I recently switched from AT&T to T- Mobile. I came to this particular location to get the iPhone 17 for all 5 of our family member lines. The main reason being our AT&T bill became increasingly higher. We walked in and no customers except us and like 1 other group. The process took about 45 min. in store, the 5 phones came in 2 business days to our house. We took them to the store again and the data transfer we did at home with the E- SIMS. It didn't taken long to get back up and running with our new cell service provider T- Mobile. My phone took about 35 min . iPhone 17 be has better battery longer charges fast , a 6.3 inches screen ,256 gb memory and a little faster. The employees here were helpful and were not rude or anything . With money still owed from my old 16 pro max I was given the advice to put it up for sale on Facebook marketplace for $700-800 but it could fetch more if sold overseas once its data wiped. Ew, walked in to transfer my husbands line to my family plan, the rep just told us to call 611 to do it ourselves. There was no one in the store. We walked in and it's like he didn't even want to help us. I should've read the reviews before heading over. I didn't know this wasn't the real flagship store but just an authorized dealer. I also wanted to upgrade my phone but he was no help, whatsoever. I'm so worried that we messed something up in the account. So annoying. Quick update, we went to another store which is a standing flagship store. We let them know our experience and they gave us a look and was like, yup. That's how they are. It's because we aren't new customers and are just trading in our phone so that's why he didn't really want to help us. I came in here for a screen protector replacement because I have one of those lifetime screen protector replacement doodad plans, and the staff member there straight said "We don't keep screen protectors in stock for phones as old as that." ...And then starts talking about the iPhone 17. Angel was Awesome!!!! I needed to switch my 91 year old mother's Verizon account to join my dad's Tmobile account. Angel gave us great options and even mentioned a special savings we weren't aware of -- very helpful for my retired parents. Verizon, on the other hand, was making it Horrible to process on every level (they were Jerks in person and wouldn't process our transfer request on line nor via phone). But Angel stuck with us throughout a 3 hour ordeal (!) and remained patient, kind and Super helpful! Zabi and Maya were also very kind to my parents, answering questions throughout. After being with AT&T for over 20 years, I finally made the switch--and I couldn't be happier with T-Mobile. I felt like I was constantly chasing corrections on my bill. Since switching to T-Mobile, it's been a breath of fresh air. Went into this authorized retail store to get a promotion I saw to switch to T-Mobile and get me and my son iPhone17's on Black Friday. It was a free phone for switching my service to T-Mobile. Masi started me out, then I came back with the phones the next day to switch out service. Nelly then sold me a new iPhone with the wrong service so that I paid full retail price with no T Mobile service credits applied. Big nightmare to get billing straightened out with T Mobile Corporate customer care. Took a day of my time, and still this store owes me $200 per phone to make me whole. Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at T-Mobile. I called ahead to confirm they had a screen protector, was told they did, and went out of my way to visit the store. The moment I walked in, no greeting, nothing--they didn't even acknowledge me and assumed I was with another group. I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone bothered to help. When a guy named King finally stepped in, he was polite for all of two minutes before turning unbelievably aggressive. He completely misunderstood what a previous manager had explained to me and instead of trying to figure it out, he raised his voice at me and acted like I needed to leave. Absolutely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. And the worst part? His coworker just sat there watching the whole thing like it was normal. If this is what T-Mobile considers "customer service," it's embarrassing. Hiring people who don't understand basic respect or how to speak to customers is a joke. If I could give less than 1 star, I would save yourself time money and do not I mean DO NOT go here. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau into the chamber of commerce anything I can do to make their life difficult after what they have done to me and my 82-year-old mother it's an understatement of how awful they treated us. I have registered a formal complaint with T-Mobile about Edwin Pawley who is allegedly the district manager the worst service I have ever got at any business in my life. We tried to sign up for T-Mobile coming over from AT&T and after an hour and a half they said I was not approved and owed them $800 which I said forget it we're leaving. I'll stay with AT&T then they said no no no our district manager, Edwin Pawley said he will take care of it . We will port over one of the numbers from your account. We have three we will send you two phones and put over the other numbers in the next couple days. This never happened. They put seven numbers on my account made me get trackers that I didn't want. They said that it was part of the deal that I had to have it and the trackers were part of this 20% off deal package that they were giving me after speaking to T-Mobile direct this is a scam and they try to sell you stuff you don't need. T-Mobile was extremely apologetic. Said you did not need these trackers. They were selling you these trackers to make more money and I was not required to have them when I was adamant. I did not They charged me tax for the trackers tax for the phones. I never received my two phones I was supposed to get Edwin Pawley. The district manager said I'll fix everything. I'll make sure it's right took him three weeks. He did nothing but send us one phone put seven phone lines and trackers onto my account that I did not want And T-Mobile has lodged a formal complaint about this store and the three employees that helped us Travis was one of them and another guy whose name escapes me they are scammers liars cheaters like I said T-Mobile has lodged a formal complaint on the store for what they've done for how they've lied to us. It took us three weeks to bring our phones back to AT&T because of what they did, it's cost me hours and hours of time and money and we're still not done because we've just gotten back to ATT and now Returning the phones to T-Mobile and it's been a disaster to say the least. Looking to switch carriers from AT&T - [update] did it and got the iPhone 15 Pro along with a few other items that were part of the deal like a couple Apple watches and trackers. Since I am still on the family plan or was from AT&T, the entire family switched together in hopes to receive a lower bill each month. Austin helped us out and answered all of the q's we had. There were some issues after a few days after carryover... made it a little difficult for me to use the service or get in touch with anyone - making my phone sort of useless during these stressful times. Let me go into a little more detail here: 1st time of distress: there were times when I was not allowed to make any outbound calls and was not near wifi to use apps such as WhatsApp to try calling someone that way - wouldn't have worked even if I did cause the parties I was trying to reach do not use that app. I tried going on FB chat to message family and I think that worked - I was able to send messages to my sister who later called my dentist's office for me to let them know I was downstairs to open the door for me (building's intercom did not work). 2nd time of distress: I was in an area that I was sort of familiar with, but haven't been in a while so I still would need to use google maps for directions on which freeway to use, etc. the app worked in one area of the city I was in, but not the next just a small distance away after I had missed my on ramp and later was headed in a direction that was unfamiliar to me - I of course made a u-turn, but took a while to be in a lane that allowed me to make it. I couldn't make outbound calls either at this time. so while I was unable to use the internet... I guessed on which on ramp to use and just winged it. These two times made me realize how much I relay on my phone's help... :/ having good service absolutely matters. I am not quite sure why I had issues with the service while not at home (as wifi was able to pickup when I used my phone at home). Trying to call the help line was kind of useless for me the first couple times because I was also not the account holder. My phone sometimes goes on E when I am not even in super remote locations so it's a little concerning, but am still getting used to how T-Mobile service actually is for their customers. I do only sometimes have 1-2 bars even while at home :/ read more

Please do not buy anything from this Tmobile store. Any prices or any quotes they provide will not be honored. Whatever they promise won't be fulfilled. We switched from AT&T to a family plan offered by Tmobile and they were not able to honor what they wrote down on paper after signing. With AT&T, their price quoted and delivered were the exact same. We had to go back multiple times to the store to try and get what was promised. We ended up wasting a bunch of time and noticed other customers who were in the exact same boat. Please - believe me, avoid this store and avoid tmobile. In addition to battling with the Tmobile store, we also called Tmobile / corp and pretty much the same message was returned to us. As soon as this contract is over, its right back to AT&T. Lastly - the interesting part was we had the Tmobile staff write down the offer on a piece of paper and even then Tmobile corp could not and would not honor the offer. read more

First off, this is a franchise operated by a company called MobileOne. You want to deal with an actual corporate run T-Mobile that has an entire network of customer service resources available, there is no such network of assistance at this location. When upgrading to a new model iPhone I was told I had to add an additional line in order be able to upgrade to a new phone with credit for the phone I was turning in. After talking with the Dublin T-Mobile location and T-Mobile corporate, I was informed that not only was it unnecessary for me to add an additional line, but the San Ramon location had added TWO extra lines. These two lines would have ended up costing me an extra $40/mo. The San Ramon location said the additional line was going to be free, that was a flat out lie. On top of all that, BOTH of the phone lines they added were not going to be free, all this was confirmed by T-Mobile corporate who I was able to get in contact with via the Dublin location. In my opinion, this is fraud. There is no access to corporate help through the franchise here in San Ramon, because it's actually operated by MobileOne. Avoid this place at all costs. And if you don't, the Dublin location will be able to get you pointed in the right direction, according to them (Dublin) they are constantly trying to fix the fraud that occurs at the San Ramon location. read more

Came in because I got an email from T-Mobile saying get a new iPhone on us, when I got in the store I told the attendant that I got the text and wanted to know more about it, he asked to see the exact text which I couldn't produce. He took my phone and searched through my text for it which I thought was weird but then he came up with nothing, he said he couldn't help me without the exact text offer. As I was walking out of the store I found the offer in my email, I turned back around and said I found it but he had turned his attention to the next customer. I was here at opening 10:00am and I was the second person in the store, its now an hour later after waiting for one customer and the attendant looks at my offer only to tell me that they are a franchise store and will not honor the offer I need to go to a main T-Mobile store.... So in conclusion if you go to a main T-Mobile store no matter what the offer or issue they CAN help you but if you go to a third party location like this one there is a 50/50 chance that they will fail in assisting you. Amazing service from Ignacio and other staff here on Tuesday March 28 at 4-5 PM. Fixed my issue from getting back to the USA from an international trip by giving me a new SIM. Phone operator told us it wouldn't work and insisted it was a software issue, but we didn't believe them and luckily Ignacio tried it anyway and fixed it! Everyone here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and does their best to help. I didn't catch the names of the others but the vibe is great and honestly seems like a good place to work! Be aware of T mobile. They are scammers! I cannot believe my experience with them was like dealing in a third world country. Bait and change. We switched to t mobil in mid June because they have 55plus plan with a third line for free, plus $200 per line (new customer promo). I signed on their iPad but was not give a hard copy. Someone told me this practice is illegal. I spent many hours calling their 611, one each month until august when I saw my bill was still charged a third line and the $600 (three lines) never showed up as a credit when two previous customer service persons confirmed there was the promotion. I didn't post any negative comments on their Yelp hoping they would resolve my issue. But now that I was told there was never a 200$ new line credit. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH BUSINESS LIKE THIS. Please please do not go to this store or use T Mobile at all; even with promotional free phones. I unfortunately ended up here back in October 2023: tried their WiFi router for 1 day and was supposed to have 8 business phones switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. The WiFi was still very weak and spotty so I returned the next day to cancel. Manager stated to refuse the 8 phones if delivered - posted a note by the gate. No phones were processed to initiate tracking with UPS. My fault: I gave my business debit card and charges were made for no service. I cancelled the debit card and had been back and forth to the T Mobile store. Even went to T Mobile corporate store at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton December 24, 2023. I was told the billing will stop and that my service was "only suspended" and not canceled. It had been nightmare: T-Mobile is now placing calls everyday to my office but will hang up. I even sent a letter to the T-Mobile Customer Relations. Still unresolved. I already reported to the San Ramon Police and had an officer go with me to this store. The Manager still will not assist to cancel or resolve. The funny story: the same officer who assisted me today had the same horror story that his own Mom had to go through with T Mobile. I was told by the SR PD to just sue T-Mobile. I called the 1800 number again. I am forced to call the CA Public Utilities Commission, call Better Business Bureau. I am feeling uncomfortable and unsafe to go to the store and is already frustrated with this. I have the right to be upset for 5 months plus - only for me to find out today that TMobile even added home phone service- unauthorized. On the phone still with customer service who is on the phone with the Store Manager - 1.5 hours already just today. Still unresolved. So please: do not go anywhere near this store unless you want to be harassed at your business or workplace, bills or invoices for non-service. Fraud at its best. I feel bad at calling SR PD but I was a San Ramon resident for years and nothing like this had happened to me. The manager is trying to paint me on a bad light that I was disrespectful, etc. like no customer service manners this place has none. Horrible experience, I was interested in possibly switching from AT&T a few months ago so I went in. I liked the offer, and wanted a very specific phone, to which they said great, let's get you setup. Well it would have been nice if they had checked BEFORE starting the process, because it turns out they couldn't even place an order for the phone I wanted, it was flatly unavailable. I told them on the spot to cancel everything, they assured me that they would, but then they didn't. Nearly 3 months later and I'm still trying to get T-Mobile to stop trying to charge me for an account I never agreed to open. Their customer service over the phone requires a pin to do anything, but I never set up a pin because I never created an account! They've made me go back to the store twice now to verify my identity and resolve the issue in person. I have a life and a job and I can't afford to have hours of my time wasted because of T-Mobile's mistake! I'm not and have never been a customer! My credit card reversed the charges and closed the dispute weeks ago and T-Mobile is still trying to collect! I had to go back to the store again today (went to a different location) to continue to dispute with them for trying to collect for an account that should have never been created in the first place. They had promised to fix everything my first in-person visit back, and yet again didn't do what they said they would! Always get a confirmation number and an employee ID number, these people are either lazy, liars, or incompetent. They have recently sent a final notice threatening to send it to collections which would impact my credit score and if that happens I'm absolutely heading to an attorney. Screw T-Mobile, and especially the incompetent people running this store for activating an account they shouldn't have and doing such an bad job at it they couldn't even try to match the cell phone number I've had for the last 15 years. Good job creating an account that has used zero data, zero text, zero calls for months now and you a-holes are still trying to collect. This all reminds me of when Wells Fargo was caught opening a ton of accounts for customers without their permission. This is just like what I'm going through and I'm wondering if the employees here are just trying to pad their commissions and hit their bonuses with bs accounts. Hopeful this is all resolved soon, I have a friend that works at T Mobile and he's livid about what I've been dealing with. He's ready to call directors about this experience - get it together and stop trying to steal from me! Stay away from this store, and find someone who can actually do what they promise they can - and be sure to get their information before you leave or you may be stuck dealing with their incompetence for months like me. Huge mistake coming here! I came in for an upgrade and said they had no problem unless I add a line. They ended up adding two lines to my account, changing my plan to a senior plan when I don't even qualify! Ended up going to a corporate location on Dublin Fallon Rd to get everything fixed.
