The first time I came here I got the roasted oolong tea and sea salt cream with 30% sweetness and it was the perfect amount of sweet for my tastes. The tea flavor was too diluted, but the sea salt cream was solid. The next couple times I came, I ordered the exact same thing because I liked the drink. But both times there was close to zero tea flavor and no sweetness at all. It tasted like dirty water Twice in a row just means they lack consistency in quality. Their drinks shouldn't have to depend on sugar syrups for it to taste good. I go to boba shops to get drinks that I can't make at home and expect better quality from a $4 drink. One of the nicest boba places in town. The vibe was very modern and makes a great place to study both by yourself and in groups. Personally I got the mango royal tea with aloe vera and honestly the moment I sipped the mango the sweet flavor filled my mouth with the blessings of a million suns after my long parched ride over to Davis. The royal tea was the perfect balance to the slightly acidic and sweet mango, and the aloe vera was the finishing touch with it's refreshing and cool texture. If I had to describe my experience, it was as if the drink had quenched the holy spirit for me. The inside is beautiful but a 20min 2ait for 1 drink I mean i know your new but could t you have more associate's working not just three? I was thoroughly impressed when I came my first time and I love their selections. My favorite topping would definitely be the coconut jelly which I dont really see that often at any other boba places. The prices are reasonable and the proportions of their drinks and snacks are decent as well so I definitely will be coming back (especially since I work like right next to them haha). I usually get Okinawa Milk Tea with Boba and Egg pudding. Seems like it's a bullet proof order but you'd be surprised some places are not very good. This place was one of the better teas I've had. They have board games that are actually intact, lots of seating, and overall, just a nice atmosphere. (They also play K-Pop, a personal favorite!!) This is the worst T4 shop all around. We ordered 7 drinks total and 4 were screwed up. 4 of the drinks we ordered 0 sweet and all came out regular sweet. They even argued that we didn't tell them...when we pointed out that even the label said 0 sweet then they agreed to re-make. Which that took 15 mins. Then ordered 2 popcorn chicken and fried tofu which were really dried. That is not all...they claimed they ran out of stamps card, asked them note in the back of the receipt like what other boba store would do...and they said no. Imagine how many customers they cheated out claiming no stamp card. Advice to management: Shouldn't really say 'no' to everything. It was my first time going. I went with my daughter. The place itself was hip and trendy... and clean. Service was friendly, but from what my daughter stated friendly service is NOT consistent. There was ample staff to provide speedy service. The drinks itself was delicious. You get what you asked for when it comes to their teas and then some. This was worth the money I paid for. As for pricing is affordable and reasonable...AND according to my daughter, T4 pricing is better than most places in Davis. They even have a punch card...purchase 9 and get the 10th FREE. T4 is the latest sensation to set up shop in Davis. T4 offers a unique variety of refreshing drinks and a great selection of snacks. I cannot get enough of their popcorn chicken and egg puff! I would come back to T4 just to snack on two things alone! But the most impressive thing about T4 is the wide selection and quality of their drinks. The price is also just right. In fact, T4 also offers a stamp card where you can buy 9 drinks and the 10th drink will be free! Which is a definitely plus since you'll probably be coming back quite often. I am absolutely in love with their Passion Fruit Royal Tea and Mango Royal Tea with agar pearls. I would highly recommend those drinks if you are going to T4 for the first time. The best part is that you can adjust the sweetness level of each drink. T4 also has a really great atmosphere for hanging out with friends, studying, or even just relaxing with family. T4 has a fantastic space inside for children, decorated with its own giant Connect 4, as well as other assorted board games to keep people occupied.
