    Lemon sugarcane drink

About the only thing here not pink is the lemonade. The color is so over the top for my liking, I had to take my drink outside. You can get sugarcane juice here which is pretty neat.

Cute place and good sips. The decor is super cute. Place is clean. Service is good but with ordering being on the tablet there is really not much human interaction. Staff are all in the back making drinks so it's really hard to get someone if you have questions. I got a mango matcha which is good. I also got a coconut pudding with fruit which is very tasty. It doesn't look like what's on the menu but it tastes really good. I would come back for the coconut pudding and maybe try more drinks. I think if they are not busy this is a good study/work spot~

I had the Taho and BWE had the mango green tea with boba. They knocked it out of the park. The taho reminded me of the taho that I had in the Philippines years ago. The tofu is super smooth and silky. I got 75% sweetness and it was perfect. BWE was super happy with the mango bits in her drink. Excellent spot. Music was hittin too.

Nice clean interior with a pretty pink flower wall. Service was quick. You order at the kiosk then the servers make your drink. For the cost, the size is reasonable. You can choose the amount of sweetness on some of the drinks. My friend got a black sesame matcha. I got ube Vietnamese coffee. We both enjoyed our drinks.

I've been to Tomo Teahouse in Natomas and this place is just as cute. It's very "pink" and picturesque. They have a wide variety of speciality drinks and their prices are pretty decent. I do like the self-serve kiosks, unfortunately, there's no one at the counter so we were not greeted upon entering. There is a window whereas the people working in the back can see customers. I'm not usually the "small talk type" so I didn't mind not chatting it up, but a little acknowledgement would be nice. I've never seen the Hmong Naam Vaam before, so I had to try it here. I was surprised that it was pretty good. No cendols, but just tapioca pearls and jelly. Not too sweet, which I enjoyed. This was my first time at this location and won't be my last if I'm in the area again.

Got a couple of sagos to go. The staff was friendly and the drinks came out quickly. Got regular sagos but should have gotten the smoothie option for $2 more. The flavor was good but a lot of ice. I'm guessing the smoothie option would have r the flavors blended better. Would come back and give the smoothie option a try.

Amazing service, furniture, and snacks! I found Tomo a while ago and after coming a few times I would highly recommend! I love coming to get donuts or boba! They have a wonderful atmosphere and I love to study here! It does get busy at night with students but it just goes to show the drinks and donuts are great! They have good deals and the price is fair for what you get. The staff are amazing and friendly! Even though they have self automated machines to order, the staff are more than willing to help you find the drink you are craving at the front! I would highly recommend!

Banana Matcha and Strawberry Foam Coconut Water with Aloe Vera

TOMO has really expanded their menu, and it's incredible the variety that they now offer. From Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese inspired drinks, plus the addition of the hot foods and snacks. The banana matcha series seems doubtful at first, but the flavors blend perfectly, banana is subtle and sweet. The coconut water series is refreshing and light for a summer day.

ube cloud foam over coconut water and pandan mochi waffle

Walked into this inviting, pink tea house after some lunch. I've been to a couple other TOMO Tea houses and this one had noticeably cute furniture and plenty of selfie backdrops. I ordered the Ube cloud foam with coconut water and basil seeds. I am a recovering boba addict, so it's nice to have an option that's actually good for you and delicious. This and the pandan cloud foam is my "go to" drink at TOMO. I also ordered the pandan mochi waffle, this came with some pandan cream and a container of syrup. The consistency of the mochi waffle was perfect and i appreciated the presentation. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

Mango pomelo, TOMO ca phe, Honeydew milk tea, Green tea Thai, Single Mochi Donut
    Helen N.

Sweet, Clean, and Gets the Job Done Drinks Tried: Mango Pomelo: Sweet overall, though the mango had a tart edge. TOMO Cà Phê: Not as strong as expected--definitely leaned on the milkier side rather than bold coffee flavor. Honeydew Milk Tea: Did not try this but a friend did and said it was good and sweet. Green Tea Thai: My top pick--refreshing, though it leaned more Thai tea than green. Drinks here tend to run sweeter, even when ordered at a lower percentage--if you really love sweet drinks, this is your spot. The mochi donuts were just okay--nothing memorable, but they'll curb a sugar craving in a pinch. The space is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and very dog-friendly. There's also a self-service kiosk, which is a great backup if the line gets long. Service was just okay--not rude, but not particularly attentive either. Staff mainly asked if we wanted our drinks sweeter or not, then quickly jumped to taking the order. It wasn't the most engaging or helpful experience.

I have been to the Sacramento location a few times but it was my first time going to this Davis location and it was just as good! I got the strawberry banana drink which tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. The employee was so nice and our drinks came out very quickly. The interior is so cute, decorated in pink floral.

The drinks mix coconut water was hella good! Def recommend trying it. Very quiet inside and service was quick My 3 year old loved the Oreo mochi donut!

    Creme brulee mochi donut
    Brian G.

Rebranded from the previous bober tea. I think these new drinks on the menu are more interesting and better. Pandan cloud: B+ Nice creamy drink with coconut milk. If you like pandan this is the drink for you. Very refreshing! Calamansi Sugar cane: B- Nice citrusy notes but kind of bitter. I think I would prefer the plain sugar cane next time. Creme brulee mochi donut: A LOVED this donut. Nice bite to it, soft yet chewy. The creme brulee flavor really comes through. After two bites of this I honestly had to stop myself from buying a dozen of them on the spot. Service is a bit slow to get the drinks out.

Ask the Community - TOMO Tea House

Walked into Bober Tea and realized it wasn't a Bober Tea anymore, but it seemed like it was mostly the same? Did they just change owners and do a name change?

They used to be a part of the Bober franchise, but broke off to be their own business. Everything seems the same but they are adding some new items to the menu!

It's a bit of a drive from Sacramento due to the traffic because of the construction. It was worth the drive to try something new. I've never had this type of Taiwanese shaved ice before. At least I think it's Taiwanese. It was described as frozen milk shaved like shaved ice. It's very fluffy and not chunky like regularly snow cones you get at fairs and festivals. This shaved ices don't compare. I loved the texture of the shaved ice in our Mango Bingsoo(Regular). The shaved ice was covered with mangos and dressed with sweetened condensed milk. I wish there was a larger portion of the condensed milk to pour on top of the plain ice when you run out of mangos. The proportions mango to shaved ice was pretty spot on, though you could always use another layer or two of mangos. I just can't get enough mangos. Price- This was pretty pricy and I would say it's a special occasion type of place. In addition i Size- The regular was the perfect size to share with a friend. For two of us the large would have been too much. Restrooms- They have one unisex bathroom in back. Thankfully you don't need a code to go in. It was clean and well supplied. Entertainment- They have a bookshelf of games to entertain you and your friends as you enjoy your sweet treat. Parking- There is plenty of parking as they share a private lot with the shopping center. It's nothing like downtown Davis where parking is scarce and there is a time limit. Menu- they have a large menu, mostly of drinks. They have a smaller menu of desserts. They had several flavors of Bingsoo(Regular) including a seasonal peach, mango, and our friends got the one with red beans and rice cakes. I had a taste and it was really good also. Would I go back? Yes, for a special occasion.
