I'm a regular customer and wanted to share a concern in hopes that ownership/management can review general safety practices in the store. There have been repeated instances of an older man entering the shop and lingering for extended periods of time while engaging the young staff in ongoing conversations unrelated to placing an order. While customer interaction is part of the job, this has occurred often enough to feel uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. I feel unsafe as a customer myself. He sometimes seems to yell at customers as well. This is not a complaint about the staff, who are always polite and professional. As a customer, I simply want to make sure the environment remains safe (especially late at night) and that there are clear procedures in place regarding loitering and bothering the employees (as I've seen). I like being there, I just want to feel safe too. read more

Drink menu is nothing special, they might satisfy your boba cravings. Nice that they are open until 11 PM but the portion size of the snacks such as churro bites and rice cakes was absurd for the price (photo attached). I don't have large hands and I was able to hold both in one hand. read more

Sharetea is awesome! It's the legit one and not some rare knockoff! Also they have Snackpass which is great. They don't just show a pic of another social media app like Snackpass and then force you to also download Muncho just bc Snackpass no longer supports itea. So lame. I got my order within 10 minutes and the staff was pretty nice, I like the inside too, very clean. Parking is hard for this location. It's honestly an underrated place to go study. They have kiosks for ordering. Not any food options. But big points to Sharetea for having mini pearls or mini boba. I think it's one of the only places in Davis with mini boba. Their games need to just be thrown out. It'd be worth investing into new board/card games. read more

Yes, this is one of my favorite boba tea spots! Whenever I'm close to Davis/Sac, a visit here is mandatory. Staff is always nice: they say Hi, are respectful and follow COVID 19 protocols. My friends and I came here at 11:30pm for some drinks, and the owner(i believe) gave us some extra bottled waters when we ordered. I also accidentally forgot to get a milk alternative, and instead of charging me for an extra drink, he gave one with the right order. Great customer service. Would come back again. Ordering takeout through Yelp/Grubhub was easy and accurate. My order was ready when I arrived and the service was professional. We ordered the Oolong Fresh Milk tea with pearl boba and thr Black Fresh Milk tea. The boba was awesome. Perfectly sweet and chewy and plenty of it in the cup. Yesterday: First time visiting. 3 employees all sitting down behind the counter. Refused to help ring me up, told me I had to use the self checkout. Problem is, I had to ask questions. My husband and I had our wedding in Sacramento in May 2022. Being the boba fanatic that I am, it was important that we had boba for our guests at the wedding. My husband reached out to multiple boba spots in the 916 area and the Sharetea in Davis was the first one to reply and the most responsive compared to all the other boba businesses we were in contact with. We decided to pull the trigger and go with the Sharetea Davis location since their drinks are always solid and they gave us an affordable rate. We booked Sharetea 3 months prior to the wedding and ordered 150 cups of milk tea for our guests. 2 weeks before the wedding, my husband reached out to Sharetea to ensure we were in good standing and that they had everything they needed from us to come to our wedding to deliver boba at 7:30 PM. Management informed my husband that everything was good to go and they'll see us on our wedding day. The wedding day rolls around and by 8:30 PM (an hour later than they were supposed to come) the boba has not arrived. Our wedding coordinator furiously called Sharetea and unfortunately we found out that they completely dropped the ball and got the dates mixed up or didn't put the date on their calendar to deliver the bobas. We booked Sharetea months in advance and had our wedding coordinator review the contract to ensure the delivery date and times were all aligned. It was such a huge disappointment when our coordinator said "Unfortunately they're no longer bringing boba because they forgot the date". It was infuriating to hear that they were not coming to drop off the 150 bobas we paid for fully in advance. We initially booked Sharetea because we thought they would be the most reliable but we were completely wrong. My husband and I even paid extra money to rent shelves to put the boba on and even hired a calligrapher to make a sign that says "Let's Partea!". Luckily not a lot of people noticed that the boba was missing since we had a full dessert bar with cake, cookies, and mochi donuts. I refrain from writing bad reviews but this was such a headache and disappointment to deal with on my one and only wedding day. If you're looking for boba to be catered for your wedding day or large event, save yourself the trouble and go to another place reliable that can keep their calendars straightened out. read more
