, food is always great. The service is alright for the most part too. The monteray chicken salad is a must have!

Went to this taco mac. We had a lttle bit of a wait but definitley worth it. The food was great and not too pricey the rest of my family really enjoyed the large amounts of beer on tap. Great place and recommend it read more

We have been to numerous Taco Mac locations over the years and this one several times... so our expectations weren't fine dining, but just a nice bar food lunch with decent, friendly service... But this past Sunday, it was awful! We arrived , placed an order and 35 minutes later hadn't seen our server and had not received any food... We actually hadn't even noticed since we were chatting and sipping on a glass of beer, but when the manager came by to apologize, we realized how long it had been... turns out our server had forgotten to turn in our order... We thought that was actually pretty impressive, the manager was on top of things so we were okay with the situation..... but, after another 20 minutes the food finally came... so more than an hour from the time we ordered..... basic bar food... not good but not horrible..but the manage had stopped by to apologize earlier and said at the time that she would make things right.......so now we want to leave and asked our server for the check... never came ... we ended up asking the hostess to get it for us and 2 hours into what we expected to be a 30 minute meal they came with a check, no adjustment as promised by the manager and a healthy dose of screw-you attitude from the hostess and server....never going back and the food wasn't worth the wait or the hassle.....and the manager obviously didn't have the situation under control.....never going back....it wasn't like the place was packed, it was just they didn't care and my advice,.....Avoid this place at all cost! read more

Horrible Experience. Slow service, cold & overcooked food. It took more than 8 minutes to process a payment. Our first & last time.

Worst TACO MAC behind 92 in Woodstock. Seriously. Can't ever get good service or food made correctly. They should all give up on food and just be bar and appetizers only read more

Waited for 30 minutes for a late afternoon order of wings! No service provided after the initial order and the food never showed up-two other tables occupied-this place is in Trouble!!! read more

Great selection of craft beer and am very excited they now have Dry County IPA on tap. Can't go wrong with really anything on the menu but I recommend any of the burgers or the fish tacos. read more

After my last review, I was contacted by Taco Mac to find out more about our bad experience. Based on this interaction, we decided to try it again. This time around, both service and food were very good. Our server, Kenya, was prompt and attentive, and our food came timely and accurately. Roasted wings were very good. Much improved over last visit! read more

Ordered online to pick-up and was sent confirmation email. Arrived to find they had not started my order. When shown the confirmation email, they stated it was user error. Food took over 30 minutes after the time of original pick-up to be prepared. Don't waste your time, go to Buffalo's for better food and service read more

We frequent this mac location weekly and generally speaking the food quality is consistently high, although the servers vary in quality as with a lot of places. You can't go wrong with this eatery. read more

Had friends in town and they insisted after I resisted. Again multiple beers were out of stock, waited a good half hour for the hummus, and in the end instead of eating dinner we pulled up stakes and walked over to La Parilla. Again Taco Mac was understaffed, and poorly managed to the point our waitress was complaining about the new regime. Bye bye TM, it was good while it lasted! read more

This is the worst service ever experienced! How this Taco Mac is even open I do not know.....45 min ticket times....out of multiple items....when the food came out it was like here is your burger...not your burger but a burger....your original burger will be out soon....what? So whose burger do we have now??? The manager came over and tried to explain the problems. I felt bad for her. 5his restaurant is a mess. read more

Sat outside today. Weather was beautiful and intended to stay a while. The service on the patio was mediocre at best. The appetizer was great (spinach & artichoke dip). The wings were dry and barely coated in sauce. We keep coming back for the atmosphere. But great service is at the bar. read more

Not usually a fan of chain restaurants but I LOVE Taco Mac, especially the wings! yummy! I never get anything else when i go there, and I never leave disappointed! read more

We thought this place sounded awesome, it is clean however the first table they tried to sit us at had a pile of napkins under one side to keep the table from rocking (it still rocked lol) and there were plenty of other open tables. So we moved to the next table. The menu is quite large and I do not require glasses to read but the font was rather small and the menu is quite clustered. The sides are way to expensive and the quality as well as size is not worth it. My boyfriend had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was mediocre at best and only had two pieces of chicken with very little buffalo flavor. It seems seasoning and flavor are the big missing feature. The tea and soda were a few cents short of the price of the sides! I would not recommend this chain to friends, family, or acquaintances. read more

Got seated fast. No one acknowledged me for awhile. Gave my order when waiter came. Ordered a cheeseburger and broccoli. Took about 20 minutes to come. When burger came expressionless person gave it to me and said nothing. When I asked for ketchup he seemed annoyed. Before I could bite the waiter asked if it was ok. How could I tell? Burger was almost cold and cheese not melted. Bread seemed stale and a piece of it fell off as I lifted burger. Broccoli was warmer than burger, tells me food runners are not getting food out fast. Waiter did not ask me after I was eating if all was ok and I was so hungry and didn't want to wait to send back. This place used to be good but the service and food sucks now. By the way it is tacky to ask if I want to buy a gift card ! read more

In the past, I have been severely disappointed with this Taco Mac, but the last two visits have been very nice. The service and the food quality have improved drastically. If you have been avoiding this location due to past performance, it may be time to give this place another try. If they can keep it up, they can restore this location's reputation. read more

I used to frequent other Taco Macs very often in my younger days when the goal was to drink beer and watch a game. If you are wise, that should be the only reason to attend this location of Taco Mac. Do not come here for any of the food. And if you have children, you will be wise to never think about stepping foot in the place. My kids ordered the cheese quesadilla, and I had to put glasses on to see the miniature quesadillas with a few strands of cheese and small handful of fries that we paid $5.45 for. My philly was all bread, the cheese wasn't melted, and there were a few strips of chicken lost in the cold huge loaf of bread. Wife's tacos had no flavor. Plus the fries had no salt/flavor. Hands down this was the worst dining experience I've had in my life especially when considering the cost. Definitely will not be coming back. read more

It's busy and it's loud, it's a sports bar so don't expect the ambience of a bistro but this location has solid food, always good quality and consistent. The management staff does a good job keeping their servers at a certify quality level so service is generally good. Great place to eat after a game or if you want to watch one. read more

I always sit at a high top and get excellent service from Bradley and dustin. Manager Ken always checks in. Superb service, beer and food.

I have worked as a waitress before (over three years)and let me brag on this guy Tyler, our server ....he was absolutely wonderful! Our food was hot, our drinks were full! Super nice!!! And He is the reason I am coming back!!! read more

Food has gone down hill in the last year, poor quality, & no matter what salad you order from the menu you always get something completely different. No joke, it's happened 6 times!!!!! Only thing good is the beer selection. read more

This Taco Mac is on the up and up! Our meal during Pint Night rush was fantastic! Ask for Sean!

Great sports bar with a family atmosphere, solid pub food at fair prices. Great wings, fantastic beer selection. The staff is friendly and we always get great service. read more

So disappointed, we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food, and they got my order wrong. I keep giving this place chances after horrible service. I can honestly say, I will never eat at this location again! read more

Viewed in the realm of what Taco Mac is, it does a great job. They've got pretty good bar food, if you want exquisite dining, go to Ruth's Chris or Bones. They have a fantastic beer selection and they will give you tasters so you don't waste your money on beer you don't like. Who can argue with that? Service has always been acceptable to excellent. If you want a certain feel or ambiance, then take your friends and create exactly what you want. read more

Slow sloppy service, rough food ... Beer was cold ... Been to many other TM locations that were much better

I love Taco Mac. The beer selection is fantastic. I'm a beer nerd and this is the place I go to do a little research and just enjoy a beer. But they've been making some ugly mistakes, lately. At least at this location. Maybe across the brand. Tonight, there was a point when the warmest thing on our table was my beer mug. Came straight from the dishwasher and they filled it, with an ale. Not good. Additionally, they've started serving hot food in metal pie tins. When the AC (yes, today's high was just under 60 and the AC was on) hits those metal plates, it's basically the same thing as putting the food in the refrigerator. I guess I could make a request about this when I place my order, but it's just a bad idea. Why do it? read more

I'm used to some pretty great mexican food that's hard to match, but considering this is a fast-food mexican place, I would say not bad. Not too pricey and the food tastes good but could use more flavor. read more

***Dear Tac Mac General Manager*** Please do something about the service at this location. We just relocated to Canton and are looking for a good place to frequent for sports and beer. Our first visit this afternoon we arrived at 2:30 pm and we waited at the door for 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us. After getting a table we ordered a couple of beers, water and Chips/Queso. 10 minutes later the Chips and Queso came to the table although we still didn't have water or our beers. Asked the waitress for our drinks along with some napkins and asked for some menus as well. 10 minutes later we were done with the Chips/Queso and still didn't have our napkins, drinks or menus. I then went to the bar to try and get someone to help us but couldn't get the bartenders attention that was to busy texting on her cell phone. At the same time there was 4 people sitting at the bar with empty beer glasses. Needless to say I went to the kitchen area to inquire about our waitress or someone else that could get our check for the Chips/Queso. We really would like to be a frequent guest but this location needs some serious attention. read more

Alright, I have been coming here for four years and have always depended on good wings done extra crispy. Tonight, I requested extra crispy (which take 19-21 minutes... Don't ask how I know) and they came out just plain old medium. I also ordered with 2 blue cheese and 1 celery and what comes out???? 1 ranch and no celery. This is the same as the last time I came here. Are the bartenders purposely messing up my order? Stupid. Their bathroom facets which are automatic have also not been working like they are auppossed to in 2 years. Can you please spend a little money to fix your staff and the bathrooms? read more

It saddens me to write this review. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I should've just paid for the appetizer and drinks and went on my merry way after the first mishaps that occurred within the first 30 min. It took over 15 minutes to bring our drinks back. I am not exaggerating one bit, it very well could've been longer, I'm just trying to be as nice as possible. Mother in law likes calamari, I personally would never order this from Taco Mac; however sadly enough this was the best thing put in front of us. They were out of the Asian style sauce that comes with it. The staff that took our order did not inform us of this nor did she offer a solution, like any other dipping sauce for it. Okie dokie. Moving along. Ordered roasted wings, asked for extra crispy. We got cold wings; not room temperature or luke warm.....COLD and they were anything but crispy! Waitress kindly took them to the back and microwaved them for us, as the plate holding them told the whole story by being as hot as the wings should have been first time out. Not even half of them got eaten. I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak, one half of it did not have ANY meat in it, not even a sliver. Once the second item that had to be returned to the kitchen came back to us, it was disgusting. Totally lacked in flavor and soggy. My husband and I used to go to TMac at least once a week until I couldn't take it anymore and spoke up. I definitely don't have to talk him out of this place for a very, very long time, if ever. What's worse is for four people the bill was 84.00 without tip. The worst hundred dollars we've EVER spent....that is no exaggeration either. read more

I've only had take out at this location but it was HORRIBLE. I ordered wings extra crispy and they were extremely soggy and hardly had any sauce on them. The fries were not cooked all the way and were very soggy. The celery was not cleaned and looked like it had been sitting to dry out for 2 days. I begged my husband to let me get Taco Mac because I am pregnant and it's what I was craving. He told me that Taco Mac sucks and he didn't want to go. I have had excellent experiences at Chastain and 92 so I knew I was going to prove him wrong...until we got home and saw what we paid for. I may try to dine in sometime with someone else but if that doesn't go well either, we won't be going back at all. Very disappointing. read more
